How to Use
Adhesive
Apply to one surface, in beads for broad surfaces (every 30cm) or dots for small surfaces. Press surfaces together and allow to cure.
Sealant
Apply product, ensuring it is forced into the joint, with good contact to surfaces. Tool with a soap solution before skinning occurs.
Gap Filler
Apply product into gap. Smooth off with spatula dipped in soapy water. Allow to skin before painting with water based paints.
Limitations:
Not recommended for solvent based paints. If required, paint with a water based paint first.
Handy tips
For neater joints, mask sides before applying sealant and remove tape before sealant skins.
Larger, heavier items need to be supported until the adhesive cures.
Paint with water-based paint. A minimum of two coats are necessary to ensure proper wetting out the sealant surface
Clean Up
Uncured product may be removed with mineral turps.
Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding or with the help of Selleys Silicone Remover.

Silicone 401 RTV is a one part ready to use, acid cure, room temperature vulcanising (RTV), silicone adhesive sealant. It cures rapidly on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a versatile, durable, resilient silicone rubber. It is available in clear.
Uses
Silicone 401 is suitable for form-in-place gaskets and for adhesive, sealing and electrical insulating applications in manufacturing and plant maintenance.

Application Tips

How to use
Prepare the surface so it is clean and free from dust, grease, and loose material.
Cut cartridge tip, attach nozzle, and load into a caulking gun. Cut nozzle to the required bead size.
Apply a continuous bead, pressing firmly so the product contacts both sides of the joint. Tool with a soapy solution before skinning.
For neat edges, mask before applying and remove tape before skin forms.
Clean up
Uncured product cleans off with mineral turps.
Once cured, remove by scraping or sanding. A dedicated silicone and adhesive remover can assist.
Good to know
Do not paint with solvent based paints. If painting, first coat with a water based paint.
Not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use.

How to Apply
The surface must be free from dust, loose particles, and soap residue. If required, clean with turps. Porous surfaces must be dry.
Cut cartridge, fit nozzle, and cut to size. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun.
Apply with a caulking gun, forcing product into the gap. Press into cracks or surface by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.
Smooth sealant surface immediately with tool dipped in turps.

*Wet Surfaces: Can be applied to clean, wet non-porous surfaces e.g. metals, glass, glazed tiles – not wet porous surfaces e.g. concrete, timber. Remove as much water as possible, preferably with acetone. Keep nozzle close to surface so sealant contacts surface immediately. Flatten immediately into joints. Adhesion improves on drying.
Skins immediately, maximum toughness achieved over several days.

How to use this product
-Ensure the surfaces to be joined are close fitting, clean, dry and free of dust.
-Using the primer pen, liberally coat plastic surface/s that are to be bonded.
-Pierce seal at end of the adhesive tube by attaching nozzle and cap and turning clockwise.
-Remove cap and apply a very small amount of glue to one surface only. Bring surfaces together and apply slight pressure.
-The adhesive will grab within 2-30 seconds, depending on environmental conditions and materials being bonded.
-Allow at least 30 minutes for sufficient bond strength for practical use.
-Wipe tip of the tube, replace the cap and store upright in a dry cool place.
Handy tips
-If using on leather test on an inconspicuous area first as adhesive may cause leather to discolour or harden.
-Not suitable to repair items that will contain hot liquids.
-Best results for nylon items are achieved without Initial priming (e.g car parts). Contact Selleys Consumer Advice if unsure of plastic type.
-Will also bond plastic to non-plastic surfaces (Metals, Timber, China, Rubber, Leather). Do not use primer on non-plastic surfaces.
-After use, wipe excess product from the adhesive nozzle with a tissue dipped in nail polish remover.
-For best performance from this product after opening, store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
-In the event that fingers get stuck together – don’t panic! Slowly twist fingers in opposite direction in the hot soapy water.
-Do not squeeze tube before removing the cap. Handle tube by plastic nozzle neck when opening and closing cap. This prevents pressurizing tube which may force material into cap, preventing a tight seal after use.

-Keep Out of reach of Children
-Avoid contact with skin and eyes and avoid breathing in the vapour.
-Bonds on contact. Should fingers stick together apply a solvent such as acetone (nail polish remover) to contact areas then wash with water.
-Do not use solvents near eyes or open wounds.
-Highly Flammable, keep away from sources of ignition.
-Contents of the pen may cause lung damage if swallowed.
-This product is hazardous according to the criteria of NOHSC and HSNO. For frequent hobby or occupational use, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.

Aquadhere is not recommended for joints that are subjected to constant high stress. Instead, use Selleys 308 High Stress wood glue.
Do not use on projects that you need to be able to sand, as Aquadhere Interior is not sandable.

How to use this product
Surfaces to be bonded must be close fitting, free from dust, dry and clean from grease.
Shake bottle before use
Apply adhesive liberally to one surface only, position surfaces and press together while still wet. Immediately clamp for 30 minutes for softwoods and 1 hour for hardwoods. Alternatively, low clamping pressures (50lbs/in2) can be used with softwoods; higher pressures are recommended for hardwoods (100 – 150lbs/in2). Do not stress joint for 12 hours.
Wipe off excess adhesive while still wet with a damp cloth. If the wood is to be stained, any residual Aquadhere left on the timber surface may prevent the stain from taking to the wood.
Maximum strength is achieved after 12 hours, but longer in cold, damp conditions, or when used on dense timbers.
Cure slows significantly in humid, cold conditions.
Clean all tools with water before adhesive is allowed to dry. If dry, soak in water until adhesive is soft.
Handy tips
1L covers approx. 8m2
To fill small gaps, Aquadhere can be mixed with sawdust.
Longer clamping times may be required for joints under high stress, or alternatively use Selleys 308 High Stress Wood Glue.
Avoid contaminating Aquadhere with iron and steel, eg nails, etc. Aquadhere contaminated with rust (iron oxide) will stain brown/black in the presence of tannins in many woods.
On very porous surfaces applying a thin layer to each side and allowing to soaking in before applying a second layer to one side only may result in a stronger bond
Cured adhesive can be resoftened by prolonged contact with hot water or steam.
Sanding isn’t an effective way to prepare for gluing, as it often leaves an uneven surface and may clog the timber which can stop the glue from penetrating and impact on your result. A straight router can be used to trim the edge, but be sure to only remove as much as required to obtain a suitable edge for gluing.
If you are gluing over a larger surface, try using a small roller to aid in application.
For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product.
Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup.
Safety tips
Aquadhere is considered a non-hazardous material.
In case of eye contact, hold eye open and flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes.

Clean all tools with water before the adhesive is allowed to dry. If dry, soak in water until adhesive is soft.

To fill small gaps, Aquadhere can be mixed with sawdust.
Longer clamping times may be required for joints under high stress, or alternatively use Selleys 308 High-Stress Wood Glue.
Avoid contaminating Aquadhere with iron and steel, eg nails, etc. Aquadhere contaminated with rust (iron oxide) will stain brown/black in the presence of tannins in many kinds of wood.
On very porous surfaces applying a thin layer to each side and allowing to soaking in before applying a second layer to one side only may result in a stronger bond
Cured adhesive can be softened by prolonged contact with hot water or steam.
Sanding isn’t an effective way to prepare for gluing, as it often leaves an uneven surface and may clog the timber which can stop the glue from penetrating and impact on your result. A straight router can be used to trim the edge, but be sure to only remove as much as required to obtain a suitable edge for gluing.
If you are gluing over a larger surface, try using a small roller to aid in application.
For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product.
Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup.

How to Use
Surfaces to be bonded must be close fitting, dry and clean.
Shake bottle and apply thinly to one surface.
Press surfaces together firmly for 1-2 minutes.
Wipe off excess adhesive with a damp cloth whilst still wet
If joint is under stress or timber is bowed or warped, clamp until adhesive sets.
Adhesive strength will be sufficient for object to be handled after 5-10 minutes for softwoods and 15-20 minutes for hardwoods. Allow 30-60 minutes before working with object.
Maximum strength is attained in 4-8 hours. Allow longer setting/bonding time in cold or humid conditions.
Limitations:
Not for exterior use.
Unsuitable for use on coated wallpaper overlaps eg vinyl
Although Aquadhere Quick Set is reasonably water resistant, it is not recommended for use in water or weather exposed situations or for any job where maximum water resistance is required (for weather exposed and/or wet areas we recommend Selleys Aquadhere exterior or Selleys Aquadhere Durabond).
Will not take timber stains.
Aquadhere Quick Set is not recommended for joints that are subjected to constant high stress.
Do not use on projects that you need to be able to sand, as Aquadhere Interior is not sandable.

Apply to both surfaces and join. Support if needed to prevent movement.
Avoid strain for 6 to 8 hours. Full strength develops after 24 to 72 hours depending on conditions.

How to use this product
Throughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease with Mineral Turpentine firstly and then Methylated Spirits. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone. If there old silicone which needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER, this ingenous product makes removing old silicone easy.
We also recommend sanding the surface back with a good quality sanding block, such as a ROTA COTA Sanding Block Medium/Course grain, as the silicone will adhere more readily to a scratched up surface.
Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up.
Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Fit the nozzle to the top of the cartridge.
Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. We recommend SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess which results from run on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing.
Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action.
For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpetine or for a professional finish use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpetine.
Excess sealant must be cleaned up before the sealant skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpetine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes. Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately in mineral turpetine.
Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces, see a handy tip.
The sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. As this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade but avoid undercutting the seal.

Tips for Using a Brick & Concrete Silicone Sealant
Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up.
When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant.
Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins.
For a better finish complete painting prior to use of the sealant as it can not be painted over.
For a better finish, use a spatula dipped in mineral turpentine or detergent and water to tool off the sealant.
Work in sections that can be completed before sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs or a rough surface may result, so working in sections allows for a better finish.
Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning any material off the skin before it cures. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job.
Safety tips
Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
Avoid contact with skin, if contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with detergent. It may irritate sensitive skin.
Avoid breathing in vapours.
Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as product releases methyl ethyl ketoxime while curing.
Keep away from children.

The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening.
After use keep the nozzle on the cartridge
Silicone is a reactive product and is designed to cure once exposed to humidity. While the product may be stored for a few months once opened, it does have a limited shelf life. Storage in an upright position in a cool dry place is recommended to maximise the storage life.
If the sealant is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required.
For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air.
When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess silicone from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use.
If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be discarded.

Bonds weaken at high temperatures. Avoid bonding metals or heavy materials which will be heated by direct sun. (Consult Selleys about particular applications subject to heating).
Ensure that surfaces are free from dust, loose particles and dry. Cut cartridge tip, pierce membrane inside base of nub, fit nozzle and cut end to desired opening and fit cartridge into cartridge gun. In very cold weather, cartridge may need to be conditioned to room temperature for easier gunning.
Direct a bead along the length of the joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply beads every 40cm. (“zig-zag” beads are more appropriate on surfaces of moderate width)
Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over the total bond area. Wet bonds are re-positionable for up to 20 mins after fitting
Allow adhesives to set (at least 24 – 48 hours) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping. (refer to Bond strength Time)
For faster grab, apply to one surface only, press together and pull apart. Allow surfaces to dry 2-3 minutes before firmly

Selleys Complete Clean Power Gel Drain Cleaner is a heavy-duty, thick gel formula built to power through blocked drains and cut down the bacteria that cause unpleasant odours. Its high-cling gel consistency lets it sink past standing water and stay in contact with the blockage, dissolving the build-up of hair, grease, soap and food waste that clogs household pipes.The 1L bottle is a colourless to straw-coloured liquid with a powerful alkaline (caustic) formulation. It combines sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite with a surfactant to break down stubborn organic blockages while helping to leave drains clean, clear and fresher smelling.Where to use itIndoor: toilets, kitchen sinks and other indoor household drains.Outdoor: not recommended for use on outdoor drains.How to use
While pushing the cap down, turn it counter-clockwise to open.
Slowly pour approximately 330mL (about one third of the bottle) into the drain.
Replace the cap and keep the bottle tightly closed.
Leave for 15 to 30 minutes to allow the gel to work on the blockage.
Flush the drain thoroughly with hot water.
Important notes
This is a corrosive product. Always read the safety directions on the bottle before opening or using.
For interior drains only; do not use on outdoor drains.
May be corrosive to metals. Keep the bottle upright, tightly closed and in its original packaging.

Directions for Use
Prepare the surface. Ensure substrates are clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, and contaminants.
Apply adhesive. Use the correct strip flooring or parquetry trowel. Spread adhesive evenly within the working time.
Lay flooring. Place boards or parquetry into the wet adhesive. Press firmly to ensure full contact and adhesive transfer.
Allow to cure. Leave to cure overnight under recommended conditions.
Finish. Sand and finish the floor as required once the adhesive has cured.
Good to Know
Semi rigid bond helps manage seasonal timber movement.
Foaming action assists with minor surface irregularities and gap filling.
For best results, follow timber flooring manufacturer guidelines and site preparation standards.

How to use this product
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Surfaces to be bonded should be free of oil, grease and dust. On wet timber pooled water should be wiped off. Cut cartridge tip, fit nozzle and cut end to desired opening. (Approx 5 mm diameter).
WET BOND METHOD
Direct a bead along the length of the joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply beads every 40 cm. (‘zig-zag’ beads are more appropriate on surfaces of moderate width; eg shiplap panels.)
Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over the total bond area. Wet bonds are repositionable for up to 15 mins after fitting.
Allow adhesives to set (at least 8 hours) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping.(Refer to Bond Strength Time.)
CONTACT BOND METHOD – for faster grab
Apply a bead to one surface only, press together and pull apart.
Allow surfaces to dry 2-4 minutes before firmly joining. Surfaces should not be kept apart for longer than 10 minutes as to do so will impair bond strength
Flooring:
When fixing sheet flooring (e.g. particleboard), use in conjunction with flooring manufacturer’s installation specifications for minimum nailing requirements. Note: To eliminate squeaks in tongue and groove flooring, use Liquid Nails Heavy Duty in conjunction with mechanical fixings.
Handy tips
Time for strong bond depends on nature and condition of application. In most situations^ strong bond can be achieved after 8 hours and will continue to strengthen over a 2-3 day period. Full cure can take up to 7 days.
^Curing is achieved by evaporation of solvent. The time required to achieve the bond’s full strength is increased by: constant low temperatures; thick applications (joints) are used; wide areas are bonded; and when bonded surfaces are impervious (e.g. metals and dense timbers).

Use the extension tube for hard-to-reach areas.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, free from grease and lose materials.
Tear off the amount you require, knead until supple.
Roll into a ball.
Place between surfaces to be fastened and press firmly, Ezy Tack performs best on non-porous surfaces, vinyl coated wallpapers, painted surfaces, glass, metal, etc.
To remove Ezy Tack, ROLL IT OFF CAREFULLY from the surface. Any remaining shreds can be removed by rolling or dabbing a bigger piece of Ezy Tack over the area.
Handy Tips:
Do not use Ezy Tack on absorbent, silk-screen printed, hand-stencilled wallpaper, or recently decorated surfaces.
On some surfaces, Ezy Tack may leave a faint oily mark but this can be removed using a citrus based stain remover.
The adhesive qualities of Ezy Tack increase with time, so take extra care when removing it after a period of time.

Liquid Nails Fast is a water-based high strength (*) construction adhesive with fast grab and low odour. It has a thick, non-runny consistency and is ideal for adhering timbers and other porous construction materials. After drying it is beige (light tan) in colour.
Uses
Liquid Nails Fast has high initial (immediate) grab which reduces the need to support joins while the adhesive cures. The initial grab works best with porous surfaces.
It will bond to many building materials including MDF, particle board, timber, plaster board, styrene foam, masonry, concrete, tiles, ceramics, metals, plastics*, rubber and glass. Faster results are achieved when at least one surface is porous.

How to Use:
Remove all dust, grease and loose debris before applying material.
Dampen the cavities on porous surfaces for better adhesion.
Apply Fireproof Cement firmly into holes and cracks with a damp knife or spatula.
Allow Fireproof Cement to dry a minimum of 48 hours before exposure to heat.
If Fireproof Cement is stiff slacken with a little water.
Limitations:
Fireproof Cement is not an adhesive - it is a filling compound.
Not recommended for external use e.g. BBQ's, incinerators etc.
Fireproof Cement is not suitable for use in kilns.
Fireproof Cement is not recommended for moving joints such as expansion joints as it sets rigidly
Hardened material cannot be resoftened with water.
