  Selleys All Clear is a multi-purpose sealant that provides long-lasting protection. All Clear is the solution to water leakage and seepage around the home. Best for : Metal, Timber, Glass, Glazed tiles, Brick, Stone, Many plastics (may damage polystyrene and polycarbonate) Features Works on wet, oily, and dirty surfaces* Crystal clear finish Paintable Mould and mildew resistant Water-resistant Strong adhesion Where can this product be used? Sky lights Windows frames and glazing Roof and gutters Sealing metal or PVC guttering and down pipes Air conditioners' enteries Sealing metal or PVC guttering and down pipes Shower screens Sinks and basins Sealing leaks in caravans and recreation vehicles What materials is this product suitable for? Metal Timber Glass Glazed tiles Brick Stone Many plastics (may damage polystyrene and polycarbonate)   Use only in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and breathing vapours. The surface must be free from dust, loose particles, and soap residue. If required, clean with turps. Porous surfaces must be dry. Cut cartridge, fit nozzle, and cut to size. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing product into the gap. Press into cracks or surface by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle. Smooth sealant surface immediately with tool dipped in turps. Limitations: May damage some plastics e.g. polystyrene and polycarbonate. Not for permanent water immersion e.g fish tanks Not suitable for use over silicones Not suitable for polystyrene foam  *Wet Surfaces: Can be applied to clean, wet non-porous surfaces e.g. metals, glass, glazed tiles – not wet porous surfaces e.g. concrete, timber. Remove as much water as possible, preferably with acetone. Keep nozzle close to surface so sealant contacts surface immediately. Flatten immediately into joints. Adhesion improves on drying. Skins immediately, maximum toughness achieved over several days. Paintable immediately with water-based paints. For oil-based paints undercoat first with a water-based paint. Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C

  Silicone 401 RTV is a one part ready to use, acid cure, room temperature vulcanising (RTV), silicone adhesive sealant. It cures rapidly on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a versatile, durable, resilient silicone rubber. It is available in clear. Uses Silicone 401 is suitable for form-in-place gaskets and for adhesive, sealing and electrical insulating applications in manufacturing and plant maintenance. Technical Features Wide Temperature Tolerance: Remains permanently flexible under operating temperatures from – 60oC to 205oC, and will tolerate short periods of 260oC Good Chemical Resistance: Good resistance to most organic and inorganic chemicals, solvents and oils Primerless Adhesion: Adheres without primer to many metal, glass, ceramic, rigid plastic, rubber painted and wood substrates Non-toxic: Suitable for incidental food contact in food handling equipment and food contact surfaces Excellent Weatherability: Excellent resistance to ozone, UV light and ageing Good Electrical Insulating Properties: Insulating properties are comparable to other insulating rubbers at room temperature, though performs better than many other rubbers at higher temperatures and water has little effect on these properties Application Tips Not recommended for use with petrol, distillate and some other hydrocarbon solvents.
