Wash with a strong bleach solution and rinse well. Replace any loose or drummy tiles and repair damaged or cracked grout with cementitious grout. Seal metal inserts with silicone, and make sure wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor joints are sealed with silicone rather than grout. The surface must be dry, so leave the area to dry for at least 12 hours before applying.\u003cbr\u003eApplication: shake the bottle well, then apply liberally to the grout joints only, using a thin brush or a Crommelin Sealer Applicator Wheel. Wipe any excess off the tile surface with a damp cloth before it dries. Leave to dry for 30 to 40 minutes, then water the area thoroughly and scrub off any remaining excess.
