Description
Dunlop Flexible Coloured Grout in the trade-size 15kg bag is built for big tiling jobs - whole houses, commercial floors and multi-room renovations. It is the same flexible, smooth-finish formula tilers rely on, with a stronger colour system for rich, even grout lines and Grout Shield anti-mould and anti-bacteria technology that resists mould and bacteria growth in wet areas. The grout works easily, ensures flush joints and leaves no pin holes.
Where to use it
Suitable for walls and floors, indoors and outdoors, over ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite and mosaic tiles. With a working range of 1mm to 8mm joints it handles fine wall tiling through to wide-format floor tiles, and the grey tones (Misty Grey and Slate Grey) are popular choices for high-traffic floors where joints need to hide everyday wear.
How to use
Prepare clean, dry joints raked free of adhesive. Mix with clean water to a smooth paste - or with Dunlop Primer & Additive to boost colour, flexibility, adhesion and stain resistance. Apply diagonally with a rubber grout float, pack joints full, remove excess, then sponge the tiles clean once the grout firms and polish off haze. Initial set is around 24 hours, showers can be wet after 3 days, and full cure is reached after 7 days.
Important notes
Include about 15% wastage in quantity estimates. Mix batches with consistent water content to avoid colour variation across large floors.

Safety
