    Selleys No More Gaps Bathroom & Kitchen is a flexible gap filler with superior water and mould resistance for bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Also available in easy tube format. Features Superior water resistance. Superior flexibility to cope with building movement, meaning the cracks and gaps will be hidden for longer. Up to +/- 25% movement capability. Optimum adhesion is achieved on ceramics, glass, aluminium, most plastic and cement. Mould resistant-contains a fungicide to help protect against unsightly mould growth. Ceramics Glass Aluminium Most Plastics Cement Sheeting Wood Plasterboard Many other building surfaces How to Use Ensure the surface is clean and free from dust, grease, flaking/powdery paint and old or crumbling caulk.  Cut seal and nozzle and fit to cartridge. Insert into a quality caulking gun, such as Selleys Light Speed caulking gun. Apply with caulking gun, forcing product into gap Smooth with a wet spatula. Clean up with a damp cloth immediately, before filler skins in approx. 10-15 minutes. Allow surfaces to skin prior to painting (approximately 1 hour). Skin time will be extended in cold or humid conditions, or if painting with flat or ceiling paints (approximately 3 hours) To allow product to strengthen, protect from water for 24 hours.   Limitations: Should not be used in permanently damp locations. Use Selleys® Wet Area Silicone Sealant around sinks, baths and shower recesses. Not recommended for prolonged contact with water.  Handy Tips Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of gap filler. Remove the tape before the gap filler skins. If you are going to wipe off the excess gap filler with a wet finger, ensure you wet your finger with water and not saliva, as saliva contains bacteria and this will increase the chances of mould growing in your gap filler. It is best to use a spatula dipped in soapy water. Clean off all excess No More Gaps Bathroom & Kitchen from equipment immediately before it cures with a damp cloth. Once cured, No More Gaps Bathroom & Kitchen is extremely difficult to remove and must be trimmed with a knife. Keep a pack of Selleys Sugar Soap Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job. To avoid paint cracking, apply at temperatures above 5°C and do not apply paint too thick. Allow longer drying times before painting with flat or ceiling paints and in cooler weather. Can be applied to damp surfaces however product must be allowed to dry following application.

Uses Ideal for adhering mirrors to walls, metal letterboxes to exterior walls, house numbers to exterior walls, bathroom fixtures to tiles, tool holders on metal shed walls etc. Liquid Nails Mirror, Metal, Glass is also suitable for use on BHP decorative sheet metals such as Lysaght, Zincalume, Colorbond®, Marviplate®, galvanised metals, Alcan and Comalco aluminium systems. Clean surfaces with mineral turpentine and wipe dry with a clean rag before applying. Painted surfaces should not be flaky or peeling. Cut tip off cartridge and cut nozzle to suitable size opening (approximately 5mm). Fit nozzle to cartridge. Place cartridge into caulking gun. Support bond until adhesive cures sufficiently (at least 48 hours adhesive cures at 2mm depth per day). APPLICATION FOR MIRRORS For mirrors up to 6mm thick, apply strips of adhesive 5cm from edges and approx 8cm apart When mirror is pressed onto the wall, strips of adhesive must not spread into, or touch one another. A gap must remain between them. Immediately after applying adhesive, place mirror against wall before adhesive skins (within 5 minutes) The weight must be supported and mirror must be held in place with temporary supports (e.g. with clips or tape) to hold and maintain adhesive contact over the total bond area until sufficient adhesive strength has developed. Normally after 72 hours. Do not seal around the edges of the mirror for at least a week to allow air circulation and aid the adhesive fully cure Mirrors should not be fixed directly to unpainted plaster, timber, concrete or brick walls. These surfaces should be painted to prevent potential damage to mirror. Painted surfaces should not be flaking or peeling. Not recommended for fixing vinyl back mirrors If in doubt, conduct an adhesion test by curing a little adhesive onto mirror backing for 24 hours. If adhesive can be peeled off, do not proceed. GENERAL APPLICATION Apply as for mirrors and press surfaces together immediately Leave ‘squeeze out ‘ to cure and trim (avoid cutting into the bond) Support bond until adhesive cures sufficiently (normally after 72hrs).     Selleys Liquid Nails Rapid Cure is an advanced, high-performance polyurethane construction adhesive that cures in just 10 minutes*. It provides a durable, waterproof bond even when bonding two non-porous surfaces. Features Fast cure in 10 minutes*. More than twice the strength of conventional solvent-based construction adhesives. Waterproof – Uncompromising durability, with excellent water, weather and heat resistance. Can be used to bond most materials, and for most interior & exterior applications. Its advanced formulation exceeds the requirements of BS-EN204 D4 for durability. Resistant (after full cure) to heat to 100 degrees C and cold to -30 degrees C. See “Limitations” below. Does not drip, sag or string between panels. Bridges gap up to 5mm hence can be used on rough and ill-fitting construction materials. Product expands slightly as it cures. The dried adhesive is paintable. *Expect longer times for very dry timber, heavier objects and less porous surfaces or in colder weather.  *Limitations – Not suitable for sole fixing or structural bonding. Where can this product be used? Liquid Nails Rapid Cure can be used for applications where higher performance characteristics are necessary. These include applications where: Extra water resistance is essential. eg. Exterior applications such as decking. Extra strength is required. Extra temperature resistance is required. eg. Applications where metal substrates are exposed to direct sunlight. Plastic substrates which are sensitive to solvent-based adhesives are used. Metal installations in which solvent-based adhesives will be slow to cure. Wear safety glasses, impervious gloves and clothing. Surfaces to be bonded should be free of oil, grease and dust. On wet timber pooled water should be wiped off. 1. Cut cartridge tip, fit nozzle and cut end to desired width (approx 5mm diameter). 2. Apply bead along the length of one bonding surface. On broad surfaces apply beads every 40cm. (‘zig-zag’ beads are more appropriate on surfaces of moderate width; eg shiplap panels.) 3. Position pieces and press firmly together. Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold the load and achieve contact over the total bond area. Repositionable for up to 5 mins after fitting. 4. Allow to set for 15-20 mins for porous surfaces before removing temporary fasteners or clamps.* Liquid Nails Rapid Cure will achieve a full cure in 24 hours.  *Expect longer times for very “dry” timber, heavier objects and less porous surfaces, or in colder weather. Spraying surfaces with a very light mist of water may help speed up the cure. Handy tips Gloves should be worn when applying Liquid Nails Rapid Cure. Avoid contact with skin. Adhesive requires moisture to cure, therefore drying times will vary depending on temperature, humidity and the porosity of materials bonded. Spraying surfaces with a very light mist of water may help speed up the cure. The product should not be applied below 5°C. LIQUID NAILS Rapid Cure expands slightly as it cures. Not suitable for sole fixing for structural bonding. LIQUID NAILS Rapid Cure should always be used in conjunction with mechanical fasteners in structural, critical or high-stress applications. Do not allow traffic on stairs or use of walls for at least 24 hours after adhesive application. It is ideal where a fine finish is important. Uses Selleys Liquid Nails Clear is suitable for bonding to glass, fibreglass, metals, most plastics*, timber, particleboard, MDF, tiles & ceramics, concrete, painted and masonry substrates. Suitable for bonding mouldings & trims, skirting boards & architraves, general fabrication and creating mosaics. Pre-test plastics to determine compatibility. Technical Features High performance solvent based adhesive. Note: When use on glass to glass, thin film application is recommended for better clarity. Good paintability – Paintable with water based paints. Oil based paints require undercoating with water based paints first. In very cold weather, cartridge may need to be conditioned to room temperature for easier gunning. Direct a bead along the length of the joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply beads every 40cm. (“zig-zag” beads are more appropriate on surfaces of moderate width) Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over the total bond area. Wet bonds are re-positionable for up to 20 mins after fitting Allow adhesives to set (at least 24 – 48 hours) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping. (refer to Bond strength Time) For faster grab, apply to one surface only, press together and pull apart. Allow surfaces to dry 2-3 minutes before firmly Technical Details and Performance Time for strong bond depends on nature and condition of application. A minimum of 24 to 48 hours is needed for sufficient strength to develop. The bond will continue to strengthen over time. Full cure up to 14 days. Curing is achieved by evaporation of solvent. Adjustable e.g. can be straightened for up to 15 minutes Handy Tips Clean up with turps before the adhesive cures Safety Information KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Avoid skin and eye contact and breathing vapours. Use in a well ventilated area. Wash hands after use. If on skin: Wash with soap and water. Product releases methanol during cure. Refer to Safety Data Sheet. Storage & re-use Cure product before disposal Store in a cool place. The adhesive should be used within 6 months after opening. If the adhesive is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess adhesive from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use. If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be disposed.

    Liquid Nails Fast is a water-based high strength (*) construction adhesive with fast grab and low odour. It has a thick, non-runny consistency and is ideal for adhering timbers and other porous construction materials. After drying it is beige (light tan) in colour. Uses Liquid Nails Fast has high initial (immediate) grab which reduces the need to support joins while the adhesive cures. The initial grab works best with porous surfaces. It will bond to many building materials including MDF, particle board, timber, plaster board, styrene foam, masonry, concrete, tiles, ceramics, metals, plastics*, rubber and glass. Faster results are achieved when at least one surface is porous. It is low modulus or can be stretched easily, which makes it ideal for joints which will move significantly such as expansion joints in concrete, and is grey so it will blend in with the concrete surrounds. Features Superior flexibility +/- 25% movement capability & up to 500% elongation or stretch. Superior silicone formulation forms a durable seal which locks out water and which does not shrink when drying. UV and weather resistant – Immune to the damaging effects of the sun. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone. If there old silicone which needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER, this ingenous product makes removing old silicone easy. We also recommend sanding the surface back with a good quality sanding block, such as a ROTA COTA Sanding Block Medium/Course grain, as the silicone will adhere more readily to a scratched up surface. Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Fit the nozzle to the top of the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. We recommend SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess which results from run on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing. Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action. For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpetine or for a professional finish use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpetine. Excess sealant must be cleaned up before the sealant skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpetine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes. Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately in mineral turpetine. Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces, see a handy tip. The sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. As this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade but avoid undercutting the seal. Handy tips Tips for Using a Brick & Concrete Silicone Sealant Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant. Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins. For a better finish complete painting prior to use of the sealant as it can not be painted over. For a better finish, use a spatula dipped in mineral turpentine or detergent and water to tool off the sealant. Work in sections that can be completed before sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs or a rough surface may result, so working in sections allows for a better finish. Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning any material off the skin before it cures. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job. Safety tips Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with skin, if contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with detergent. It may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid breathing in vapours. Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as product releases methyl ethyl ketoxime while curing. Keep away from children. Storage and re-use Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening. After use keep the nozzle on the cartridge Silicone is a reactive product and is designed to cure once exposed to humidity. While the product may be stored for a few months once opened, it does have a limited shelf life. Storage in an upright position in a cool dry place is recommended to maximise the storage life. If the sealant is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess silicone from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use. If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be discarded.

End grain gluing Craftwork Cloth Paper Mosaics Leather Other craft materials How to use this product Surfaces to be bonded must be close fitting, free from dust, dry and clean from grease. Shake bottle before use Apply adhesive liberally to one surface only, position surfaces and press together while still wet. Immediately clamp for 30 minutes for softwoods and 1 hour for hardwoods. Alternatively, low clamping pressures (50lbs/in2) can be used with softwoods; higher pressures are recommended for hardwoods (100 – 150lbs/in2). Do not stress joint for 12 hours. Wipe off excess adhesive while still wet with a damp cloth. If the wood is to be stained, any residual Aquadhere left on the timber surface may prevent the stain from taking to the wood. Maximum strength is achieved after 12 hours, but longer in cold, damp conditions, or when used on dense timbers. Cure slows significantly in humid, cold conditions. Clean all tools with water before the adhesive is allowed to dry. If dry, soak in water until adhesive is soft. Handy tips 1L covers approx. 8m2 To fill small gaps, Aquadhere can be mixed with sawdust. Longer clamping times may be required for joints under high stress, or alternatively use Selleys 308 High-Stress Wood Glue. Avoid contaminating Aquadhere with iron and steel, eg nails, etc. Aquadhere contaminated with rust (iron oxide) will stain brown/black in the presence of tannins in many kinds of wood. On very porous surfaces applying a thin layer to each side and allowing to soaking in before applying a second layer to one side only may result in a stronger bond Cured adhesive can be softened by prolonged contact with hot water or steam. Sanding isn’t an effective way to prepare for gluing, as it often leaves an uneven surface and may clog the timber which can stop the glue from penetrating and impact on your result. A straight router can be used to trim the edge, but be sure to only remove as much as required to obtain a suitable edge for gluing. If you are gluing over a larger surface, try using a small roller to aid in application. For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product. Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup. Safety tips Aquadhere is considered a non-hazardous material. In case of eye contact, hold eye open and flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Storage and re-use For maximum shelf life store inside at moderate temperatures. Do not allow to freeze.

    Silicone 401 RTV is a one part ready to use, acid cure, room temperature vulcanising (RTV), silicone adhesive sealant. It cures rapidly on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a versatile, durable, resilient silicone rubber. It is available in clear. Uses Silicone 401 is suitable for form-in-place gaskets and for adhesive, sealing and electrical insulating applications in manufacturing and plant maintenance. Technical Features Wide Temperature Tolerance: Remains permanently flexible under operating temperatures from – 60oC to 205oC, and will tolerate short periods of 260oC Good Chemical Resistance: Good resistance to most organic and inorganic chemicals, solvents and oils Primerless Adhesion: Adheres without primer to many metal, glass, ceramic, rigid plastic, rubber painted and wood substrates Non-toxic: Suitable for incidental food contact in food handling equipment and food contact surfaces Excellent Weatherability: Excellent resistance to ozone, UV light and ageing Good Electrical Insulating Properties: Insulating properties are comparable to other insulating rubbers at room temperature, though performs better than many other rubbers at higher temperatures and water has little effect on these properties Application Tips Not recommended for use with petrol, distillate and some other hydrocarbon solvents.
