Dunlop Flexible Fine Coat Render is a high-performance, fibre-reinforced, polymer-modified render that produces a fine, closed finish with superior adhesion and flexibility. The embedded fibres and flexible polymers allow the render to tolerate the minor movement common to sheeted and composite walls, dramatically reducing the risk of surface cracking. It can be applied by standard trowelling methods or by spray, and a variety of decorative finishes can be achieved depending on how it is floated or sponged.Where to use itSuitable for indoor and outdoor use over an unusually wide range of substrates: FC sheet and blueboard, concrete and blockwork, sound painted surfaces (alkali stable and water resistant), existing render, AAC panels and blocks, and EPS foam panels. It is the go-to finishing render where substrate movement or mixed materials would defeat a rigid render. How to useEnsure the substrate is clean, sound and free of dust, oil and loose coatings; prime where the system requires. Mix the powder with clean water to a smooth, lump-free consistency and apply by steel trowel or spray at 2-10mm thickness. Rule off, allow the render to firm, then float, sponge or texture to the desired finish. A 20kg bag covers approximately 6.5m² at 2mm or 2.6m² at 5mm thickness. Clean tools with water before the render sets.Important notesStay within the 2-10mm application range per coat. Avoid rendering in extreme heat, wind or imminent rain, and protect the fresh surface from rapid drying. Painted substrates must be firmly bonded, alkali-stable and water resistant.Specifications Size 20kg bag Colour Grey Coverage 6.5m² at 2mm or 2.6m² at 5mm per bag Application thickness 2-10mm Reinforcement Fibre-reinforced, polymer modified SafetyCement-based powder — the wet mix is alkaline and dust can irritate airways. Dunlop Dunlop Render Joint & Patch 4L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Render Joint & Patch is a high-performance, two-in-one compound for rendering projects: it joints fibre cement sheet and blueboard before render is applied, and it patches cracks and holes in existing rendered surfaces up to 5mm deep or wide. Supplied premixed in a light grey colour that blends into most render systems, it takes the fuss out of preparation work — one pail handles both the sheet joints and the surface defects before your finishing coat goes on. The 4L size is perfect for repairs and smaller rendering jobs.Where to use itOn interior and exterior walls. As a jointing compound, use it over blueboard and fibre cement sheet prior to rendering. As a patching compound, use it over sound existing render to fill hairline cracks, chips, divots and small holes before re-coating or painting. How to useSurfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, loose render and contaminants. Stir the pail, then trowel the compound firmly over sheet joints (embedding tape where the sheet system requires) or press it into cracks and holes, striking off flush with the surrounding surface. Feather edges smooth with a trowel — the Dunlop Gauging Trowel gives a professional finish. Allow to dry fully before applying render, texture or paint, and wash tools in water straight after use.Important notesMaximum patch depth or width is 5mm — build deeper repairs in stages or use a repair mortar. Drying time lengthens in cold or humid conditions. Not intended for structural crack repair or designed movement joints.Specifications Size 4L pail Colour Light Grey Patch capacity Cracks and holes up to 5mm (depth or width) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based compound — wear gloves and safety glasses, avoid skin and eye contact and wash off with water. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Render Joint & Patch in the 10L trade pail is a high-performance combination product that covers two essential preparation steps in one: jointing fibre cement sheet and blueboard ahead of rendering, and patching cracks and holes up to 5mm in existing rendered walls. Premixed to a smooth, light grey consistency, it goes straight from pail to trowel with no mixing, keeping preparation fast and consistent across large jobs. The 10L size is the economical choice for renderers and builders working across full elevations or multiple rooms.Where to use itIndoors and outdoors on walls. Use as a jointing compound over blueboard and fibre cement sheeting before render systems are applied, and as a patching compound over sound existing render to make good cracks, holes and surface defects up to 5mm deep or wide before re-rendering, texture coating or painting. How to usePrepare a clean, dry, sound surface free of dust, loose material and contaminants. Trowel the compound firmly across sheet joints, embedding jointing tape where required by the sheet manufacturer, and feather the edges flush. For patching, press the compound into the defect, strike off level and smooth the surface — the Dunlop Gauging Trowel helps achieve a professional finish. Allow to dry completely before over-coating, and clean tools with water while the product is still wet.Important notesRepairs deeper or wider than 5mm need staged applications or a dedicated repair mortar. Cold, damp or humid weather extends drying times. Do not use across designed movement joints — finish those with a flexible sealant.Specifications Size 10L pail Colour Light Grey Patch capacity Cracks and holes up to 5mm (depth or width) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based product. • Dunlop Flexible FC Jointing Compound 8kg

Dunlop Dunlop Flexible FC Jointing Compound 8kg

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Flexible FC Jointing Compound in the 8kg trade pail is a premixed, flexible jointing compound for fibre cement sheet and blueboard, formulated to prepare sheet joints before decorative coatings, texture finishes or render go on. Ready to use straight from the container, it removes mixing from the workflow entirely and keeps a consistent, workable body from the first trowel-load to the last. Its flexible acrylic formulation moves with the substrate to resist joint cracking, while strong adhesion keys the compound firmly to the sheet surface.Where to use itFor jointing fibre cement sheeting and blueboard on interior and exterior walls — cladding, facades, garage conversions, extensions and commercial sheeted walls — prior to painting, texture coating or rendering. The larger pail suits whole-wall and multi-room jobs where a 3kg pack would run short. How to useCheck that sheets are rigidly fixed and joints are clean, dry and dust-free. Apply the compound over each joint with a trowel or broad knife, embedding jointing tape where the sheet manufacturer requires it, then finish with a band approximately 75mm wide and 1mm thick, feathered smooth at the edges. Allow to dry completely before over-coating. Wet compound cleans off tools with water. Coverage is approximately 7 lineal metres per kilogram at 75mm width and 1mm thickness, so an 8kg pail joints in the order of 55 lineal metres.Important notesDesigned movement joints should be finished with a flexible sealant rather than jointing compound. Drying slows in cold or humid weather. Keep the lid sealed between uses and do not thin the product with water.Specifications Size 8kg pail Colour Grey Coverage Approx. 7Lm per kg (75mm wide at 1mm thick) Location Indoor and outdoor walls SafetyWater-based acrylic product. Dunlop Ready-to-Go Render is a premixed white render supplied in a resealable pail, ready to trowel straight onto the wall with no mixing, no dust and no wasted powder. Its easy trowel-and-float formulation makes it one of the most approachable renders for first-time renderers, while still giving experienced applicators a smooth, workable body. Applied at 1-5mm, it delivers a clean, uniform finish over a wide variety of common wall surfaces inside and out.Where to use itSuitable for indoor and outdoor projects over AAC panels and blocks, blueboard, brickwork, concrete walls and sound painted surfaces. Ideal for feature walls, fence walls, garden walls, patching over dated finishes and giving tired masonry a fresh, rendered look. How to useMake sure the surface is clean, sound and free of dust, oil and loose or flaking material; prime porous or painted surfaces as recommended. Stir the pail, then apply the render with a steel trowel to a thickness of 1-5mm, working in manageable sections. For a higher build over uneven walls, first apply Dunlop Multipurpose Acrylic Render as a base coat and use Ready-to-Go Render as the finishing coat. Tools wash up in water.Important notesKeep within the 1-5mm application range per coat. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Flexible FC Jointing Compound is a premixed, flexible compound for jointing fibre cement sheet and blueboard before decorative coatings are applied. Because it comes ready to use straight from the pail, there is no on-site mixing, no powder mess and no guesswork about water ratios — simply open, stir and trowel. The flexible formulation accommodates the minor movement typical of sheeted walls, while its excellent adhesion delivers a reliable, crack-resistant joint. The compact 3kg pail is ideal for smaller sheeting jobs and repairs.Where to use itUse on interior and exterior walls to finish joints between fibre cement sheets and blueboard prior to painting, texture coating or rendering. It is the recommended first step in preparing sheeted facades, extensions and infill panels for a decorative finish. How to useEnsure sheets are securely fixed and joints are clean, dry and free of dust. Where the sheet system requires it, embed jointing tape in a first application of compound. Apply the compound over the joint with a trowel or broad knife in a band roughly 75mm wide and about 1mm thick, feathering the edges smooth into the sheet face. Allow to dry fully before over-coating with paint, texture or render. Tools clean up with water while the compound is wet. Coverage is approximately 7 lineal metres per kilogram at a 75mm width and 1mm thickness — around 21 lineal metres from this 3kg pail.Important notesNot a structural adhesive or gap filler for moving joints wider than the system allows — use a flexible sealant at designed movement joints. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Easy Clean Epoxy Grout is a high-performance, durable epoxy grout with superior stain resistance that stands up to most household chemicals. Unlike traditional epoxies it is genuinely easy to use and clean during application, and just as easy to maintain afterwards. It also contains Grout Shield, a powerful mould inhibitor that resists the growth of mould and bacteria, keeping joints looking better for longer.Where to use itIdeal for areas subject to high wear and for spaces where strict hygiene matters - kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and swimming pools. Use it indoors and outdoors on walls and floors with ceramic, porcelain, vitrified tiles, mosaics and non-moisture-sensitive natural stone. It fills joints from 1.5mm up to 15mm wide. How to useThe kit comes in three parts: Part A resin, Part B hardener and Part C coloured filler, mixed at approximately 2 : 1 : 5-7 by volume. Mix only what you can use within the working time, work the grout firmly into clean, dry joints with an epoxy float, then emulsify and clean the surface promptly with a lightly damp sponge before the epoxy sets. Finish by polishing the tiles once dry. Mix part-kits accurately if you split the kit across sessions.Important notesEpoxy grout sets chemically, so cleaning off residue promptly is essential - hardened epoxy is very difficult to remove from tile faces. Coverage varies with tile size and joint dimensions; as a guide a kit does approximately 8m² of 200 x 200 x 8mm tiles at 3mm joints.Specifications Joint width 1.5 - 15mm Coverage guide Approx. 8m² per kit for 200 x 200 x 8mm tiles at 3mm joints Tile types Ceramic, porcelain, vitrified, mosaics, non-moisture-sensitive stone Location Walls and floors, indoor and outdoor SafetyEpoxy resins and hardeners can cause skin and eye irritation and sensitisation. Dunlop Multipurpose Floor Leveller is a cement-based levelling compound from Dunlop Trade (ARDEX Australia) that mixes with water into a smooth, free-flowing material for evening out rough or uneven concrete floors. It flows into low spots and finds its own level, leaving a flat base that is ready for foot traffic in around 2 hours and ready for tiles in about 4 hours, making it a dependable first step before laying new floor coverings such as carpet, vinyl or ceramic tiles.Where to use itSuitable for indoor and outdoor use over sound concrete floors, including living areas, kitchens, laundries and covered patios. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Ready-to-Go Tile & Grout 250g (White) is a clever 2-in-1 product that works as both a tile adhesive and a grout, straight from the tube. There is nothing to mix and very little mess, which makes it a go-to for small tiling jobs, mosaics and quick repairs or touch-ups around the home. Backed by Dunlop's 10 year guarantee. 2-in-1 ready-to-use tile adhesive and grout No mixing, no fuss, less mess Contains Grout Shield antifungal protection Ideal for mosaics, repairs and touch-ups Suitable for joint widths of 1-5 mm Indoor and outdoor wall use About the formula This white, pre-mixed paste bonds wall tiles and then fills the joints with the same material, so a single tube handles the whole repair. The built-in Grout Shield technology helps resist mould and bacteria, keeping finished joints looking cleaner for longer. Excess can simply be wiped away with a damp cloth while still fresh, and the resealable tube makes it easy to store for future touch-ups. Where to use it Indoors: wall tiles and mosaics in kitchens, splashbacks, laundries and living areas, plus general tile and grout repairs. Suitable over concrete, cement render, fibre-cement sheet, plasterboard and prepared painted surfaces. Outdoors: exterior wall tiles and mosaics. When grouting outdoors, protect the area from extremes of weather for 7 days while it cures. Tile types: ceramic, porcelain and marble wall tiles and mosaics (excluding moisture-sensitive stone). How to use it Prepare the surface so it is flat, firmly fixed, clean and dry, free of dust, oil, grease and loose material. Prime surfaces with Dunlop Primer & Additive and allow to dry. Spread the adhesive with a 4.5-6 mm notched trowel to a minimum 1 mm bed. Press and slide each tile into position for full contact, adjusting within 60 minutes (at 23°C, 50% humidity). Joints can be grouted immediately. Squeeze the material firmly into the joints and compact with a grout float or squeegee, scraping off excess from the tile face. After about 15 minutes, wipe back excess with a damp, small-pored sponge, rinsing often. Once the joint has hardened (approx. 6-24 hours), buff and polish the tiles with a clean, dry cloth. Important notes Not suitable for use in wet areas such as a shower recess, over Dunlop Waterproofing membrane, or in continuously immersed conditions. Do not use the grout in expansion or movement joints. For textured or matt tiles, test ease of cleaning on a spare tile first. Designed for wall tiles and mosaics rather than heavy floor tiling. Specifications Brand Dunlop Product Ready-to-Go Tile & Grout (2-in-1) Colour White Size 250 g Form Pre-mixed, ready-to-use paste Tile types Ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaics (excl. moisture-sensitive stone) Surfaces Walls Location Indoor and outdoor Joint width 1-5 mm Clean up Water (while fresh) Guarantee 10 year (Ardex Australia) Safety Causes skin irritation and may cause an allergic skin reaction. Selleys Araldite Ultimate Bond is a grey two-part epoxy adhesive engineered for the most demanding repairs, delivering a durable, long-lasting bond that holds up to 200kg/cm² when fully cured on stainless steel. It is the toughest of the Araldite range, designed to be tug and snap proof for fixes that need to stay put. About this adhesive Two-part system of resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) mixed in a 2:1 ratio. Bonds a wide range of surfaces with a strong, rigid, durable join. Sets in around 5 minutes and is touch-firm fast, with a low-odour formula. Made from 20% bio-based carbon. Working (usable) time of roughly 3-4 minutes at 20°C, so mix only what you can apply. What it bonds China, ceramic and porcelain Metal Glass Leather (pre-test for compatibility) Rubber (pre-test for compatibility) Wood and timber Most rigid plastics Where to use it Indoor: repairing crockery, ornaments and ceramics, refitting loose furniture joints, bonding metal, glass and timber components, and general household fixes. Outdoor: durable repairs on tools, garden and workshop items where a tough, weather-durable bond is required. Bond strength depends on substrate, bond size and surface preparation, and set times lengthen in colder weather. How to use it 1. Abrade, clean and dry both surfaces so they are free of dust, grease and loose oxides. 2. Snap the cap from the plunger and carefully cut the sealed tips at the end of the nozzle. 3. Apply even pressure to the plunger to dispense both liquids onto a clean disposable surface (2:1 ratio) and mix thoroughly with a spatula. 4. Apply the mixed glue to both surfaces, then bring them together. 5. Hold in place with tape or weights if needed and avoid undue strain on the joint for at least 60 minutes. Cures in 24 hours; maximise the bond area (minimum 2.25cm²) for best performance after full cure. Replace the cap on the nozzle for storage and clean up any uncured adhesive with acetone. Important notes Will not bond PTFE, polyethylene or polypropylene plastics. Bond will soften above 60°C but strength is restored once the temperature returns to normal. May discolour if exposed to UV. Full cure takes more than 72 hours. Not recommended where a clear, invisible bond is required, as the cured adhesive is grey. Specifications Brand Selleys Araldite Product Ultimate Bond Epoxy Adhesive Technology Two-part epoxy Colour Grey Size 30mL Mix ratio 2:1 (Part A : Part B) Working time Approx. 3-4 minutes at 20°C Set time Approx. 5 minutes Cure time 24 hours (full cure >72 hours) Holds Up to 200kg/cm² on stainless steel when fully cured Heat resistance Softens above 60°C, strength restored on cooling Clean up Acetone (while uncured) Safety Danger. Part A causes skin and serious eye irritation and may cause an allergic skin reaction. Part B may be corrosive to metals, causes severe skin burns and eye damage, and may cause an allergic skin reaction. Do not swallow and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear eye protection and protective gloves when mixing or using, and avoid breathing dust, vapours or spray. Keep out of reach of children and keep in the original packaging. Perfect For Cutting in around ceilings, cornices, and trims Protecting hardware, switches, and fittings Two tone feature walls and accent colours Masking glass, tiles, and metal fixtures during repainting Surface Compatibility Use on properly prepared, fully cured interior paint, primed timber, metal, glass, and most smooth surfaces. Always test in an inconspicuous area first. How To Use Prep the surface: Ensure it is dry, dust free, and fully cured. Apply the tape: Press down firmly along the edge with a putty knife or fingernail to seal. Paint: Roll or brush away from the tape edge for best results. Remove: Peel back slowly at a 45 degree angle while paint is still slightly tacky, unless your coating specifies otherwise. Frequently Asked Questions Will it pull off fresh paint?Only apply to fully cured paint. Cure times vary by product and conditions. When in doubt, allow extra time and test first. Does it work on lightly textured walls?Yes, on many light textures, but press down firmly along the edge and use lighter coats near the tape line. Can I use it with spray equipment?Yes. Apply, seal the edge, and use controlled passes. Avoid flooding the tape line.

High-Grade Neutral Cure Silicone A high-grade neutral (non-corrosive) cure silicone formulated for superior adhesion to cement (e.g., grout). The product also contains a fungicidal protector for excellent mould and fungal resistance. Features Superior adhesion to mortar, grout, and metals. As the product does not lift at the edges and adheres so well to cement and grout, dirt, mould, and fungus will not become trapped, preventing unsightly black mould spots. Superior silicone formulation forms a durable seal that locks out water and does not shrink when drying. Built-in fungicide to inhibit the growth of mould. Available in a range of colours to suit most wet areas. Non-corrosive neutral cure formula. Low odour, so can be used in any environment without discomfort. Easy to clean once applied, as it resists moisture, hot cooking oils, and steam. Superior flexibility with +/- 25% movement capability and up to 400% elongation or stretch. Temperature resistance: approximately -60°C to +150°C. 25-year guarantee – when used as directed, i.e., for private use and within 12 months of purchase, the product is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking, or drying. Where can this product be used? Showers and sinks Metal, copper, and brass fittings Perfect for use on or around: Showers Baths Spas Sinks Plumbing Fixtures Can not be painted over. Not suitable for building materials that bleed oils or solvents, such as impregnated wood. Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon. Pre-test plastics before use. What materials is this product suitable for? Ceramic, glazed & porcelain fixtures Metal, copper, and brass fittings Plastic laminates Rubber Glass Stainless steel Concrete and grouts Many plastics including polystyrene How to use this product Thoroughly clean and dry the surface from oil, dirt, and grease with Mineral Turpentine first and then Methylated Spirits. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone. If there is old silicone that needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER. This ingenious product makes removing old silicone easy. We also recommend sanding the surface back with a good quality sanding block, such as a ROTA COTA Sanding Block Medium/Course Grain, as the silicone will adhere more readily to a scratched-up surface. Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Fit the nozzle to the top of the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as the SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun. We recommend this caulking gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess from run-on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing. Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun, and extrude the silicone sealant. Move in a pushing motion along the joint in one smooth action. For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpentine or, for a professional finish, use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpentine. Excess sealant must be cleaned up before it skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpentine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipe. Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately with mineral turpentine. Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces. The sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. At this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade, but avoid undercutting the seal. Handy Tips Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product for a neat finish and easy cleanup. When first applying, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant. Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins. For a better finish, complete painting prior to using the sealant as it cannot be painted over. Use a spatula dipped in mineral turpentine or detergent and water to tool off the sealant for a better finish. Work in sections that can be completed before the sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs for a better finish. Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up spills and clean any material off the skin before it cures. Safety Tips Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with skin. If contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with detergent. It may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid breathing in vapours. Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as the product releases methyl ethyl ketoxime while curing. For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (AUS 131 126; NZ 0800 764 766) or a doctor. For further detail on the safe use of this product, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet, which can be downloaded from this site. Keep away from children. Storage and Re-Use Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C. The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening. After use, keep the nozzle on the cartridge. Silicone is a reactive product and cures once exposed to humidity. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When re-using, simply remove the foil and plug from the old nozzle, pull out the excess silicone, and re-pierce the tip of the cartridge. If cure has occurred inside the cartridge, the product is no longer usable and should be discarded.

Earl’s MulTflex® Exterior Flexible Filler is a unique, single-pack, ready-to-use flexible filler and adhesive formulated for lasting repairs on timber and masonry. It delivers a durable, non-shrinking, non-sinking finish that won’t crack with vibration and won’t fall out, making it ideal for exterior maintenance where movement and weather can defeat ordinary fillers. Paintable when dry and formulated with no volatile organic compounds (No VOCs), it’s a dependable, low-odour solution for professional results at home or on site. Proudly 100% Australian made and owned. Why you’ll love it Exterior-grade flexibility: absorbs movement and vibration without cracking. Non-shrink & non-sink: holds profile and edge detail after cure. Won’t fall out: engineered adhesion for long-term durability. Ready to use: straight from the tub — no mixing, no mess, no waste. Paintable: achieves a seamless, colour-matched finish once dry. No VOCs: low odour, solvent-free formula. Interior / Exterior: versatile enough for both. Proudly Australian: made and owned in Australia. Where it works Use Earl’s MulTflex® to repair and rebuild on a wide range of common building substrates: Timber: decks, window frames, trims, fascia, general carpentry repairs. Masonry: brick, block, render and patching mortar-like defects. Plasterboard: exterior-exposed linings under cover and general patching. Metals & gutters: non-structural filling and profiling (clean, sound, free of rust). Around pipes & penetrations: neat, gap-free finishing before painting. Glass & surrounds: edge repairs and feathering prior to topcoating. Ideal projects Rebuilding weathered or rotten timber edges before repainting. Filling cracks and surface imperfections in rendered walls. Profiling and feathering joints and transitions for a paint-ready finish. General exterior maintenance where a flexible, paintable filler is essential. Directions Surface Preparation Remove loose or flaking material, dirt, dust, oil, grease and chalky paint. Substrates must be sound. Ensure surfaces are dry and free from visible moisture. Treat rust and stabilize friable areas as required. For best mechanical key, lightly abrade glossy surfaces and remove dust. Application Open the tub and use directly. If the surface of the product begins to dry, add a few drops of water and re-mix gently. Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use. Apply with a filling knife or trowel, pressing firmly to ensure full contact with the substrate. Build up in thin layers for deep repairs, allowing each layer to firm before adding the next. For a satin-smooth finish, tool the final pass with a wet knife or brush to reduce post-work finishing. Finishing & Painting Allow to dry fully. Dry time varies with film thickness, temperature and humidity. Once dry, apply a suitable primer/undercoat if required by your paint system, then topcoat. Use quality exterior paints for weather-exposed areas. Clean-Up & Storage Clean tools and splashes with water while wet. Reseal immediately after use to minimise skinning and reduce waste. Store upright with lid sealed. Do not allow contents to dry out. Good to know Formulation is unaffected by normal temperature swings and resists cracking with vibration. Designed for exterior flexibility yet also suitable for interior touch-ups. For best results on deep voids, fill in multiple light applications rather than one heavy pass. Bathrooms Showers (walls only) Toilets Laundries Kitchens What materials is this product suitable for? Ceramic tiles Porcelain tiles Stone tiles Most other tiles Please contact your store to confirm avaliability, as some stores may have a limited range. How to Use Preparation For new tiling jobs, use Selleys White For Life Tiling Adhesives. Ensure that the tile adhesive has set (usually 24-48hrs). Remove spacers, rake out excessive, dust, debris etc from the joints. If re-grouting remove old grout and clean thoroughly with Selleys Rapid Mould Killer and allow to dry. Do not grout at temperatures below 10°C, or in damp conditions. Before grouting, check ease of removal from matt or textured tile surfaces. Seal porous tiles before grouting or removal of grout from tiles will be difficult. Application Cut seal, screw on nozzle, cut to size. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing grout into joints (for cartridge only). Grout small areas at a time. Work the grout into the joints and smooth off using a rubber squeegee or grout float, moving diagonally across the joints with several passes to compact the grout lines and minimise the amount left on the face of the tiles – avoid moving along the joint as this removes grout from the joint. Tip: hold float/squeegee at 45° angle; clean regularly. Clean up with water, before grout sets. Allow grout to firm up in joints for approx 20 min (longer in colder conditions). Using a damp (not wet) sponge, clean tile surfaces, by wiping lightly, in a circular motion. Finish with a single wipe diagonally across the tile with a clean damp ( not wet) sponge. Avoid repeated wiping as this may remove grout which is not yet fully set, from the joints. Buff and polish the tile surface, after 24hours, with a soft clean cloth. Use Selleys White For Life Grout Cleaner for any stubborn haze marks. overage 1 cartridge is sufficient for 2sqm of tiling (300mm x 30mm tiles; joint depth 5mm and width 3mm). 1.4kg is sufficient for 6sqm of tiling (300mm x 30mm tiles; joint depth 5mm and width 3mm). Limitations: Not for areas frequently immersed in water eg. Shower floors. Allow to dry for 3 days before exposing grout to water on shower walls. Handy tips If the grout is overworked or excessive water is used to smooth off, it may appear to shrink – simply apply a second coat to affected areas. *To maintain whiteness and long term stain & mould resistance: Allow grout to set for 3 days before sealing Selleys White For Life Sealer for maximum stain resistance. Reapply sealer annually or whenever grout has been scrubbed hard. Clean grout and tiles regularly with Selleys White For Life Tile & Grout Cleaner to avoid build up of soil or soap scrum. Do not use harsh acidic cleaners. Areas subject to high foot traffic will require frequent cleaning. Clean up spills immediately – grout will resist penetration by common stains for up to 10 minutes. Coverage guide 1 cartridge is sufficient for 2m2 of tiling (300mm x 30mm tiles; joint depth 5mm & width 3mm) 1.4Kg is sufficient for 6m2 of tiling (300mm x 30mm tiles; joint depth 5mm & width 3mm) Clean Up Clean up tools with water before product hardens. Uncured product may be removed with water.

Can be used also for modelling & sculpting (INTERIOR) Fill depth: Dependent on mix ratio Dries in: 2-3 hours Ready to use: NO (mix with water) Available in: 500g, 1kg, 2kg & 6kg Colour: Off-white • Surface to be filled should be clean and dry with no loose or powdery material. Roughen glossy surfaces to provide a key. • Ensure tools and mixing vessels are clean, as dried residue filler will  accelerate drying rate. • Add 2.5 parts Polyfilla Interior Powder Filler to 1 part tap water and mix thoroughly into a paste with a clean knife. Once mixed, filler should be used within 1 hour. For deep cracks and holes it is advisable to use a slightly stiffer (less water) mix. • Use a clothes peg to reseal the pack. • Using a filling knife or applicator, press the mixed filler into the crack and smooth off. Slightly overfill and allow to dry before sanding. Use medium grade sandpaper and dust off. Wipe the dusted surface with a damp sponge. • Leave for 2-3 hours before sanding and decorating. • For best results prime repaired surface with paint undercoat paint or sealer prior to repainting the whole area. • Clean up with water before filler dries
