Sika AnchorFix®-1 is a high-performance, styrene-free chemical anchoring adhesive designed for fast and reliable installations in both construction and DIY projects. This two-component, solvent-free, polyester-based adhesive is ideal for securing rebars, threaded rods, bolts, and special fastening systems in concrete, hollow and solid masonry, hard natural stone, and solid rock. It cures rapidly, even in low temperatures, and can be applied using standard guns.

Usage: Ideal for various grades of rebars, threaded rods, bolts, and special fastening systems. Substrates may vary, so testing is recommended to ensure suitability, especially with natural stones. Always ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Perform pull-out tests if the substrate strength is unknown.
Mixing and Application:
Mix the components in a 10:1 ratio by volume.
The material must be between +5°C and +40°C for application.
Ensure the substrate temperature is between -10°C and +40°C.
Shelf Life and Storage:
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production when stored properly.
Store in unopened, sealed, and undamaged packaging in dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C.

+30°C: Open time 4 minutes, Curing time 35 minutes
+25°C: Open time 4 minutes, Curing time 40 minutes
+20°C: Open time 5 minutes, Curing time 50 minutes
+10°C: Open time 6 minutes, Curing time 85 minutes

Approvals and Certifications:
Complies with NCC 2019 reference to AS 5216:2018 for post-installed and cast-in fastenings in concrete.
ETA-approved for use in masonry and non-cracked concrete, with CE marking.
Cleaning of Equipment:
Clean tools with Sika® Colma Cleaner immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
