Description
Betta Tilecare Stone & Concrete Sealer from Bondall is a water-based, clear sealer that soaks into stone and concrete and also builds a protective film on top, supplied here in a 1L pail. It is designed to bind and protect the surface, repel moisture and help guard against stains and soiling, while keeping the natural look of the material.
About the formula
A water-based, low odour, low VOC sealer with a combined penetrating and film-forming action. It dries to a clear natural finish, so it enhances the surface rather than hiding it. The film helps resist staining and soiling and reduces salt and hard water build-up. It can be used on both horizontal and vertical masonry surfaces, and recoating can follow straight away.
Where to use it
Indoors: interior flooring, kitchen, laundry and bathroom areas with stone, concrete, ceramic or porcelain surfaces.
Outdoors: access areas and walkways, alfresco areas and balconies.
Suitable materials include stone, slate, granite, concrete, ceramic and porcelain. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first to check the result on your particular surface.
How to use it
Start with a clean, dry surface that is free of dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants, and fix any stains or mould growth before sealing. Apply evenly to the surface and avoid pooling or over-application. Because the sealer can be recoated immediately, you can complete additional coats in the same session. Follow the directions on the pack for the number of coats, application tools and clean-up.
Important notes
Allow about 24 hours to dry before use. Drying and cure times vary with temperature, humidity and how porous the surface is. Sealed surfaces can behave differently under foot, so check grip on smooth or dense surfaces before putting a sealed floor into service. Sold for residential use. Check the pack directions for any surfaces the manufacturer lists as unsuitable.

Safety
It is water-based with low odour and low VOCs, but it should still be handled with care. Keep it out of reach of children, use it in a well-ventilated area, and avoid contact with skin and eyes. If it gets on skin or in eyes, rinse well with plenty of water. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full details.
