Description
Dunlop Ardit Rapidset Repair Mortar is an extremely fast-hardening construction mortar from Dunlop Trade (ARDEX Australia), formulated for patching cracks, holes and damaged sections with minimal downtime. Repairs can take foot traffic after just 45 minutes and accept floor coverings after 1 hour, so a morning patch job doesn't hold up the rest of the day's work.
Where to use it
Suitable for indoor and outdoor repairs on concrete, render, screeds, masonry, plasterboard, timber and fibre-cement sheet. It is handy for patching floors before coverings, forming small ramps, and tidying up around doors, windows and plumbing penetrations internally.
How to use
Clean out the damaged area so it is sound and dust free. Mix the powder with clean water (approximately 1.5L per 5kg) to a smooth, workable consistency and apply firmly with a trowel, compacting into the repair. It can be worked from a feather edge up to 20mm thick and shaped before it stiffens. Work in small batches, as the working time is around 15 minutes.

Safety
Cement-based powder - wear gloves, safety glasses and a P2 dust mask when mixing, keep the area ventilated and avoid prolonged skin contact with the wet mortar. Wash hands after use and keep away from children.
