Directions:
- Use gloves before dispensing
- Washing Machines: empty machine, add 1 tablespoon of Descaling powder directly into the machine, not detergent dispenser. Run full cycle
- Dishwashers: remove all items from the machine, including all dishwashing detergents. Fill detergent dispenser with up to 2 tablespoons of Descaling powder and run for a full cycle.
- All-purpose cleaner: 1 tablespoon mix to 1 Litre hot water and soak items for up to 3 - 5 minutes, rinse the solution off in cold water
Uses: Can be used undiluted for heavy stains by simply adding power and rob directly onto affected area e.g. bathtubs, sinks and toilet bowls

Important Information
Before application, ensure materials in the contact area are compatible with the sealant and with each other to prevent damage or discoloration. If in doubt, consult the manufacturers of surrounding substrates.
While curing, small amounts of acetic acid are released — ensure good ventilation
After curing, the product is odourless and harmless
Thicker silicone layers require longer vulcanisation time
Not for full-surface bonding unless construction prerequisites are met

This is a two-part, smooth, dark grey paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is extremely thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. It is it very viscous because it is highly filled with thermally conductive ceramic powders for maximum thermal conductivity. It bonds well to metals, ceramics, glass, and most plastics used in electronic assemblies.
It has a convenient 1-to-1 mix ratio and a 4-hour working life. The mixed adhesive can essentially act like a one-part adhesive for the duration of a work shift. Unlike one-part adhesives, it does not require high curing temperatures or frozen storage, and it has a very long shelf life.
This product comes packaged in separate 3 mL graduated syringes that can be accurately dispensed
Applications & Usages
This product is designed to bond heat sinks, LED’s, and other heat generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for manufacturing, repair, and hobbyist sectors. Use it when a thixotropic adhesive paste with maximum thermal conductivity and a very long working life is required. For automatic dispensing applications, use the 8329TFS, which has a lower viscosity at the cost of slightly lower thermal conductivity.

Prepare your surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dust free and tight fitting. For shiny surfaces, such as metals, glass and some plastics, roughen up the material to give the glue something to bite into.
Damp It: Lightly dampen one surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Do not saturate the surface. For dense hardwoods, lightly dampen both surfaces prior to gluing.
Evenly Apply Gorilla Glue Onto the Dry Surface
Glue It: Carefully apply onto the dry surface. Do not over apply. We recommend wearing gloves or spreading the glue with a disposable brush. In some instances, Gorilla Glue can be a skin sensitizer. If you are predisposed to skin reactions, please take the extra precaution.
If you do get the glue on your skin, try removing it with a dry cloth or paper towel first (particularly if the glue is still tacky). If that doesn’t work, try washing with soap and cold water, or using an exfoliator with a gritty texture. Dry your skin and apply lotion. We do not recommend using any kind of alcohol or acetone. This actually strips the skin of its natural oils, which means the glue is more likely to stick.
Clamp the Two Surfaces Together Tightly
Clamp It: Make sure the clamping pressure is distributed evenly across the surface. Or, if you don’t have a clamp, use heavy objects or Gorilla Tape® to achieve the appropriate clamping pressure. For lighter objects, try using rubber bands to hold the pieces together tightly. Clamp objects for 1–2 hours. For best results, allow 24 hours to cure.
Clean up
If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or using a standard paint thinner. Make sure to read and follow directions if using a paint thinner. Always wear gloves. Once the glue is dry, it is best removed mechanically: Try sanding, chiselling, scraping or picking. The dried glue will not damage tools.
Storage Tips
After each use, wipe the bottle’s lid and nozzle clean with a dry cloth. For 2 oz. bottles, tightly replace the lid after wiping clean and store in a cool, dry place. For bottle sizes 4 oz. and larger, we suggest squeezing excess air out of the bottle. While still squeezing, tightly replace the cap and then store in a cool, dry place. This helps eliminate moisture in the bottle. You should expect a year shelf life.

How to use
Check fit and plan clamping. Do a trial run without adhesive so you know the order of steps.
Apply a thin, continuous bead to one surface. For wide pieces, use a zig zag pattern to maximise wetting.
Bring surfaces together within the stated open time of open time is short, assemble parts promptly after application. Reseat once if needed, then hold steady.
Apply even pressure using clamps, tape, weights, or temporary fasteners. Avoid squeezing all adhesive out of the joint.
Allow to cure undisturbed. Initial handling strength will develop as the adhesive sets, with a full cure reached based on the chemistry described below.

How to Use
Prep the surface Ensure it is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. Lightly sand and wipe where needed.
Apply the tape Align to the paint edge and press down firmly, smoothing along the full length to seal the edge.
Paint Apply paint in light coats, brushing or rolling away from the tape edge to reduce bleed.
Remove While paint is still slightly tacky or once fully dry per paint instructions, peel the tape back on itself at a 45 degree angle.

Burnish the tape edge with a clean cloth or plastic card for the sharpest lines.
For textured walls, apply a very light coat of the base colour along the tape edge, let it set, then apply the top colour.
