Preparation Use between 41°F (5°C) and 104°F (40°C). Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean and free of grease, dust and other contaminants. For improved adhesion, abrade very smooth surfaces (such as metal) prior to cleaning. Remove cap. Application Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one surface. Immediately position and press parts firmly together within 5 minutes. For difficult bonds, clamp parts or use tape to hold pieces together. Do not move or use parts for at least 2 hours. Full bond strength is achieved in 24 hours. Cure times will increase with lower temperatures and humidity and if bonding two non-porous surfaces.  For Gap-Filling: Apply in a thick layer to fill gaps up to 5mm max. Fix or clamp the items together for 1-3 hours and do not touch or move them. In 24 hours, 70% of full adhesion and bond strength is achieved. Cure time is 24 hours for every 2mm of adhesive.  To Get High Initial Grip: Apply on both surfaces in thin and even layers. Leave for 3-5 minutes. Use as a contact cement. After, GO2 gel has become tacky, bring the items together immediately and press firmly. Fixation is not necessary in many cases. Note that final strengths decrease when used as a contact glue.  Two Non-Porous Surfaces: Bonding two non-porous surfaces can result in a slower cure time and is generally not recommended. If bonding two non-porous surfaces, surfaces can be wetted using a damp cloth, taking care to avoid wetness, pooling water or drop formation, to optimize cure time. Cleanup Clean tools and adhesive residue immediately with mineral spirits. Cured adhesive may be carefully cut away using a sharp-edged tool.

Keep away from eyes. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors. Apply in a well ventilated area. Open windows and doors to achieve good cross-ventilation. Wear safety glasses to protect eyes, and rubber or plastic gloves to protect skin. Step 2: Preparation Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. For better adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces prior to cleaning. Pre-fit parts to be joined. Pierce tube nozzles using the reverse side of the caps. Squeeze out equal amounts of resin and hardener on a clean, disposable surface. Prepare only as much as can be used within 3 minutes of mixing. Recap tubes immediately after use. Match the black cap with the resin and the white cap with the hardener. Mix resin and hardener together for approximately 1 minute or until it is uniform in color. Step 3: Application Apply to surfaces to be filled or bonded. Join and press parts together. When bonding butt joints, adhesive should be applied as a reinforcing fillet or splint over the joint for additional support. Remove any excess glue immediately with acetone, mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol. Support until bond sets in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Parts can be handled within 15 minutes and machined within 16 to 24 hours. Cure time is lengthened in cooler temperatures and shortened in warmer weather. Step 4: Cleanup Clean excess glue immediately with acetone before adhesive sets. Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade. Prolonged immersion in paint stripper will soften the cured adhesive to aid removal.

Retract plunger slightly and close with the cap provided. Place objects together within 40 seconds of adhesive application. Bond sets in 40 to 60 seconds at 20°C to 25°C. Remove any excess adhesive immediately with mineral spirits. Usable strength is obtained within 5 to 10 minutes. Ideal for larger mounting brackets • Absorbs difference in thermal expansion - also recommended for metal locks and hinges on side windows and glass to metal applications on furniture. Note: the adhesive must be used with the special nylon mesh Directions for use: - Where convenient, remove the metal bracket from the mirror bracket. Do not damage the metal bracket Place the car in shade for at least one hour before commencing the repair. The ideal temperature for this 2 repair is between 15°C and 25°C Diagram 3: Mark an outline of the bracket on the outside of the windscreen with a marking pen Ensure the position of the bracket will result in the mirror hanging in the correct way. - Remove all old adhesive from the bracket with fine sandpaper, and from the screen with a sharp blade or razor blade. Wipe clean the inside of the screen with an ammonia-based detergent or LOCTITE SF 3 7850 Orange hand cleaner, then wipe again with a clean cloth dampened in Methylated Spirit. Allow drying. Cut the nylon mesh to the exact shape of the metal bracket that will fit onto the windscreen. Hands must be clean and oil-free while doing this. - Cut the tip from the adhesive tube (Dia. 1, Part A), apply the adhesive from the tube and spread over the entire area of the metal bracket - Place the cut to size nylon mesh onto the adhesive on the metal bracket. Important. The adhesive will begin curing within 30 seconds of contact with the nylon mesh. Diagram 7: Note Ensure the bracket is in the correct position (top and bottom front and back) With the nylon mesh and adhesive assembled, press the bracket and mesh against the inside of the windscreen aligned with the marked location and hold firm for a minimum of 30 seconds Wipe off any excess adhesive, Allow adhesive to cure for at least 15 minutes before mounting the mirror to the bracket. Warning: Adhesive may attack some painted surfaces.

For bigger threads and voids, adjust product amount accordingly and apply a 360° bead of product on the female threads also. 4. Using compliant practices, assemble and wrench tighten fittings in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. 5. Properly tightened fittings will seal instantly to moderate pressures. For maximum pressure resistance and solvent resistance allow the product to cure a minimum of 24 hours. For Disassembly 1. Remove with standard hand tools. 2. Where hand tools do not work because of excessive engagement length or large diameters (over 1"), apply localized heat to approximately 250 °C. Disassemble while hot. For Cleanup 1.     Bonds metals, ceramics, concrete, fibreglass, marble and wood. Syringe dispenser accurately measures equal amounts of resin and hardener to prevent wastage. Fast curing, cure commences in five minutes and reaches full cure in one hour. When cured, the bond is transparent and virtually colourless. Loctite 5 Minute Epoxy Adhesive's premium formulation is solvent-free and 100% solids providing a non-shrink, environmentally friendly bond. High viscosity provides a good gap-filling ability. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1. Surfaces must be clean and dry. If possible, roughen surface with sandpaper to improve keying and bonding. 2. Cut tips of twin nozzle with a sharp knife and remove nozzle cap from syringe plunger. 3. Push the twin plunger to squeeze out equal amounts of resin and hardener in the amounts required. 4. Mix the resin and hardener for one or two minutes until the colour is completely uniform. 5. Apply immediately to both surfaces and press together. Pressure clamping is not necessary, but allow the adhesive to set for at least 5 minutes before moving. Remove any excess adhesive immediately. 6. Important. Cork Rubber Felt Canvas Leather Metals Timber Laminated plastics (laminex, formica) Hardboard Compressed board How to use this product: When bonding laminated plastics, ensure that surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free from grease or paint. Surfaces to be bonded should be relatively smooth and/or close fitting. Both surfaces should be completely covered with adhesive and kept apart till “touch dry” – no more than 40 minutes. Position the items carefully, still keeping surfaces apart. Remember once joined they cannot be repositioned. When edges are perfectly aligned, press surfaces firmly together. Secure bond by running a roller over the bonded surfaces or else by hammering the surface from the centre outwards using a padded block. For bonding other materials, apply as for laminated plastics above. When small surface areas are to be joined a wet bond may be used. Simply apply Kwik Grip Solvent to one surface then bring the surfaces together and clamp until dry. Excess adhesive on the face of the jointed materials may also be removed with solvent, but care should be taken that the materials themselves are not damaged by the solvent. -Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup. Sand it, paint it, stain it. Simply stated, it’s the Toughest Glue on Planet Earth. Directions: Prepare and Dampen the Surfaces If you’re using Original Gorilla Glue for the first time, or bonding a new type of material, we always recommend trying a test piece first. Prepare your surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dust free and tight fitting. For shiny surfaces, such as metals, glass and some plastics, roughen up the material to give the glue something to bite into. Damp It: Lightly dampen one surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Do not saturate the surface. For dense hardwoods, lightly dampen both surfaces prior to gluing. Evenly Apply Gorilla Glue Onto the Dry Surface Glue It: Carefully apply onto the dry surface. Do not over apply. We recommend wearing gloves or spreading the glue with a disposable brush. In some instances, Gorilla Glue can be a skin sensitizer. If you are predisposed to skin reactions, please take the extra precaution. If you do get the glue on your skin, try removing it with a dry cloth or paper towel first (particularly if the glue is still tacky). If that doesn’t work, try washing with soap and cold water, or using an exfoliator with a gritty texture. Dry your skin and apply lotion. We do not recommend using any kind of alcohol or acetone. This actually strips the skin of its natural oils, which means the glue is more likely to stick. Clamp the Two Surfaces Together Tightly Clamp It: Make sure the clamping pressure is distributed evenly across the surface. Or, if you don’t have a clamp, use heavy objects or Gorilla Tape® to achieve the appropriate clamping pressure. For lighter objects, try using rubber bands to hold the pieces together tightly. Clamp objects for 1–2 hours. For best results, allow 24 hours to cure. Clean up If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or using a standard paint thinner. Make sure to read and follow directions if using a paint thinner. Always wear gloves. Once the glue is dry, it is best removed mechanically: Try sanding, chiselling, scraping or picking. The dried glue will not damage tools.
