Description
Dunlop Ardit Construction Grout in the full-size 20kg bag is a high-strength, multipurpose construction grout that mixes to either a non-slump paste or a flowable consistency to suit a wide range of projects. Its extended working time allows extra minutes for accurate positioning before set, and the non-shrink formulation locks components firmly in place. The grout achieves approximately 45MPa after 7 days and around 65MPa at 28 days, and carries a 10 year guarantee, making it a dependable choice for structural packing and grouting work.
Where to use it
Designed for indoor and outdoor use in general construction grouting and machine grouting applications: grouting under machine bases, baseplates and stanchions, filling voids, pockets and core holes in concrete, bedding structural members, and anchoring bolts, rails and fixings into concrete and masonry. Application thickness ranges from 5mm to 100mm.
How to use
Ensure surfaces are structurally sound, clean and free of dust, oil and laitance, and pre-dampen porous substrates. Mix with clean water to the consistency required — a stiff non-slump mix for hand packing and trowelling, or a flowable mix for pouring into formwork and confined spaces. Place within the working time and compact well to eliminate air voids. A 20kg bag yields approximately 11.2L as a non-slump mix or 12.0L as a flowable mix.
Important notes
Keep within the 5-100mm application range. Avoid adding excess water, which lowers strength and increases shrinkage risk. Low temperatures slow strength development; protect fresh grout from rapid drying in hot or windy conditions.

Safety
Cement-based product — wet grout is alkaline and may cause skin and eye irritation. Wear protective gloves, eye protection and a P2 dust mask when mixing. Avoid breathing dust. Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use and store in a dry place out of reach of children.
