A mix yourself powder wallpaper stripper that helps remove wall coverings including paper-backed types of vinyl and foils.
It contains wetting agents to assist the softening of pastes and is easy to apply.

Ready to use: NO (mix with water)
• Peel off the top layer of solid or coated types of vinyl or score the face design with coarse sandpaper or a wire brush to allow the stripper to penetrate.
• Sprinkle contents of this pack into 3L of hot water, while stirring briskly.
• Apply the mixture with brush, sponge or roller to saturate and soak the paper. Wait for a thorough soaking. Do not allow to dry, apply more stripper after 10 min if necessary.
• Remove paper and paste residue with a wide scraper.
• Repeat procedure if necessary, then wash the surface using the mixture, before rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry.
• Use Poly Wallpaper Paste Powder, to hang depending on the type of wall covering.

Q. What should I do if I start to peel off old wallpaper and it takes some of the plaster surfaces as well?
A. Old plaster can become very weak and when you strip off wallpaper it sometimes takes the plaster with it. It's important to use a purpose formulated wallpaper stripping solution such as Poly Wallpaper Remover and not regular liquid soap. This will help to ease the paper off and reduce the chances of damaging the plaster surface.
For plaster that has been slightly damaged, use Polyfilla Interior Small Cracks. If the damage is deep, use Polyfilla Interior Large Cracks.
Q. How do I remove vinyl wallpaper?
A. Initially peel vinyl overlay off the backing paper. Use Poly Wallpaper Remover to soften backing paper then peel off or remove with a paint scraper.

NOTE: Do not use on plastic surfaces, vinyl, masonite or rubber. Take care when using on plasterboard or other porous surfaces as softening or penetration of the surface can occur. Suitable for most decorative paints, varnishes and 1-part polyurethanes. Not for Kalsomine, penetrating timber stains or some 2-pack coatings.

• Use in a well-ventilated area and wear protective gloves and glasses.
• Apply stripper approx 2mm thick using a brush. Take care on vertical or overhanging surfaces, as stripper may drip.
• Leave the paint stripper in contact with the coating until softened and scrape off the coating with slight pressure. If paint remains after scraping, apply a second coat of stripper. Scrape along the grain for timber. A scourer can be used to remove ingrained paint.
• Stripping times vary according to a number of paint layers, age and type. As a guide, water-based paints begin to soften after 15–20 mins. Allow 60 mins or longer for oil-based and polyurethane coatings. The paint stripper remains effective while in a wet state.
• Do not allow stripper or softened paint to dry on the surface. Some oil-based paints will continue to bubble and strip even after stripper has been removed.
• Wipe surface clean with a wet rag followed by a solution of Poly Sugar Soap. Do not use excessive water. On fine timber where grain swelling is likely, use methylated spirits.
• Allow surfaces to completely dry before re-coating.
• Clean tools in warm water.

Q. What is the difference between Polystrippa Paint Stripper and Polystrippa Advanced?
A. Polystrippa Paint Stripper is formulated with methylene chloride. It is very aggressive and may be harmful to health with prolonged exposure. It is most suitable for smaller applications and should only be used outdoors. Polystrippa Advanced, on the other hand, is free of methylene chloride and is preferable for larger or indoor applications.

Removes glue from badly bonded objects, stained surfaces and unwanted glue spillages.
How to use it on:
Stained surfaces / stained clothes / badly bonded objects
1.Twist cap clockwise until it locks, then twist cap anti-clockwise to open.
2.Lightly cover stained or badly bonded area with the glue remover.
3.Place a folded tissue on top of treated area. For fabric stains, place folded tissues on both sides. Leave for several hours.
4.Remove and discard the tissue and wipe the area clean with a fresh tissue. Rinse or wash with water and dry. Repeat the process for heavy stains.
How to use it on:
Bonded fingers and skin
1.Apply Loctite Glue Remover to the bonded area. Allow several minutes for the glue to soften and break down.
2.Gently peel the bonded area apart. Do not attempt to force skin apart by pulling or ripping.
3.After separating, rinse the area with soapy water.
