USE INSTRUCTIONS: NOTE - This product must be exposed to UV sunlight or UV source to cure. Rubber or plastic gloves recommended for sensitive individuals. Not recommended for drinking water applications.
1. Use the Anchor-Tite Patch in a well-ventilated area. Keep the Patch in the black, UV-protected package until you are ready to do a repair.
2. Clean parts to be repaired with soap & water and allow to dry completely. Roughen surface with wire brush or sandpaper.
3. While still in the black UV-protected package, cut the patch material to extend ¾” beyond the repair area using scissors or knife. Remove the white backing and apply cut Patch over repair and press firmly in place. Store unused portion away from sunlight or UV sources. If outside surface is to be painted or finished, remove clear nylon film prior to cure.
4. Expose the bonded Patch to UV sunlight, black lamp or other UV sources until the product is hardened (see approximate times above).
5. After the product is hard and fully cured, it can be drilled, sanded or painted.
6. Wash hands and skin well with soap and water after use.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store product sealed in the original black UV-protected package in a cool (<75F), dry location away from UV sources or sunlight. Stored under these conditions, a one-year shelf life can be expected.

Use Instructions: Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct skin contact.
1. Surfaces should be clean, dry and close fitting. Glass Adhesive will fill small gaps.
2. Wipe surfaces with nail polish remover (acetone) or rubbing alcohol (isopropanol). Allow drying at least 20 minutes.
3. Uncap the syringe. The adhesive must be shielded from UV light during application to avoid premature curing. Use adhesive sparingly, using enough to just cover one surface to be bonded.
4. Join parts, making sure that they are correctly positioned. Wipe off excess adhesive before exposure using a clean cloth with mineral spirits or acetone.
5. Expose joined parts to UV sunlight or halogen lamp. In strong sunlight, a clear bond develops in 30 seconds. For cloudy conditions, allow 1-2 minutes. Bond strength continues to develop over 24 hours.
6. Excess cured adhesive can be removed with a blade.
7. After use, wipe syringe tip and recap. Store upright.
NOTE: Clear Glass Adhesive is not suitable for bonding parts exposed to oven temperatures or for deep coloured stained glass applications.

Application Method /
Tools
Apply direct from pail with spatula/spreader. Smooth over surface and allow drying. Sanding is not normally required although the product may be sanded if required.
Sika® Filler One Strike can be painted over after approx. 30 minutes using water based paints. Leave to dry for 12 hours when using solvent based paints. Cleaning of Tools Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.

Supa Glue is water resistant not water proof, so do not use in areas continually exposed to moisture as it will weaken the bond.
Supa Glue is generally not flexible and has low impact resistance. ie will probably shatter if dropped. For these applications use SELLEYS Quick Fix Shock Proof or SELLEYS Urethane Bond.
Supa Glue’s bond strength is excellent where surfaces to be bonded are a good close fit. Where gap filling is required use SELLEYS URETHANE BOND or ARALDITE or for very minor gap filling you can use SELLEYS Quick Fix Gel.
Supa Glue is not recommended for use on paper.
Not suitable for bonding plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene or Teflon?.

How to use this product
The seal at the end of the metal tube should be pierced carefully with the reverse end of the cap. Ensure that the tube is not squeezed while the seal is being pierced. Replace plastic nozzle.
Surfaces to be bonded should fit exactly and should be clean, dry and free of dust, dirt and grease.
Apply a drop of Supa Glue to only one of the surfaces to be joined. Use sparingly. Do NOT spread. (Note: One drop covers an area 25mm x 25mm)KEEP FINGERS AWAY FROM EXCESS ADHESIVE SO THEY WILL NOT STICK TOGETHER.
Quickly align both surfaces and apply slight pressure to ensure effective spreading and bond.
Should you fail to align the surfaces correctly, do not attempt to re-align them and bond together again. Keep apart and completely clean the surfaces (with acetone or nail polish remover). When dry, re-apply adhesive, re-align and bond again. (Please Note: NOT ALL Nail Polish Removers are ACETONE.)
Although the adhesive will grab after several minutes to provide sufficient bond strength for practical use, maximum bond strength is achieved after 12 hours.
Wipe tip of tube and replace cap.
Handy tips
Once open, Supa Glue has a limited shelf life (i.e. up to 1 year provided the tip is wiped clean and the cap replaced securely after each use).
Supa Glue vapour can produce a whitening effect in enclosed spaces. To avoid this use in well ventilated areas. The whitening effect can be removed by wiping with acetone (first check that the acetone will not damage the surface).
To remove from materials, it is recommended that the material be soaked in a solution of acetone and water (i.e. 3 parts acetone to 1 part water).
Note: This method should only be used for substrates NOT adversely affected by exposure to solvents. Check a small area before use.
Storing in a refrigerator can reduce the risk of hardening in the tube.
Also leaving a pin stuck in the (cleaned) nozzle during storage can reduce the risk of the nozzle becoming clogged with cured adhesive which is difficult to clear.

Use only in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and breathing vapours.
The surface must be free from dust, loose particles, and soap residue. If required, clean with turps. Porous surfaces must be dry.
Cut cartridge, fit nozzle, and cut to size. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun.
Apply with a caulking gun, forcing product into the gap. Press into cracks or surface by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.
Smooth sealant surface immediately with tool dipped in turps.
Limitations:

Ritetite Control is a one-component gel super glue that bonds extremely quickly.
It’s made with a specially designed thixotropic formula that instantly polymerises (hardens) by absorbing surface moisture. Its fast-curing properties make it an excellent choice for high-speed industrial applications that require a gel-like, viscous adhesive that does not spread or leak like traditional super glue.
Ritetite Control works exceptionally well in poor-fitting applications such as rough metal or ceramic repairs, unfinished metal-to-metal bonding, and metal-to-rubber bonding due to its thick gel consistency.
Surface Preparation prior to bonding with RITETITE CONTROL
Surfaces should be clean, dry and grease-free before applying the adhesive. Use a suitable solvent (such as acetone or isopropanol) for the degreasing of surfaces. Some metals such as aluminum, copper and its alloys will benefit from light abrasion with emery cloth (or similar), to remove the oxide layer.
RITETITE CONTROL Directions for use.
1) Apply the adhesive sparingly to one surface.
2) Then, bring the components together quickly and correctly aligned.
3) Apply sufficient pressure to ensure the adhesive spreads into a thin film.
4) Do not disturb or re-align until sufficient strength is achieved, normally in a few seconds.
5) Remove any surplus adhesive solvent, nitromethane, or acetone.
NB:
For difficult or porous surfaces using a RITETITE activator is recommended. If bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE or silicone, prime first with a suitable primer.

How to use this product
-Supa Glue non-drip gel works best when the surfaces to be bonded are close fitting, but a small amount of gap filling is possible.
-Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free of dust.
-Pierce seal at end of the tube by attaching nozzle and cap and turning clockwise.
-Remove cap and apply a small amount of glue to one surface. Bring surfaces together and apply slight pressure.
-The product grabs within 2-30 seconds, depending on environmental conditions and substrates to be bonded.
-Allow 30 minutes for sufficient bond strength for practical use.
Handy tips

-Since Quick Fix cures with moisture, set times may be extended on very dry surfaces or under dry conditions.
-Super glues cure more slowly when large amounts are used. For faster cure use sparingly.
-While supa glue is not recommended for use on some plastics, if your kids have broken their favourite toy, try this method: Line up the two pieces, glue it, leave it for 24 hours to dry, then drop more glue on the break area like a ‘collar’/protective layer.
For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product.
Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup.
To remove excess from materials, it is recommended that the material be soaked in a solution of acetone and water (i.e. 3 parts acetone to 1 part water). Where soaking is not possible, try placing a piece of absorbent material (eg cotton wool) soaked in acetone on the excess for 5 to 10 minutes, topping up the acetone if it evaporates. Gently rub the surface with the material to remove the residues. TEST THE SURFACE IN AN INCONSPICUOUS SPOT to ensure it is unaffected by acetone before attempting removal using this method.
Do not squeeze tube before removing the cap. Handle tube by plastic nozzle neck when opening and closing cap. This prevents pressurizing tube which may force material into the cap, preventing a tight seal after use.

-Avoid breathing vapour.
-Quick Fix is non-hazardous once cured. Where Quick Fix residues are on the skin, it is recommended that the skin be soaked in warm to hot water to allow easy removal. It is not advisable to try to remove the cured adhesive by pulling and scraping the skin as this will only serve to damage the skin. Alternatively, rub in hand cream or vegetable oil to accelerate the natural process of the skin sloughing off to remove the residue. Where immediate adhesive removal is considered necessary apply a solvent such as acetone (nail polish remover) then wash off with soapy water. Apply hand cream to replace naturals oils in the skin.

-In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Storage and re-use

Clean-up:
After cleaning, wet any tissue used for wiping off the glue with water and dispose of. When cleaning up larger quantities of uncured adhesive, apply water and allow to cure and then scrape up. Note this may result in damage to the surfaces. Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade, removed with acetone or with boiling water. Note: Acetone is highly flammable and may not be suitable for use on all materials, test surface first. Follow manufacturer’s instructions.

Directions for use:
- Where convenient, remove the metal bracket from the mirror bracket. Do not damage the metal bracket Place the car in shade for at least one hour before commencing the repair. The ideal temperature for this 2 repair is between 15°C and 25°C Diagram 3: Mark an outline of the bracket on the outside of the windscreen with a marking pen Ensure the position of the bracket will result in the mirror hanging in the correct way.
- Remove all old adhesive from the bracket with fine sandpaper, and from the screen with a sharp blade or razor blade. Wipe clean the inside of the screen with an ammonia-based detergent or LOCTITE SF 3 7850 Orange hand cleaner, then wipe again with a clean cloth dampened in Methylated Spirit. Allow drying. Cut the nylon mesh to the exact shape of the metal bracket that will fit onto the windscreen. Hands must be clean and oil-free while doing this.
- Cut the tip from the adhesive tube (Dia. 1, Part A), apply the adhesive from the tube and spread over the entire area of the metal
bracket
- Place the cut to size nylon mesh onto the adhesive on the metal bracket. Important. The adhesive will begin curing within 30
seconds of contact with the nylon mesh. Diagram 7: Note Ensure the bracket is in the correct position (top and bottom front and back) With the nylon mesh and adhesive assembled, press the bracket and mesh against the inside of the windscreen aligned with the marked location and hold firm for a minimum of 30 seconds Wipe off any excess adhesive, Allow adhesive to cure for at least 15 minutes before mounting the mirror to the bracket. Warning: Adhesive may attack some painted surfaces.

Step by Step:
1.Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, completely dry and close-fitting.
2.Twist the cap/nozzle clockwise onto the tube and remove the cap.
3.Carefully apply the glue on one surface. Press the surfaces together, reposition it as you wish, then press with strong and even pressure for few seconds and leave it undisturbed for 60 seconds.
4.Clean the nozzle, replace the cap and store upright in a cool dry place.
