Description
Dunlop Wall & Floor Tile Adhesive is a high performance, ready-mixed adhesive from Dunlop Trade (ARDEX Australia) that takes the hassle out of fixing most tile types. Supplied in an easy-to-handle 8kg pail, it is specially formulated to bond ceramic, porcelain, mosaics, fully vitrified tiles and natural stone (excluding moisture sensitive stone), and its highly flexible formulation copes with the small movements that occur in everyday walls and floors.
Where to use it
Suitable for indoor walls and floors, and outdoor areas provided there is no standing water and sufficient fall for run-off. It bonds over an impressive range of surfaces: cement render and concrete, fibre-cement sheets, existing ceramic and vinyl tiles, Dunlop Undertile Waterproofing, prepared metal surfaces, oil-based painted surfaces, plasterboard and suitably prepared interior timber.
How to use
Make sure the substrate is clean, dry and free of dust or grease. Spread the adhesive with a 6-8mm notched trowel for tiles up to 250 x 250mm, or a 10-12mm notched trowel for larger tiles, then bed tiles in firmly with a twisting motion. Work in small sections so a skin does not form before tiling.
Important notes
Do not use over strip timber floors. Prime particleboard and plywood sheet floors with Dunlop Tile-All before tiling. For fully immersed or pool applications choose a cement-based Dunlop adhesive instead.

Safety
Work in a well-ventilated area, wear gloves and eye protection, and avoid prolonged skin contact. Wash tools and hands with water before the adhesive dries. Keep out of reach of children and consult the SDS before use.
