How to use
- Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth for the anchor size.
- Clean thoroughly. Blow out dust with oil free compressed air and brush with a steel hole cleaning brush. Repeat the blow and brush steps to remove all fines.
- Fit the static mixer. Dispense material until a uniform grey appears and discard the first small amount.
- Inject from the bottom of the hole while withdrawing the nozzle to avoid trapping air. For deep holes use an extension tube. In hollow masonry use a perforated sleeve.
- Insert the anchor with a slow rotary motion until set at depth. Excess resin should slightly extrude.
- Do not disturb or load until the full cure time has elapsed for the temperature.
Good to know
- Non sag formula for overhead applications
- Ensure substrate is sound, clean, and at least 3 °C above dew point
