Ensure that the tube is not squeezed while the seal is being pierced. Replace plastic nozzle. Surfaces to be bonded should fit exactly and should be clean, dry and free of dust, dirt and grease. Apply a drop of Supa Glue to only one of the surfaces to be joined. Use sparingly. Do NOT spread. (Note: One drop covers an area 25mm x 25mm)KEEP FINGERS AWAY FROM EXCESS ADHESIVE SO THEY WILL NOT STICK TOGETHER. Quickly align both surfaces and apply slight pressure to ensure effective spreading and bond. Should you fail to align the surfaces correctly, do not attempt to re-align them and bond together again. Keep apart and completely clean the surfaces (with acetone or nail polish remover). When dry, re-apply adhesive, re-align and bond again. (Please Note: NOT ALL Nail Polish Removers are ACETONE.) Although the adhesive will grab after several minutes to provide sufficient bond strength for practical use, maximum bond strength is achieved after 12 hours. Wipe tip of tube and replace cap. Handy tips Once open, Supa Glue has a limited shelf life (i.e. up to 1 year provided the tip is wiped clean and the cap replaced securely after each use). Supa Glue vapour can produce a whitening effect in enclosed spaces. To avoid this use in well ventilated areas. The whitening effect can be removed by wiping with acetone (first check that the acetone will not damage the surface). To remove from materials, it is recommended that the material be soaked in a solution of acetone and water (i.e. 3 parts acetone to 1 part water). Note: This method should only be used for substrates NOT adversely affected by exposure to solvents. Check a small area before use. Storing in a refrigerator can reduce the risk of hardening in the tube. Also leaving a pin stuck in the (cleaned) nozzle during storage can reduce the risk of the nozzle becoming clogged with cured adhesive which is difficult to clear. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product. Important. The adhesive will begin curing within 30 seconds of contact with the nylon mesh. Fast curing, cure commences in five minutes and reaches full cure in one hour. When cured, the bond is transparent and virtually colourless. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1. Surfaces must be clean and dry. If possible, roughen surface with sandpaper to improve keying and bonding. 2. Sand it, paint it, stain it. Simply stated, it’s the Toughest Glue on Planet Earth. Directions: Prepare and Dampen the Surfaces If you’re using Original Gorilla Glue for the first time, or bonding a new type of material, we always recommend trying a test piece first. Prepare your surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dust free and tight fitting. For shiny surfaces, such as metals, glass and some plastics, roughen up the material to give the glue something to bite into. Damp It: Lightly dampen one surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Do not saturate the surface. For dense hardwoods, lightly dampen both surfaces prior to gluing. Evenly Apply Gorilla Glue Onto the Dry Surface Glue It: Carefully apply onto the dry surface. Do not over apply. We recommend wearing gloves or spreading the glue with a disposable brush. In some instances, Gorilla Glue can be a skin sensitizer. If you are predisposed to skin reactions, please take the extra precaution. If you do get the glue on your skin, try removing it with a dry cloth or paper towel first (particularly if the glue is still tacky). If that doesn’t work, try washing with soap and cold water, or using an exfoliator with a gritty texture. Dry your skin and apply lotion. We do not recommend using any kind of alcohol or acetone. This actually strips the skin of its natural oils, which means the glue is more likely to stick. Clamp the Two Surfaces Together Tightly Clamp It: Make sure the clamping pressure is distributed evenly across the surface. Or, if you don’t have a clamp, use heavy objects or Gorilla Tape® to achieve the appropriate clamping pressure. For lighter objects, try using rubber bands to hold the pieces together tightly. Clamp objects for 1–2 hours. For best results, allow 24 hours to cure. Clean up If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or using a standard paint thinner. Make sure to read and follow directions if using a paint thinner. Always wear gloves. Once the glue is dry, it is best removed mechanically: Try sanding, chiselling, scraping or picking. The dried glue will not damage tools. Storage Tips After each use, wipe the bottle’s lid and nozzle clean with a dry cloth. For 2 oz. bottles, tightly replace the lid after wiping clean and store in a cool, dry place. For bottle sizes 4 oz. and larger, we suggest squeezing excess air out of the bottle. While still squeezing, tightly replace the cap and then store in a cool, dry place. This helps eliminate moisture in the bottle. You should expect a year shelf life.

It is widely used in the repair of toys, leather goods, furniture, upholstery, jewellery and in the handicraft making areas. This is an excellent product where quick bonding and a clear bond line is required especially in the DIY market. Instructions Surface Preparation Surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free of grease. If surfaces are non-porous, smooth and glossy, roughen with glass paper (preferably) or apply solvent suck as Acetone As a two way dry stick: Apply an even film onto both substrates, leave 5-10 minutes then join together with as much as possible taking care not to trap any air. As a one way wet stick: Usually, this technique is employed when either one or both of substrates to be bonded are porous (e.g. fabrics, cardboard). Clean Up Any wet or partially wet adhesive can be removed with scraping and Bostik Solvent 9901. The dried adhesive is best removed with a scraper or by sanding. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE A minimum of 12 months in original sealed packaging if stored under cover away from heat.

Bostik Epoxy Bond is a special two-part adhesive which, when mixed and allowed to set, produces bonds of immense strength. This resin based epoxy sets in approximately 5 minutes to give a permanent and colourless bond. It will adhere to pottery, china, metals, glass, wood, rigid and semi-rigid plastics and cardboard, etc. where an Industrial strength bond is required by handymen, hobbyists and tradesmen. FEATURES AND BENEFITS 1. Quick setting – will bond in 5 minutes 2. When fully cured, the adhesive can withstand boiling water for short periods of time. 3. Heat resistance rating of 60ºC temperature continuously. 4. Adhesive shear strength of up to 800 psi for metal/metal bonds APPLICATION 1. Surfaces to be joined must be clean, dry and free from dirt and grease. Metals should be abraded and washed with a petroleum solvent. China and pottery should be washed in detergent, rinsed and dried. 2. Dispense and mix thoroughly, sufficient material of the two parts to carry out the job at hand with a matchstick, screwdriver or similar implement. Reseal the nozzles of the syringe with the enclosed plug and tube with cap and store in an upright position (nozzles upward). 3. Apply a thin film of adhesive to one or both of the surfaces to be joined, press together and do not move until the adhesive has set - usually 5 minutes @ 20ºC. Very good handling strength is obtained after 20 minutes and maximum adhesion is achieved after 24 hours

SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry and free from all loose paint, dust, grease, oil and foreign materials. APPLICATION Tube (Blister Pack) Application 1. Unscrew cap and pierce and of the tube with the reverse end of the cap 2. Apply thin, even film to both surfaces to be glued 3. Leave until touch dry (approximately 5 to 15 minutes), then bring both surfaces together accurately 4. Take care to avoid the formation of air bubbles between surfaces 5. To ensure maximum adhesion, clamp or weigh down the entire surface or apply firm hand pressure evenly 6. Replace screw cap to keep the contents of tube airtight CLEANING To clean up tools, equipment and adhesive spills use Mineral Turpentine. Use Bostik Handy Wipe towels to remove adhesive from the skin. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE Store in a cool dry place between 5°C and 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Keep away from sources of ignition.
