Cure speed depends on humidity and temperature, and it cures more slowly in cold conditions. Run the sealant into the joint or onto the part and assemble or tool it before it skins over. At 23°C and 50% relative humidity it skins in about 10 minutes and is tack free in about 20 minutes. Excess uncured sealant can be wiped off with Sika Remover-208 or a similar product. Cured sealant has to be trimmed or scraped away mechanically. If you get it on your skin, wash straight away with SikaCleaner-350H or a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water.
