Key features Brand: Agnews Unlimited shelf life when stored dry Non cracking, non shrinking, non sinking Won't fall out – adheres firmly and fills to any depth Interior & exterior grade (seal exterior applications after full dry) Non flammable and no VOCs Mix what you need for minimal waste Suitable substrates Plasterboard, concrete, wood/timber, cement sheet, masonry. Also suitable for minor floor levelling and feathering on concrete, timber and ceramic tile substrates. Typical applications Fill holes in wood: knotholes, nail and screw holes, dents, edge build-ups Wall patching: cracks and cavities in plasterboard and cement sheet Furniture repair: tighten loose joints, reset fasteners, rebuild profiles Floor levelling: ramp or smooth minor level variations before floor coverings Trim and fixtures: refit loose door bumpers and trims with reliable hold Architectural & hobby moulding: casting and shaping durable components Why choose Agnews Agnews Water Putty cures to a dense, stone-hard finish that resists shrinkage and cracking even in deep fills. It bonds securely, stays put, and finishes cleanly, delivering a stable base for sanding, priming and painting. From small touch-ups to larger restorations, it provides consistent, professional results. Directions (general guide) Surface prep: Ensure the area is clean, dry, sound and free of dust, oil or loose material. For very porous substrates, lightly dampen to reduce rapid suction. Mix: Add powder to clean water and blend to a smooth, lump-free paste. Adjust water to suit application (thicker for filling, looser for fairing/skim). Apply: Press firmly into cracks or voids with a putty knife or trowel. Overfill slightly so you can sand back flush. Cure: Allow to dry thoroughly. Dry time varies with thickness, temperature and humidity. Finish: Sand to profile. Prime and paint or seal. For exterior applications, always seal after full dry. Exterior use guidance This is a hard-setting, non-flexible compound. For exterior use, only apply over stable substrates with minimal expansion and contraction from temperature changes. Ensure the putty is fully dry before sealing with a suitable exterior-grade coating. Finishing & compatibility Paintable and sealable after full dry; prime as required for best results. Can be cut, carved, drilled and sanded after cure without crumbling. For stained timber finishes, test a small area first for colour and absorption. Pro tips Mix small batches and use promptly. For deep voids, apply in layers if needed, allowing each layer to firm before the next. Store powder in a cool, dry place to maintain its unlimited shelf life. Clean tools with water before material cures. At a glance Substrates: plasterboard, concrete, wood/timber, cement sheet, masonry Uses: patching, levelling, rebuilding, moulding Properties: non cracking, non shrinking, non sinking, non flammable, no VOCs Finish: hard, dense, smooth and paint-ready after sanding/priming

For deeper cracks, apply in 6mm layers allowing each layer to dry before applying the next. Lightly sand back any excess filler from the surface after product dries (2-3 hours for 2mm applications). Dust off any loose dust before applying undercoat and painting with water-based paints or oil-based paints.  Limitations: Product is not flexible so not suitable for use between surfaces that are subject to the structural movement - use Selleys No More Gaps. Avoid using below 5°C or in wet conditions. Painting with oil-based paints is not recommended until 24 hours after the filler has been applied. Water-based paints may be used immediately after the filler has set. If the filler is found to have stiffened prior to use, stir product. The product that has actually hardened should be discarded. If still too dry add one teaspoon of water and stir again to desired consistency. Application tools may be cleaned with water. Before painting, clean dust and filler particles using Selleys Sugar Soap or Selleys Super Kleen. In exterior applications, protect from rain until dry and painted over with 2 coats of paint. Some paints may temporarily discolour when applied over the filler, but will revert to the correct colour once dry. For applications more than 2mm deep, or in cold or humid conditions, expect longer drying times. Keep container closed when not in use.

  • Selleys N Mastic – Premium Non-Hardening Waterproof Sealing Putty for Long-Lasting, Flexible Sealing of Joints, Windows, and Roofing

Selleys Selleys N Mastic – Premium Non-Hardening Waterproof Sealing Putty for Long-Lasting, Flexible Sealing of Joints, Windows, and Roofing

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Selleys N Mastic is a non-hardening, waterproof sealing putty designed for a wide range of applications where long-lasting flexibility is crucial. Ideal for sealing joints, gaps around windows, and roofing, it ensures that structures remain protected from water ingress. The unique formula remains pliable, making it perfect for environments where movement and expansion are expected. Whether you're sealing an outdoor roof gutter, securing window frames, or filling gaps in an air conditioning system, Selleys N Mastic provides a professional-grade finish with no cracking or crumbling. The product is also suitable for metal, glass, concrete, and brick, making it a versatile solution for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. N-Mastic is a non-skinning polybutene-based compound. It will remain permanently soft and paste-like. Uses N-Mastic is suitable for sealing concealed lap joints between plastics, metals, timber, glass, masonry, and expanded foam panels. It may be used in the installation of cool rooms, prefabricated construction and gasket sealed windscreens to exclude draughts and water penetration through joints in materials. Technical Features Non-hardening – remains permanently flexible to provide a lasting seal Good adhesion – adheres well to most substrates Moisture resistance – provides an excellent barrier to moisture vapour Microbe resistance – resists microbial attack Low shrinkage – avoids the risk of sealant pulling away from joint surfaces Wide service temperatures – withstands –40oC to +80oC service conditions Application Tips Due to the non-skinning, non-hardening nature of the sealant, N-Mastic should not be used in exposed joints where dirt pick-up or hand contact can be a problem. As N-Mastic is not elastomeric, it should not be used in areas subject to considerable dynamic stress. Although N-Mastic is resistant to static pressures, a curing sealant is recommended where this is a critical factor. N-Mastic is not recommended for sealing lap joints in mobile homes, truck bodies, etc., as significant vibration and flexing occur during travel. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Coloured Render Texture Coat is a premixed, coloured acrylic texture coat that delivers a durable, contemporary decorative finish straight from the pail. Tinted in a range of popular Colorbond® colours, it lets you match rendered walls to roofing, gutters and trims without painting afterwards. The easy trowel-and-float formulation applies like a render but finishes like a designer coating, and its protective acrylic film shrugs off weather for a long-lasting, low-maintenance facade.Where to use itFor indoor and outdoor decorative finishing over brick, blockwork, concrete, blueboard and compressed fibre cement sheet — typically as the final coat over a levelled base render such as Dunlop Multipurpose Acrylic Render or Flexible Fine Coat Render. Choose from Surfmist, Dune, Woodland Grey and Monument to complement your colour scheme. How to useEnsure the base surface is clean, dry, sound and uniform; make good any defects with Dunlop Render Joint & Patch first. Stir the pail thoroughly to an even colour, then apply with a steel trowel to a thin, consistent film of around 1mm. While still workable, rub up with a plastic float in a circular motion to develop the characteristic texture. Work wall sections wet-edge to wet-edge to avoid joins, and use pails from the same batch on a single elevation. Tools clean up with water. A 12.5L pail covers up to 10m² at 1mm thickness.Important notesColour consistency is best when complete walls are finished in one session from mixed batches. Avoid application in rain, extreme heat or onto damp substrates; drying slows in cold, humid conditions.Specifications Size 12.5L pail Colours Surfmist, Dune, Woodland Grey, Monument (Colorbond®) Coverage Up to 10m² at 1mm per pail Finish Coloured acrylic texture coat SafetyWater-based acrylic coating. Dunlop Dunlop Render Joint & Patch 4L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Render Joint & Patch is a high-performance, two-in-one compound for rendering projects: it joints fibre cement sheet and blueboard before render is applied, and it patches cracks and holes in existing rendered surfaces up to 5mm deep or wide. Supplied premixed in a light grey colour that blends into most render systems, it takes the fuss out of preparation work — one pail handles both the sheet joints and the surface defects before your finishing coat goes on. The 4L size is perfect for repairs and smaller rendering jobs.Where to use itOn interior and exterior walls. As a jointing compound, use it over blueboard and fibre cement sheet prior to rendering. As a patching compound, use it over sound existing render to fill hairline cracks, chips, divots and small holes before re-coating or painting. How to useSurfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, loose render and contaminants. Stir the pail, then trowel the compound firmly over sheet joints (embedding tape where the sheet system requires) or press it into cracks and holes, striking off flush with the surrounding surface. Feather edges smooth with a trowel — the Dunlop Gauging Trowel gives a professional finish. Allow to dry fully before applying render, texture or paint, and wash tools in water straight after use.Important notesMaximum patch depth or width is 5mm — build deeper repairs in stages or use a repair mortar. Drying time lengthens in cold or humid conditions. Not intended for structural crack repair or designed movement joints.Specifications Size 4L pail Colour Light Grey Patch capacity Cracks and holes up to 5mm (depth or width) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based compound — wear gloves and safety glasses, avoid skin and eye contact and wash off with water. Dunlop Render Joint & Patch in the 10L trade pail is a high-performance combination product that covers two essential preparation steps in one: jointing fibre cement sheet and blueboard ahead of rendering, and patching cracks and holes up to 5mm in existing rendered walls. The 10L size is the economical choice for renderers and builders working across full elevations or multiple rooms.Where to use itIndoors and outdoors on walls. Use as a jointing compound over blueboard and fibre cement sheeting before render systems are applied, and as a patching compound over sound existing render to make good cracks, holes and surface defects up to 5mm deep or wide before re-rendering, texture coating or painting. How to usePrepare a clean, dry, sound surface free of dust, loose material and contaminants. Trowel the compound firmly across sheet joints, embedding jointing tape where required by the sheet manufacturer, and feather the edges flush. For patching, press the compound into the defect, strike off level and smooth the surface — the Dunlop Gauging Trowel helps achieve a professional finish. Allow to dry completely before over-coating, and clean tools with water while the product is still wet.Important notesRepairs deeper or wider than 5mm need staged applications or a dedicated repair mortar. Cold, damp or humid weather extends drying times. Do not use across designed movement joints — finish those with a flexible sealant.Specifications Size 10L pail Colour Light Grey Patch capacity Cracks and holes up to 5mm (depth or width) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based product. Wear gloves and eye protection during use, avoid prolonged skin contact and wash exposed skin with water. Store sealed, keep away from children and consult the Safety Data Sheet before application.

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Flexible FC Jointing Compound in the 8kg trade pail is a premixed, flexible jointing compound for fibre cement sheet and blueboard, formulated to prepare sheet joints before decorative coatings, texture finishes or render go on. Ready to use straight from the container, it removes mixing from the workflow entirely and keeps a consistent, workable body from the first trowel-load to the last. Its flexible acrylic formulation moves with the substrate to resist joint cracking, while strong adhesion keys the compound firmly to the sheet surface.Where to use itFor jointing fibre cement sheeting and blueboard on interior and exterior walls — cladding, facades, garage conversions, extensions and commercial sheeted walls — prior to painting, texture coating or rendering. The larger pail suits whole-wall and multi-room jobs where a 3kg pack would run short. How to useCheck that sheets are rigidly fixed and joints are clean, dry and dust-free. Apply the compound over each joint with a trowel or broad knife, embedding jointing tape where the sheet manufacturer requires it, then finish with a band approximately 75mm wide and 1mm thick, feathered smooth at the edges. Allow to dry completely before over-coating. Wet compound cleans off tools with water. Coverage is approximately 7 lineal metres per kilogram at 75mm width and 1mm thickness, so an 8kg pail joints in the order of 55 lineal metres.Important notesDesigned movement joints should be finished with a flexible sealant rather than jointing compound. Drying slows in cold or humid weather. Keep the lid sealed between uses and do not thin the product with water.Specifications Size 8kg pail Colour Grey Coverage Approx. 7Lm per kg (75mm wide at 1mm thick) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based acrylic product. Wear gloves and eye protection during application, avoid prolonged skin contact and wash with water after use. Dunlop Ready-to-Go Render is a premixed white render supplied in a resealable pail, ready to trowel straight onto the wall with no mixing, no dust and no wasted powder. Its easy trowel-and-float formulation makes it one of the most approachable renders for first-time renderers, while still giving experienced applicators a smooth, workable body. Applied at 1-5mm, it delivers a clean, uniform finish over a wide variety of common wall surfaces inside and out.Where to use itSuitable for indoor and outdoor projects over AAC panels and blocks, blueboard, brickwork, concrete walls and sound painted surfaces. Ideal for feature walls, fence walls, garden walls, patching over dated finishes and giving tired masonry a fresh, rendered look. How to useMake sure the surface is clean, sound and free of dust, oil and loose or flaking material; prime porous or painted surfaces as recommended. Stir the pail, then apply the render with a steel trowel to a thickness of 1-5mm, working in manageable sections. Rule off and finish with a float or sponge float once the render has firmed — the Dunlop Sponge Float gives a superior finish. For a higher build over uneven walls, first apply Dunlop Multipurpose Acrylic Render as a base coat and use Ready-to-Go Render as the finishing coat. Tools wash up in water.Important notesKeep within the 1-5mm application range per coat. Avoid rendering in direct hot sun, strong wind or when rain is expected; cold and humid conditions extend drying times. Reseal the pail to keep unused render workable.Specifications Size 16kg pail Colour White Coverage Approx. 6m² at 1mm or 2m² at 3mm per 16kg Application thickness 1-5mm SafetyWater-based premixed render. Dunlop Dunlop Tile Pointing 10L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Tile Pointing is a flexible, premixed pointing compound that acts as a mechanical adhesive for hip and ridge roof tiles, exceeding the requirements of the relevant Australian Standards. Independently tested to achieve a C4 classification, it is approved for use in cyclonic regions, and its low-VOC formula resists mould and mildew while flexing with normal roof movement. Available in five roof-matched colours and backed by a 10 year guarantee, it is the straightforward way to re-point ridge capping and secure hip tiles without mixing mortar additives on site.Where to use itFor exterior roofing work only — pointing hip and ridge tiles over fresh or sound existing bedding on concrete and terracotta tiled roofs. Choose the colour that best matches your tiles: Slate Grey, Charred Ash, Jet Black, Sand or Terracotta. How to useBefore application, ensure all bedding material is in place and sound, and surfaces are clean and free of dust and loose mortar. Stir the pail contents, then apply the compound directly over the bedding with a gauging or pointing trowel, working it firmly against both the ridge tile and the roof tile surfaces to a thickness of roughly 3-5mm. Tool off to a neat finish. Wash tools in warm water immediately after use. Coverage is approximately 2 lineal metres per litre, so a 10L pail points roughly 20-22 lineal metres of ridging depending on technique.Important notesNever add water to Tile Pointing. Cold (below 10°C), damp or humid conditions lengthen drying time, while hot, windy weather can significantly shorten working time — avoid application if rain is imminent.Specifications Size 10L pail Colours Slate Grey, Charred Ash, Jet Black, Sand, Terracotta Coverage Approx. 2 lineal metres per litre (20-22Lm per pail) Application thickness 3-5mm Classification C4 - cyclonic region approved SafetyLow VOC, water-based compound. Dunlop Flexible FC Jointing Compound is a premixed, flexible compound for jointing fibre cement sheet and blueboard before decorative coatings are applied. Because it comes ready to use straight from the pail, there is no on-site mixing, no powder mess and no guesswork about water ratios — simply open, stir and trowel. The flexible formulation accommodates the minor movement typical of sheeted walls, while its excellent adhesion delivers a reliable, crack-resistant joint. The compact 3kg pail is ideal for smaller sheeting jobs and repairs.Where to use itUse on interior and exterior walls to finish joints between fibre cement sheets and blueboard prior to painting, texture coating or rendering. It is the recommended first step in preparing sheeted facades, extensions and infill panels for a decorative finish. How to useEnsure sheets are securely fixed and joints are clean, dry and free of dust. Where the sheet system requires it, embed jointing tape in a first application of compound. Apply the compound over the joint with a trowel or broad knife in a band roughly 75mm wide and about 1mm thick, feathering the edges smooth into the sheet face. Allow to dry fully before over-coating with paint, texture or render. Tools clean up with water while the compound is wet. Coverage is approximately 7 lineal metres per kilogram at a 75mm width and 1mm thickness — around 21 lineal metres from this 3kg pail.Important notesNot a structural adhesive or gap filler for moving joints wider than the system allows — use a flexible sealant at designed movement joints. Cold or humid conditions extend drying time. Reseal the pail after use to keep the remainder workable.Specifications Size 3kg pail Colour Grey Coverage Approx. 7Lm per kg (75mm wide at 1mm thick) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based acrylic compound.
