If the grout is completely missing, re-grout lightly, allow it to dry and then apply Fix-A-Floor. It is suitable for all types of tile, marble and stone floors. Q: Can I use Fix-A-Floor outside?A: Yes. It performs well in both interior and exterior applications, including patios and decks. Apply Fix-A-Floor directly to the floor where the tile was, press the tile firmly into place, apply weight and allow to cure for 24 hours. Q: Do I need to place weight on the floor after filling?A: It is recommended to place some weight, such as a heavy object or bucket, on the area to aid curing and ensure even distribution. It is not mandatory but helps achieve optimal results. Q: What if adhesive does not appear from other holes?A: The adhesive may still be spreading beneath the tile. Move to the next hole and continue filling. Make sure you are not pressing the nozzle down onto the subfloor during application.

Note: This product is formulated for timber floors. If you need an adhesive for tiled floors, please use the regular Fix-A-Floor available Click here. NEW – Fix-A-Floor Polyurethane Wood Floor Repair Adhesive features an extra-strength, super-blend formula specifically designed for re-bonding loose, hollow, squeaky, popping, or bouncy timber floors. There’s no need to remove or replace floorboards — simply Drill & Fill for a long-lasting, nearly invisible repair. The precision nozzle allows for very small drill holes, ensuring a clean finish. Ideal for all solid hardwood, engineered timber, and bamboo floors. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and for small or large repair areas. Odourless and very low in VOCs. Coverage: One 300 mL tube covers approximately 0.37 m² (around 600 mm x 600 mm). Just Drill & Fill! Flooring professionals often prefer polyurethane when repairing timber floors due to its strength and flexibility. The Fix-A-Floor polyurethane formula does not foam or expand when applied and cures within 24 hours. Once set, it moves naturally with the timber’s expansion and contraction, preventing cracking or bond failure. Perfect for permanently fixing loose, squeaky, or bouncy floors. Not recommended for use in moist or wet areas. The Fix-A-Floor Large Application Syringe is another excellent option for applying the adhesive if you’d like to drill even smaller holes than 3.5 mm. Always test on a small area first to confirm desired results, and keep from freezing before use. Directions for Repairing Timber Floors: Locate problem areas by tapping the floor with a wooden dowel, broom handle, or similar object, and mark the perimeter using chalk or painter’s tape. Inside the marked area, use a 3.5 mm drill bit and drill at least one hole on each end of the affected floorboard(s). Larger areas may require additional holes. Vacuum debris from each hole. Remove the cap and unscrew the nozzle. Pierce a large hole in the tube with an awl or similar tool. If needed, clear the nozzle before screwing it back on. Using a quality caulking gun, inject Fix-A-Floor into each drilled hole. When adhesive seeps from adjacent holes, you have achieved full coverage. Place a finger over the nozzle when moving between holes to prevent spills. Once complete, wipe away any excess with a damp cloth or sponge and allow to cure for 24 hours before filling holes. Use a matching timber filler or putty from your local hardware store. Clean any residue with mineral turpentine. Your floor is FIXED!

A fast setting strong and durable two part epoxy, general purpose adhesive. Mixed product gels in 5 minutes. Initial bonding is achieved in 20 minutes with maximum bond strength after 16 hours. Features Araldite is stronger than other glues due to the chemical reaction of the two parts Bonds a variety of surfaces Dries Clear Quick setting in 5 minutes No clamping necessary Moderate water resistance Forms a rigid, durable bond Can be used for gap filling (surfaces need not mate closely) Good chemical resistance Appearance Clear with a slight yellow tinge Where can this product be used? Bakelite – joining or repairing Bonding shells, stones or pebbles to decorate bottles, lamps, bricks or garden pots Repairing splits or cracks in a tennis racket Repairing metal toys Not suitable for bonding plastics such as Polypropylene and Polyethylene Bond strength weakens above 65°C but strength is regained when temperature drops What materials is this product suitable for? Glass Metal Wood Fabric Rigid Plastic Crystal Leather How to use this product General Use Before applying the Araldite mixture, all surfaces MUST be thoroughly clean and dry. All traces of grease, rust paint, etc. should be removed. For best results, smooth surfaces should be roughened by mechanical abrasion after solvent cleaning. Onto a clean, disposable surface (e.g. polyethylene or cardboard), dispense equal volumes of Part A and Part B. Thoroughly mix together with a spatula, nail or stick. When using the tubes it is essential to use the correct mixing ratio, i.e. 1 part each Apply adhesive immediately to both surfaces and press together. Clamping is not necessary, but allow bond to remain undisturbed for at least 20 minutes. Scrape off excess adhesive and wipe mixing utensils immediately. When using the Araldite 5ml Everyday tube, ensure correct caps are replaced on each tube or they will harden. To use Selleys Araldite Singles: Fold – the pack in half, so that foil is back to back. Tear – carefully along perforations. Squeeze – bubbles to extrude adhesive. Mix – two parts together until well combined. Apply – mixed adhesive to surfaces and bring together. Wipe off excess adhesive and do not apply undue strain to bond for 30 minutes. Handy tips For maximum working time, mix in small quantities. Large quantities accelerate the curing process and reduce working time. To extend product life replace caps immediately after use. Ensure you wipe excess from nozzle with a tissue dipped in acetone (or nail polish remover) before replacing the caps. When using the tube variant, ensure you replace the correct cap on the correct tube. Placing the wrong cap on the wrong tube will cause the tube to harden. (lids and tubes are colour coded to help) Wipe off any uncured araldite with acetone or nail polish remover. To remove product after cure, mechanical action (scraping or sanding) is recommended. Since the product is chemically resistant solvent will NOT dissolve this product. To reposition the bond once cured, check that the item is heat resistant. If safe, heat the item slowly, e.g. in an oven, to at least 150oC. The product will soften and liquify slightly. Scrape off any excess then reposition the joint carefully using appropriate safety equipment. Allow the item to cool down in the correct position. The product will reharden once returned to room temperature. Clamping is recommended for a stronger bond. Singles are great for those unexpected household breakages, so keep them at home, just in case. Keep a box of Selleys Sugar Soap Wipes around for quick & effective clean up. For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would reccomend using Selleys Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with Methylated Spirits. If there is old difficult to remove residue such as oold paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as Selleys Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product. Safety tips Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapour. Do not use solvents near eyes or open wounds. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Non toxic when set. For further information refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Storage and re-use Ensure caps are replaced and product stored in a cool dry place.

Selleys Aquadhere Interior Wood Glue Water Clean Up Won't stain Timber Bottle 250ml

Sold Out  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

PVA adhesive specially formulated for interior woodworking repairs and projects. White in colour, dries clear and cleans up easily with water. Features No mixing required – Ready to use straight from the pack Suitable for end grain gluing – won’t stain timber, white in colour, but dries clear. Non-toxic Dries Clear Cleans up with water Where can this product be used? School projects and craft Furniture repairs Repair a split trim Fix a broken photo frame Restoring furniture Fix a wobbly chair Gluing cupboard shelves for additional support Repairing a door frame or window Fix a wine rack Re-attach book cover/spine or repair torn bindings Fix a broken drawer Wooden toy repairs Craft projects Unsuitable for use on coated wallpaper overlaps eg vinyl Although Aquadhere is reasonably water resistant, it is not recommended for use in water or weather exposed situations or for any job where maximum water resistance is required (for weather exposed and/or wet areas we recommend Aquadhere exterior or Aquadhere Durabond). Will not take common timber stains Aquadhere is not recommended for joints that are subjected to constant high stress. Instead, use Selleys 308 High Stress wood glue. Do not use on projects that you need to be able to sand, as Aquadhere Interior is not sandable. Will not bond MDF, we recommend using Aquadhere Exterior What materials is this product suitable for? End grain gluing Craftwork Cloth Paper Mosaics Leather Other craft materials How to use this product Surfaces to be bonded must be close fitting, free from dust, dry and clean from grease. Shake bottle before use Apply adhesive liberally to one surface only, position surfaces and press together while still wet. Immediately clamp for 30 minutes for softwoods and 1 hour for hardwoods. Alternatively, low clamping pressures (50lbs/in2) can be used with softwoods; higher pressures are recommended for hardwoods (100 – 150lbs/in2). Do not stress joint for 12 hours. Wipe off excess adhesive while still wet with a damp cloth. If the wood is to be stained, any residual Aquadhere left on the timber surface may prevent the stain from taking to the wood. Maximum strength is achieved after 12 hours, but longer in cold, damp conditions, or when used on dense timbers. Cure slows significantly in humid, cold conditions. Clean all tools with water before adhesive is allowed to dry. If dry, soak in water until adhesive is soft. Handy tips 1L covers approx. 8m2 To fill small gaps, Aquadhere can be mixed with sawdust. Longer clamping times may be required for joints under high stress, or alternatively use Selleys 308 High Stress Wood Glue. Avoid contaminating Aquadhere with iron and steel, eg nails, etc. Aquadhere contaminated with rust (iron oxide) will stain brown/black in the presence of tannins in many woods. On very porous surfaces applying a thin layer to each side and allowing to soaking in before applying a second layer to one side only may result in a stronger bond Cured adhesive can be resoftened by prolonged contact with hot water or steam. Sanding isn’t an effective way to prepare for gluing, as it often leaves an uneven surface and may clog the timber which can stop the glue from penetrating and impact on your result. A straight router can be used to trim the edge, but be sure to only remove as much as required to obtain a suitable edge for gluing. If you are gluing over a larger surface, try using a small roller to aid in application. For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product. Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup. Safety tips Aquadhere is considered a non-hazardous material. In case of eye contact, hold eye open and flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Storage and re-use For maximum shelf life store inside at moderate temperatures. Do not allow to freeze.

A toolbox must. Great on copper and iron. Here are just a few specific uses (there are hundreds of other uses): Seal cracked steam or hot water radiator Stop leaking steam fittings Fill hole in heat exchanger Attach thermocouple to hot surface Seal chimney ductwork How to prepare a surface for bonding with PC-Fahrenheit™ Remove contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil and grime with a solvent such as denatured alcohol (ethanol), acetone, rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or lacquer thinner. A mild detergent solution in water is also good removing contaminants. Use a clean paper towel or rag for wiping. Remove rust and loose paint with sandpaper or wire brush. Epoxy typically sticks to most paints. If there is a concern of the paint’s adhesion then remove it with sandpaper, wire brush or paint stripper. Smooth, glossy and shiny surfaces should be roughened using sandpaper to increase adhesion. Adhesion to wet or damp surfaces can be improved by wiping with alcohol. Do not use mineral spirits or paint thinner for removing contaminants. How to clean-up after PC-Fahrenheit™ application We recommend wearing disposable gloves when mixing and applying epoxy putty. Remove from skin with soap and warm water. Clean up mixed epoxy before it cures with paper towels and solvent. Denatured alcohol (ethanol), acetone, rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or lacquer thinner are suitable solvents for removing uncured epoxy. Cured epoxy can be physically removed by prying off with a screwdriver or pliers. It can also be removed with paint stripper or remover. Can PC-Fahrenheit™ repair a leaking steam radiator? PC-Fahrenheit™ resists higher temperatures and is suitable for repairing steam pipes and radiators. Can PC-Fahrenheit™ be used in a fireplace or wood burning stove? PC-Fahrenheit™ will withstand temperatures up to 260°C. A fireplace or wood burning stove creates temperatures exceeding 260°C. Can PC-Fahrenheit™ be used to seal heater chimney duct? PC-Fahrenheit™ is excellent for use on sheet metal and the temperature is within an acceptable range. Can PC-Fahrenheit™ seal a rust hole in barbecue grill? PC-Fahrenheit™ can be used on the barbecue grill exterior but is not recommended for the interior. How long should PC-Fahrenheit™ be mixed before applying? Mix PC-Fahrenheit™ for 45 to 60 seconds then immediately apply. What is the temperature limit? PC-Fahrenheit is not intended to exceed 260°C. -  Will PC-Fahrenheit™ burn? PC-Fahrenheit™ is not flame resistant and may burn if exposed to direct flame. Does PC-Fahrenheit™ stick to car radiator? Car radiators are made of various metals and plastic composites. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Concremate Expanding Anchoring Cement Anchor, patch and lock in place with confidence. Concremate is a high-performance expanding cement designed for rapid, reliable anchoring and structural patching. Mixed to a workable, mortar-like consistency, it expands slightly as it cures to counteract drying shrinkage. That controlled expansion grips embedded items and surrounding material tightly, delivering a secure, long-lasting hold that stands up to strain, stress and vibration. Why choose Concremate Fast turnaround: initial set in about 30 minutes and hard in approximately 1 hour, so many jobs can progress the same day. Expands and grips: engineered expansion of about 0.125% offsets shrinkage and locks into the substrate. High ultimate strength: cures to a finish that becomes harder than standard concrete at 28 days when properly mixed and applied. Versatile application: ideal for anchoring bolts, rails, brackets and fixtures, as well as patching holes, chases and cracks. Durable performance: forms a robust, long-term bond that resists severe mechanical stress and vibration. Where it excels Use Concremate for secure embedment and structural repairs on common mineral surfaces. It is suitable for: Concrete and masonry Brickwork and stone Tiles and terrazzo Plaster and similar mineral substrates Typical projects Anchoring handrails, posts, machine base bolts, threaded rods and heavy brackets Fixing door and window hardware to masonry openings High-pressure grouting under plates, around pipe sleeves and service penetrations Patching voids, chased conduits, spalled edges and impact damage in floors, walls and ceilings How it works Concremate is a mineral-based expanding cement. After mixing with clean water, the paste hydrates and begins to set. A small, controlled expansion during cure offsets natural drying shrinkage. The result is a tight, interference-style fit that increases grip on embedded items and keys the patch into surrounding material. For best results, the material must be able to expand slightly while drying and should not be constrained in a completely sealed cavity. Directions for use Surface preparation: Remove dust, loose material, laitance, oil and contaminants. Roughen smooth surfaces and blow or brush clean. Pre-dampen porous substrates to a surface-saturated dry condition; do not leave standing water. Mixing: Add powder to clean water while stirring until a smooth, lump-free, mortar-like consistency is reached. Mix only what you can place within the working time. Do not over-water. Placement for anchoring: Fill the prepared hole or pocket from the bottom up to avoid entrapped air. Insert the fixture or fastener while the mix is workable and align immediately. Hold steady until initial set. Placement for patching: Tightly pack the mix into the void in layers, compacting each layer to ensure full contact. Strike off and finish the surface as required. Curing: Protect from rapid drying, wind and direct sun during early cure. Avoid vibration or load until the material has hardened. Cleanup: Clean tools and splashes with water while product is fresh. Once hardened, mechanical removal may be required. Good practice tips Plan the job so placement occurs immediately after mixing for best expansion and bond. For deep holes or large voids, place in lifts and compact each lift. Do not confine completely in a sealed cavity; allow space for controlled expansion. Avoid adding sand, cement or other admixtures that can change performance. Performance and durability When correctly mixed and applied, Concremate develops a hard, dense matrix with strong adhesion to mineral substrates and embedded metals. The slight expansion on cure reduces micro-gapping at the interface, improving load transfer and long-term durability. After full cure at 28 days, the set material achieves hardness that exceeds standard concrete, supporting demanding anchoring and patching tasks. Safety and handling Wear suitable gloves, eye protection and a dust mask when mixing and placing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. Store in a cool, dry place in the original, tightly closed container. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Specifications Product type Expanding cement anchoring and patching compound Form Premixed dry powder Color Grey Mix consistency Mortar-like paste when mixed with clean water Initial set About 30 minutes (conditions dependent) Hard set Approximately 1 hour (conditions dependent) Ultimate hardness Harder than standard concrete at 28 days Expansion Approx. 0.125% during cure Recommended substrates Concrete, brick, stone, tiles, plaster, terrazzo Primary uses Anchoring bolts, rails, brackets and fixtures; patching holes, chases and cracks; high-pressure grouting Cleanup Water while fresh Storage Cool, dry conditions in sealed container What to expect on the job With suitable surface preparation and correct mixing, you can expect a smooth placement, quick set and a dense, high-integrity bond. The expansion action helps lock hardware and patches into place. Protect new work from early movement and moisture loss, then return to service once the hard set has been achieved and the repair or anchorage has reached the necessary strength for your application. Limitations Not for use where the mix cannot expand slightly during cure. Do not apply over active movement joints or flexible substrates. Working and set times vary with temperature, humidity and mix ratio. Note: Always trial on a small, inconspicuous area or non-critical hole to confirm suitability for your specific substrate and conditions.

SELLEYS LIQUID NAILS Original is a premium grade multi-purpose construction adhesive that delivers a consistently strong and lasting bond on most building materials. Shrinkage and thermal movement in buildings can cause bonds to weaken over time, but Liquid Nails is flexible enough to respond to movement allowing a strong bond to be maintained over time. Features Strong bond – which will cope with shrinkage and thermal movement, so you know the job will last. Adheres well to wet and dry timber, so there is no need to wait for the timber to dry. Easily extruded and easy to use in low Winter temperatures, so it allows you to continue with the job at low temperatures. Paintable when dry, to give you a neat, quality finished job. Doesn’t drip, sag or string, so there is less mess when you are using the product. Is available in a range of sizes and delivery styles. Meets requirements specified by Australian Standard AS 2329-1999. Bridges gaps on rough and ill fitting construction material Has a life expectancy, when cured, of 20 years Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon, silicone or polystyrene. Perfect for use: Sheet flooring to joists Metal or aluminium door strips to floors or walls Timber or fibre cement sheeting to cement block or brick walls Masonite to timber Wallboard or panelling to wood or metal frames Cork tiles to timber, fibro or plaster Tempered hardboard to floorboards To eliminate the squeaks in tongue & groove boards Not suitable for use on Mirrors, use Liquid Nails Mirrors, Metal and Glass Not suitable for use on Styrene Foam, use Liquid Nails Fast Not suitable for metals heated by direct sunlight, as bonds weaken at high temperatures. eg metal roofing and siding. Not suitable for bonding materials in areas which will be constantly damp or wet. Not suitable for use in tightly clamped joints eg cabinet making or joinery use Selleys Aquadhere What materials is this product suitable for? Brick & Concrete Plasterboard, particleboard & fibre cement sheeting Ceramic tiles Aluminium Painted surfaces Timber Hardboards Render Many other building surfaces   How to use this product Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil and loose powdery materials. If porous surfaces are greasy or dirty, we would recommend cleaning the surface with SELLEYS LIQUID SUGAR SOAP, and allow to dry. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with Mineral Turpetine and then again with Methylated Spirits, and allow to dry. If there is old difficult to remove residue such as old flaky paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS KWIK STRIP SMART, and allow to dry. On wet timber pooled water should be wiped off. Highly oily timber types may need to be wiped with solvent prior to application to remove surface oils. We also recommend sanding the surface back with a good quality sanding block, such as a ROTA COTA Sanding Block Medium/ Course grain, as the construction adhesive will adhere more readily to a scratched up surface. Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge. Cut the nozzle end to desired opening (approx. 5mm diameter). Fit to the top of the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. We recommend SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess which results from run on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of work which requires a caulking gun. Apply a bead of product along the length of the joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply beads every 40cm. Fix the surfaces with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over the total bond area. The product is repositionable for up to 20 minutes after fitting. Allow the adhesive to set (at least 24 hours) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping. For faster grab, apply to one surface only, press together and pull apart. Allow surfaces to dry 2-5 minutes before firmly joining. The time it takes to form a strong bond depends on the nature and conditions of the application. In most situations strong bonds can be achieved after 24 hours and will continue to strengthen over a 2-3 day period. The product will fully cure up to 7 days. When the product is still wet it can be removed with mineral turpetine, otherwise if the product is dry it can be removed by sanding or scraping, we recommend using a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper. Clean any excess from your hands with SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes. To eliminate squeaks in tongue and groove flooring, apply a bead of Liquid nails into the groove or each board when installing. Handy tips When applying to one surface, ensure sufficient LIQUID NAILS Original is used so that some adhesive extrudes out when surfaces are brought together then wipe off excess if necessary. If glue is not visible, then insufficient contact may not have been made between the surfaces and a weak joint may result. LIQUID NAILS Original should always be used in conjunction with mechanical fasteners in structural, critical or high stress applications. LIQUID NAILS Original is sometimes called LIQUID NAILS (SOLVENT) to differentiate it from the other Liquid Nails products. LIQUID NAILS Original shrinks slightly on curing. Cured LIQUID NAILS Original residues can be removed by holding a rag soaked in Mineral Turps against the residue, then rubbing the residue once softened. Mineral Turps penetrates in this way at approximately 1 mm per hour. When Liquid Nails Original joints are directly exposed to the weather, it is recommended to seal around the edges with a silicone sealant to prevent water ponding inside the joint and thus weaken the joint. LIQUID NAILS Original is NOT recommended for use on mirrors or polystyrene. Use LIQUID NAILS MIRROR METAL GLASS for mirrors and LIQUID NAILS FAST for polystyrene. Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning any material off the skin before it cures. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job.

Apply to surface to be repaired (within 2 minutes of mixing) and mould to shape if required. For a smooth appearance, remove excess and hand rub with water or a damp cloth before hardening begins. Trim away any excess before initial hardening. Remove any residues with acetone prior to initial hardening. Hardened excess may be sanded or trimmed away once fully cured. After 5-10 minutes Knead-It Multi-Purpose will harden and begin to form a strong bond. After 60 minutes Knead-It Multi-Purpose may be drilled, sanded, machined, filed, sawed or painted. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before product hardens. Handy tips Ensure the putty and hardener are mixed properly. Knead-It will become warm as it is mixed, A good indication its mixed properly is when you have a uniform colour and feel a mild heat radiating from the knead-it. To help determine when your knead it has set, keep a small piece off to check- when it is hard, it indicates your job is done. Use Knead-It Aqua for applications in wet/ submerged areas. Use Knead-It Steel for applications on metal or fuel contact For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup Safety tips Where possible wear protective gloves when using Knead-It Multi-Purpose. Contact with skin may result in irritation. Epoxy resin is a known skin sensitiser. Repeated or prolonged skin contact may lead to allergic contact dermatitis. If redness or swelling of the skin occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if in any doubt. Mixed and cured material is not hazardous. Cured material can only be removed by cutting and abrasion. If cured on the skin, it will peel off in a few days without assistance. Soaking in warm water will assist removal. Storage and re-use Replace silver disc to seal ends and keep in a cool dry place.

What materials is this product suitable for? Glass Aluminium Stainless Steel Many plastics including polystyrene Most woods Rubber/ canvas Glazed ceramics & porcelain How to use this product Thoroughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease with Mineral Turpentine firstly and then Methylated Spirits. Allow drying completely before applying silicone. If there is old silicone which needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER, this ingenious product makes removing old silicone easy. Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Fit the nozzle to the top of the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. We recommend SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess which results from run on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing. Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action. For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpetine or for a professional finish use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpetine. Excess sealant must be cleaned up before the sealant skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpetine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipe. Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately in mineral turpetine. Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces, see handy tip. Sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. As this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade but avoid undercutting the seal. For aquariums, allow the product to fully cure for 7 days. Prior to usage, thoroughly wash out with water, drain and refill before introducing fish. Suitable for constructing and repairing small aquariums. The specialist design required for large tanks. Contact SELLEYS if unsure. Handy tips Tips for Using a Silicone Sealant on Glass Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. The depth of the sealant should be no more than 10mm in joints. To fill larger joints use a suitable backing rod (such as closed cell polyethylene foam or similar), leaving the gap depth no larger than half the width of the joint. When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant. Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins. For a better finish complete painting prior to use of the sealant as it can not be painted over. For a better finish, use a spatula dipped in mineral turpetine or detergent and water to tool off the sealant. Work in sections that can be completed before sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs or a rough surface may result, so working in sections allows for a better finish. Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning any material off the skin before it cures. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job. Safety tips Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with skin, if contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with detergent. It may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid breathing in vapours. Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as product releases acetic acid while curing. For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (AUS 131 126; NZ 0800 764 766) or a doctor. For further detail on the safe use of this product, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet, which can be downloaded from this site. Keep away from children. Storage and re-use Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening. After use, keep the nozzle on the cartridge. Silicone is a reactive product and is designed to cure once exposed to humidity. While the product may be stored for a few months once opened, it does have a limited shelf life. Storage in an upright position in a cool dry place is recommended to maximise the storage life. If the sealant is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of the product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess silicone from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use. If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be discarded.

Fast setting supa glue in a convenient bottle that allows easy, controlled and precise application. Features Easy, controlled application Non-drip glue saver nozzle, reduces waste and mess. Long fine nozzle for precise application Bonds a variety of surfaces Extremely fast setting Dries Clear for clean, neat results Water resistant No clamping necessary No mixing required Maximum strength achieved in 12 hours Only takes 45 seconds to achieve initial bond Non-clog cap Forms a rigid bond Upright self-standing bottle Comfortable to hold Where can this product be used? Ideal for small repair jobs or when immediate results are required. Water resistant not water proof, therefore not suitable for surfaces that will be continually wet Not suitable for bonding plastics such as Polypropylene and Polyethylene. Leather may become hardened or discoloured For interior use only Not suitable for repairing items that are in direct contact with hot liquids Will not permanently bond glass or materials containing alkaline elements. Has no gap filling properties therefore surfaces need to be a close fit Not recommended for highly porous surfaces What materials is this product suitable for? Bonds a variety of porous and non-porous surfaces Metals China Rubber Leather Some plastics Wood How to use this product Supa Glue works best when the surfaces to be bonded are close fitting. Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free of dust. Hold bottle in an upright position. Pierce seal by attaching nozzle and cap and turning clockwise. Remove cap and squeeze gently to apply a small amount of glue to one surface. Bring surfaces together and apply slight pressure. (30 seconds). The product grabs within 5-30 seconds, depending on environmental conditions and substrates to be bonded. Allow 30 minutes for sufficient bond strength for practical use. Maximum bond strength reached after 12 hours. Handy tips Cyanoacrylate adhesives can create a white residue on the surface of a substrate if the area is not well ventilated. Clean the affected area with acetone to remove residue. For best performance from this product after opening, store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Excellent when used with other adhesives, as the temporary tack For best results, ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, free of dust, dry and close fitting In the event that fingers get stuck together – don’t panic! Slowly twist fingers in opposite direction in hot soapy water. Acetone (nail polish remover) or Olive oil can also be used to remove Quick Fix from skin. While superglue is not recommended for use on some plastics, if your kids have broken their favourite toy, try this method: Line up the two pieces, glue it, leave it for 24hours to dry, then drop more glue on the break area like a ‘collar’/protective layer. Since Quick Fix cures with moisture set times may be extended on very dry surfaces or under dry conditions. Super glues cure more slowly when large amounts are used. For faster cure use sparingly. Safety tips Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapour. Quick Fix is non-hazardous once cured. Where Quick Fix residues are on the skin, it is recommended that the skin be soaked in warm to hot water to allow easy removal. It is not advisable to try to remove the cured adhesive by pulling and scraping the skin as this will only serve to damage the skin. Alternatively rub in hand cream or vegetable oil to accelerate the natural process of the skin sloughing off to remove the residue. Where immediate adhesive removal is considered necessary apply a solvent such as acetone (nail polish remover) then wash off with soapy water. Apply hand cream to replace naturals oils in skin. Do not use solvents near eyes or open wounds. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Non toxic when set. Storage and re-use After use, wipe excess product from nozzle with a tissue dipped in acetone (found in some nail polish removers). Reseal cap in a clockwise direction. Tap bottle lightly on a flat surface to clear excess product from nozzle. To remove excess from substrates, it is recommended that the material be soaked in a solution of acetone and water (i.e. 3 parts acetone to 1 part water). Where soaking is not possible, try placing a piece of absorbant material (eg cotton wool) soaked in acetone on the excess for 5 to 10 minutes, topping up the acetone if it evaporates. Gently rub the surface with the material to remove the residues. TEST THE SURFACE IN AN INCONSPICUOUS SPOT to ensure it is unaffected by acetone before attempting removal using thias method. PC Products PC-7 Epoxy Waterproof Heavy Duty 56g

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

PC-7® is the original tough job epoxy! This paste epoxy was originally formulated more than 60 years ago for the maximum in bonding power. Professionals to the do-it-yourselfers select PC-7® because of its exceptional adhesion to metals, ceramics, masonry and many plastics. PC-7® is designed for permanent repairs. Where other adhesives fail…PC-7® won’t! Choose PC-7® if you want to: seal a crack in a wall, attach a hanger to a ceramic plaque, seal a leak in an oil pan, repair a granite monument, fix a leak in PVC pipe connection, create a multimedia sculpture, and thousands of other repairs. When mixed, part A (gray) and the hardener part B (black) react to form a bond of tremendous strength. The PC-7® formulation is slow curing, but slow can be a good thing especially for large tasks. WORKING TIME: 60 MINUTES CURE TIME: 24 HOURS (48 HOURS FOR FULL CURE) PC-7® is thick. Thick is good if you need to work vertically or want to hold an object in place. How thick? Thicker than peanut butter but not as thick as bubble gum. Here are just a few specific uses (there are hundreds of other uses): Bond metal electrical boxes to concrete wall. Fill cracks in basement walls. Rebuild vintage Bakelite steering wheels. Seal holes in oil and transmission pans or fuel tank. Bond and repair stainless steel. Attach transition strips on concrete floor. Attach firing strips to concrete wall. Bond to and rebuild hard rubber bumper. How to prepare a surface for bonding with PC-7 Epoxy Paste Remove contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil and grime with solvents such as Denatured Alcohol, Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or Lacquer Thinner. Mild detergent solution in water is also good removing contaminants. Use a clean paper towel or rag for wiping. Do not use Mineral Spirits or Paint Thinner for removing contaminants. Remove rust and loose paint with sandpaper or wire brush. Epoxy typically sticks to most paints. If there is a concern of the paint’s adhesion then remove it with sandpaper or wire brush. Smooth, glossy and shiny surfaces should be scuffed using sandpaper to increase adhesion. How to clean-up after PC-7 Epoxy Paste application Use Denatured Alcohol, Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or Lacquer Thinner to clean tools and mixing surface before PC-7® cures. Clean hands and skin with soap and water. Cured epoxy can be removed by applying Paint Remover or Paint Stripper to soften the epoxy surface. Scratch off the softened epoxy. Repeat as needed. How thick can I apply PC-7®? PC-7® can be applied in any thickness. It does not require drying or exposure to air. It will cure from the inside out. I made a repair with PC-7® but need to build the area up more. Can I apply more epoxy? PC-7® sticks to PC-7® Can I use PC-7® for a vertical repair? PC-7® can be applied vertically and overhead. Because of its high viscosity it will not drip or sag. How long does it take PC-7® to harden? Normally, at 70F, PC-7® will cure in 24 hours but full hardness can take up to 48 hours. Cooler conditions will extend the cure time. Working in a garage or outside in temperatures between 50F and 60F may double the length of time needed for full cure. Applying PC-7® to a cool surface such as an exterior facing wall will slow down the cure. Can I paint over PC-7® and if so how? PC-7® should be primed then painted. Use Zinser Bullseye® 1,2,3 Stain Sealing Primer or Kilz® Premium Stain Sealing Primer or INSL-X® Stix Bonding Primer. Priming/sealing is important to separate and protect the finish coat from the epoxy/amine surface. Can I use PC-7® on a finished surface? Smooth, glossy or shiny surfaces should be roughened or scuffed with sandpaper to provide maximum adhesion. Use 80 or 120 grit sandpaper. A roughened surface has much more surface area than a smooth surface. PC-7® is very thick. Can I smooth it out or thin it out? Use a solvent such as Denatured Alcohol, Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol or Lacquer thinner to smooth applied PC-7®. Be-cause PC-7® is very thick and gooey, it is necessary to apply alcohol or acetone to the tool or gloved fingertips in order to lubricate the surface and shape or feather the applied epoxy. Can I use more of one part of PC-7® in order to speed the curing? Adding additional hardener does not make PC-7® cure faster. It is best to mix PC-7® one part of A to one part of B. However, PC-7® is probably the only epoxy that does not require precisely a 1:1 mix ratio. Plus or minus 25% A or B does not affect the performance. Adding additional PC-7® (+50%) part B hardener (black) can improve the adhesion to difficult surfaces such as PVC pipe and fittings. Measure equal volumes of part A epoxy (gray) and part B hardener (black) then measure an additional half portion of hardener (black). This will make the mix ratio (1 : 1.5, A : B). Can I tint PC-7® to match a surrounding color? PC-7® can be tinted with iron oxide or carbon pigments. Powdered pigments are used to color stucco or concrete and can be found at art supply stores. Universal tints that are used to color paint are compatible with PC-7®. Too much tint may affect the performance of PC-7®. I want to do a repair outdoors and the epoxy seems really stiff? PC-7® becomes more viscous in cool temperatures. Set the containers in a warm place prior to mixing. Acetone has been used to reduce the viscosity of PC-7®. The addition of acetone will contribute to shrinking and slow down the cure rate. PC-7® performs best without the addition of solvents. What will PC-7® bond to? It is easier to say what PC-7® will NOT bond to: Wax paper, Teflon, Plexiglass, vinyl and some softer plastics. Test an area if in doubt and always rough up shiny, smooth surfaces with sandpaper.

Loctite Epoxy Instant Mix 5 Minute is a two-part adhesive consisting of an epoxy resin and a hardener. When mixed in equal volumes, the resin and hardener react to produce a tough, rigid, high strength bond, which starts to set in 5 minutes and reaches handling strength in 1 hour. The static mix nozzle delivers a uniform mixture of resin and hardener every time. It can be used as an adhesive for a wide range of materials or as a versatile filler for gap bonding, surface repairs and laminating. Loctite Epoxy Instant Mix 5 Minute does not shrink and is resistant to water and most common solvents. It can be tinted with earth pigments, cement or sand for color matching and can be sanded and drilled. Recommended on: Bonding metal, glass, ceramic, wood, many rigid plastics, china, tile, fibreglass, concrete and stone Can be combined with fibreglass cloth for a durable patch Great for crafting projects Properties Will not crack when drilled Can be tinted to match surrounding materials Water resistant: can be used outdoors Does not shrink   One-time application Convenient instant mix syringe  Consistently dispenses equal, uniformly mixed amounts of each component Sets in 5 minutes  Quick completion of the project How to Use: Step 1: Safety Precautions Well-ventilated area, gloves. Step 2: Preparation Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. For better adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces prior to cleaning. Pre-fit parts to be joined. Remove plastic cap from the centre of the plunger. Turn nozzle end up and pull the plunger back slightly allowing air bubbles to rise to the top. Snap off and discard end of the syringe. Insert nozzle opening and push past prongs. Rotate nozzle 90° to lock into place. Step 3: Application Depress plunger to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin directly onto the surface to be filled or bonded. Remove and discard nozzle. Wipe syringe tip immediately. Retract plunger slightly and close with the cap provided. Place objects together within 40 seconds of adhesive application. Bond sets in 40 to 60 seconds at 20°C to 25°C. Remove any excess adhesive immediately with mineral spirits. Usable strength is obtained within 5 to 10 minutes. Warmer temperatures will shorten the set time and cooler temperatures will lengthen it. Step 4: Cleanup Clean excess glue immediately with mineral spirits. Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade. Prolonged immersion in paint stripper will soften the cured adhesive to aid removal.

Gorilla Wood Glue is the adhesive that woodworkers, carpenters and hobbyists trust for their woodworking projects. Gorilla Wood Glue, a PVA glue, offers the benefits of an easy-to-use, water-based adhesive, with the holding power Gorilla is known for. The glue is incredibly water-resistant and dries a natural colour that offers an invisible bond line for your projects. Clamp Time: 20-30 Minutes // Open Time: 5-10 Minutes Dry Time: 80% in 1-2 Hours // Dry Color: Natural Wood Color Full Cure: 24 Hours Application For best results, it is essential that the wood surfaces are prepared prior to application of glue. For laminating, the surfaces should be planed smooth, leaving the board surface free from machine marks, tear-out and snipes. Also, be careful to avoid burnishing and end snipes. Just how much Gorilla Wood Glue to apply depends on many factors. In general, apply a generous amount of glue on one of the surfaces. On hard-to-glue woods, apply the glue on both surfaces. Rub together with the other surface to distribute the glue evenly on both surfaces. Enough glue should be applied so that a fine bead of glue squeeze-out will occur when clamping. Coverage: 1 gallon of Gorilla Wood Glue will cover about 200 square feet. 1 fluid ounce will cover approximately 1.6 square feet. Clamping The technique and type of clamp to be used are determined by many factors: the specific type of joint, type of stock or lumber, the moisture content of stock, room temperature, assembly time and surface quality. In general, apply enough pressure that will cause a fine bead of glue to squeeze out when the proper pressure is applied. Clamping Time (amount of time pressure needs to remain applied): 20–30 minutes for room temperature applications. The temperature must be above 55°F. Note that clamping time can be dependent on temperature, humidity, and the porosity of the wood. Cure Time (amount of time for glue to reach total bonding strength): 24 hours Clean Up Clean up while the glue is wet: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue. Make as many passes as needed with the clean area of the cloth to remove all the glue. When areas have completely dried, and as needed. Wash hands, skin and damp cloths with soap and warm water, then rinse. Clean up when the glue has dried: Use a sharp putty knife, razor, or sharp scraper to shave hardened glue from the surface, then sand as needed. Soak hands and skin in soap and warm water, wash, then rinse. Cleaning the bottle tip: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue after closing. If tip becomes clogged with dry glue, remove the cap and push the clog backwards with a toothpick, then rinse cap with warm water. To remove Gorilla Wood Glue from hands, wash with warm soap and water.

A two part epoxy adhesive that bonds with maximum strength. Mixed product gels in 2 hours. Initial bonding is achieved in 6-8 hours with maximum bond strength strength after 3 days. Features Araldite is stronger than other glues due to the chemical reaction of the two parts Bonds a variety of surfaces Dries Clear Very Strong, durable bonding Very high water resistance (e.g. OK for fixing tiles around pool, but not below the water line. For this use Selleys Knead it Aqua) Forms a rigid, durable bond Can be used for gap filling (surfaces need not mate closely) Good chemical resistance Heat Resistant Clamping is recommended to achieve a stronger bond Not suitable for bonding plastics such as Polypropylene and Polyethylene Bond strength weakens above 80°C but strength is regained when temperature drops Where can this product be used? Load bearing repairs Gluing the head back on your hammer Fixing loose table or chair legs. Bonding solid pieces of Aluminium sheeting Bonding timber on your boat Repairing splits and cracks in Cricket bats Bonding fibreglass sheets Repairing Ski’s Fixing Dynabolts and metal rods into concrete What materials is this product suitable for? Glass Metal Wood Fabric Rigid Plastic – will not bond to Polyethylene or Polypropylene plastics Crystal Leather How to use this product Before applying the Araldite mixture, all surfaces MUST be thoroughly clean and dry. All traces of grease, rust paint, etc. should be removed. For best results smooth surfaces should be roughened by mechanical abrasion after solvent cleaning. Clamping is necessary while bond sets over 6-8 hours. Scrape off excess adhesive and wipe mixing utensils immediately. When using tubes, Ensure correct caps are replaced on each tube or they will harden Handy tips For maximum working time, mix in small quantities. Large quantities accelerate the curing process and reduce working time. To extend product life replace caps immediately after use. Ensure you wipe excess from nozzle with a tissue dipped in acetone (or nail polish remover) before replacing cap. Clamping recommended for a stronger bond. For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would reccomend using Selleys Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surfact is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with Methylated Spirits. If there is old difficult to remove residue such as oold paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as Selleys Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product.
