How to use
Ensure the surface is dry, dust free, and fully cured.
Apply the taped edge along the line you want to protect, pressing down firmly.
Unfold the film so it drapes over the area. Static cling will help it stay in place.
Paint as normal. Allow paint to become touch dry.
Peel tape back slowly at a 45 degree angle to remove.

APPLICATION
1. Pierce seal at end of tube by turning nozzle and cap clockwise.
2. Ensure the working surface is clean, dry, free of dust or any grease. 3. Apply adhesive sparingly to one surface only.
4. Place surfaces together and press firmly for 10 - 60 seconds. Adequate for practical purposes after 30 minutes
STORAGE:
5. After use. clean nozzle immediately with a cloth, replace cap and store upright between 5- 25°C. Avoid strong light and heat sources
LIMITATION:
Not recommended for polyethylene, polyester plastic & glass. Not suitable for use on items which contain hot liquids eg. Cups, mugs. May cause leather to discolour or harden. Test on a hidden area before use if in doubt. For interior use only.

How To Use

Apply the tape: Press down firmly along the edge with a putty knife or fingernail to seal.
Paint: Roll or brush away from the tape edge for best results.
Remove: Peel back slowly at a 45 degree angle while paint is still slightly tacky, unless your coating specifies otherwise.
Pro Tips
Burnish the tape edge lightly to improve the seal on textured areas.
Apply light coats near the edge. Heavy wet coats can overwhelm any mask.
For long runs, overlap tape pieces by a few millimetres and press the overlap firmly.

Can I keep my weldbond bottle outside in the garage? Will it freeze?
Weldbond should be protected from the cold as it will freeze. Once frozen, this product loses all adhesive capabilities. It should be stored above 50°f/ 10°c at all times. Also, after the container has been opened, ensure it is closed tightly after each use.
What is the shelf life of weldbond?
Weldbond typically has a shelf life of 5 years. If the product is starting to solidify, it can be restored by adding just a little bit of water. We advise the consumer to give the container a good shake prior to every use.
Is weldbond non-toxic?
Weldbond has been tested to be non-toxic. Weldbond conforms to astm d4236.
Is weldbond tested on animals or created with any animal by-products?
Weldbond is not tested on animals and does not contain any animal by-products. This product is vegan-friendly.
