How to Use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, flaking/powdery paint and old or crumbling caulk.
Cut seal and nozzle and fit to cartridge. Insert into caulking gun such as Selleys Light Speed Caulking gun.
Apply with caulking gun, forcing product into gap.
For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in water. For a professional finish use a paint scraper such as a 50mm Soft Grip Scraper.
Clean up excess with a damp cloth immediately and clean hands and tools with water.
Allow to skin (about 20 minutes) before painting with water-based paints. If oil-based paints are to be used, or if gaps are large, allow sealant to set for about 24 hours and ensure the product is completely cured.
Limitations:
For gaps between tongue and groove boards and weatherboards use No More Gaps® Exterior & Weatherboard.
Where movement is excessive or for areas where contact with water is frequent, use the appropriate Selleys® Silicone Sealant.
Handy Tips
To avoid paint cracking, apply at temperatures above 10°C and do not apply paint too thick.
Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up.
When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of gap filler, and a perfect finish.
If you are going to wipe off the excess gap filler with a wet finger, ensure you wet your finger with water and not saliva, as saliva contains bacteria and this will increase the chances of mould growing in your gap filler.
Allow the surfaces to skin prior to painting, which is approximately 20 minutes.
Protect from rain until firmly skinned.
Allow for longer skin and cure times in damp conditions.
Some water based under coats and flat paints may crack on drying. To reduce this effect allows the product to cure for 24 hours in small gaps or 48 hours in larger gaps before painting with such paints.
For exterior applications protect from rain until firmly skinned.
Keep a pack of Selleys Sugar Soap Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job.

When it comes into contact with surface moisture, it hardens instantly. Its extremely fast curing qualities make it an excellent choice for high-speed industrial production, where an ultra-rapid-acting adhesive with low consistency and viscosity is required.
Surface Preparation prior to bonding with RITETITE TURBO
Surfaces should be clean, dry and grease-free before applying the adhesive. Use a suitable solvent (such as acetone or isopropanol) for the degreasing of surfaces. Some metals such as aluminum, copper and its alloys will benefit from light abrasion with emery cloth (or similar), to remove the oxide layer.
RITETITE TURBO Directions for use.
1) Apply the adhesive sparingly to one surface.
2) Then, bring the components together quickly and correctly aligned.
3) Apply sufficient pressure to ensure the adhesive spreads into a thin film.
4) Do not disturb or re-align until sufficient strength is achieved, normally in a few seconds.
5) Remove any surplus adhesive solvent, nitromethane, or acetone.
NB:
For difficult or porous surfaces using a RITETITE activator is recommended. If bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE or silicone, prime first with a suitable primer.

Quickset WATERCRETE is an all purpose patching and bonding compound which is very effective where the presence of water makes repairing and sealing difficult. It will repair leaks in pools, tanks and bonds earth ware pipes and tiles, without the need to drain the water. It is ideal for repairs in wet or dry situations where delays are inconvenient as it can be walked on, or driven over in 30 minutes.
Quickset WATERCRETE is a fast setting, high compressive strength compound that shows its initial set in 4-6 minutes, even underwater. It reaches maximum compressive strength in 24 hours and bonds to CLEAN CONCRETE, MASONRY, STONE, TIMBER and STEEL. Contains no calcium chloride. It is suitable for use with drinking water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove all loose material from the area to be treated to ensure a solid bond. Slowly add one part of water to 4 parts Quickset WATERCRETE and mix for 1 to 2 minutes to the CONSISTENCY OF PUTTY. Add more product if mix is too wet as wet mix seriously reduces effectiveness. Avoid contact with skin. Press the mix firmly into the prepared area. The product can be moulded to shape. When filling a hole against running water, hold the mixed product in position with a trowel or piece of timber until it cures. The product hardens rapidly after 4 minutes. If sealing a leak underwater, increase the size of the hole on the surface to create a taper. Before applying Quickset WATERCRETE to dry work, generously soak the location with water. Damp conditions assist curing. For repairs less than 1.5cms thick in a dry situation, it is best kept damp for 24 hours.

Safety Precautions
Apply in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves and wash hands after use.
Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. Protect work area. Lightly roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion. Pre-fit parts to be joined.
Application
Twist off the cap by turning counter-clockwise. Apply sparingly to one side only using approximately one drop per square inch of surface. Press surfaces together immediately. Hold in place for 15 to 30 seconds until bond sets. Do not reposition parts. Clean excess adhesive with tissue paper and replace the cap.
Cleanup
Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade, acetone or with boiling water.

All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease and oil. Protect surrounding areas from overspray to avoid residual adhesive.

Hold the can 15 to 20cm from surfaces to be bonded and spray an even coat of adhesive.
For Maximum Bond Strength: Spray both surface to be joined. Allow to dry to tack (approximately 1 minute) and press surfaces firmly together. How do I remove Gorilla Spray Adhesive from my surface?
To clean surface while adhesive is still wet/uncured, wipe adhesive off the project with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) may be used according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Once cured, Gorilla Spray Adhesive may be removed using mechanical means by gently scraping surface, being careful not to damage the surface underneath.
How do I remove Gorilla Spray Adhesive from body/skin?
While still wet, Gorilla Spray Adhesive can be removed by wiping adhesive with a dry cloth, and then washing the area with soap and water. Once cured, rinse well with water.
Is Gorilla Spray Adhesive food safe?
Gorilla Spray Adhesive is not recommended for direct or indirect food contact and should not be considered food safe.

How to use this product
General Use
Before applying the Araldite mixture, all surfaces MUST be thoroughly clean and dry.
All traces of grease, rust paint, etc. should be removed.
For best results smooth surfaces should be roughened by mechanical abrasion after solvent cleaning.
Onto a clean, disposable surface (e.g. polyethylene or cardboard), dispense equal volumes of Part A and Part B. Thoroughly mix together with a spatula, nail or stick. When using the tubes it is essential to use the correct mixing ratio, i.e. 1 part each
Apply adhesive immediately to both surfaces and press together. Scrape off excess adhesive and wipe mixing utensils immediately.
Ensure correct caps are replaced on each tube or they will adhere.
Handy tips
Note: For information on how to identify plastics refer to the Selleys plastics guide.
For maximum working time, mix in small quantities. Large quantities accelerate the curing process and reduce working time.
To extend product life replace caps immediately after use. Ensure you wipe excess from nozzle with a tissue dipped in acetone (or nail polish remover) before replacing cap.
When using the tube variant, ensure you replace the correct cap on the correct tube. Placing the wrong cap on the wrong tube will cause the tube to harden. (lids and tubes are colour coded to help)
Wipe off any uncured Araldite with acetone or nail polish remover.
To remove product after cure, mechanical action (scraping or sanding) is recommended. Since the product is chemically resistant solvent will NOT dissolve this product.
To reposition the bond once cured, check that the item is heat resistant. If safe, heat the item slowly, e.g. in an oven, to at least 150oC. The product will soften and liquify slightly. Scrape off any excess then reposition the joint carefully using appropriate safety equipment. Allow the item to cool down in the correct position. The product will reharden once returned to room temperature.
Clamping recommended for a stronger bond.
Singles are great for those unexpected household breakages, so keep a couple at home just in case.
Keep a box of Selleys Sugar Soap Wipes around for quick & effective clean up
For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using Selleys Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with Methylated Spirits. If there is old difficult to remove residue such as cold paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as Selleys Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product.

How to apply (best results)
Prep: Turn power/water off where applicable. Clean and dry the area if possible.
Start & anchor: Peel off the liner, stretch the tape as you begin to wrap, and press the starting end onto itself to anchor.
Stretch & overlap: Stretch to at least 2× its length (more stretch = stronger fuse). Overlap each wrap by ½ width.
Build layers: Add additional layers for higher pressure, stronger seals, or increased dielectric protection.
Finish: End the wrap on itself and press firmly. Full fusion develops quickly; handle with care while it sets.
Remove: Cut off (do not unwind) when it’s time to replace — it leaves no residue.

Can I use it on live electrical circuits?
No. Always switch power off before wrapping. Build sufficient layers for the required insulation, and follow local electrical standards.
Will it stick to wet or oily surfaces?
Because it bonds to itself (not the substrate), it can often be applied in damp or even underwater situations. For best results, clean and dry the area first.
Is it reusable?
Once fused, it forms a single mass. Cut it off to remove; it won’t unwind. Apply a fresh wrap if needed.
What isn’t it for?
Not a substitute for permanent structural repairs. Avoid use on fuel lines or high-pressure systems without proper engineering sign-off.

Instructions:
NOTE: For best results, items should fit closely together.
1. Protect clothing and work surfaces (metal foil works well). Use in a well-ventilated area. Refer to package for special opening instructions – has Self Piercing “Ratchet” Opener. After
opening, remove outer cap for use.
2. Apply sparingly to one surface using 1 drop per square inch. Assemble parts and hold together with pressure for 15 seconds or until set.
3. After use, wipe tip before replacing cap to prevent sticking and close bottle securely.
Storage
Store upright in a cool area away from sunlight or heat sources. Stored under these conditions, a one-year shelf life can be expected.
Safety:
Contains cyanoacrylate. CAUTION: Eye Irritant. Bonds skin & eyes in seconds. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with clothing as can cause a burn. In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes; get medical attention for eye or internal contact. To remove from skin, soak in acetone nail polish remover & gently peel adhesive off with a fingernail; water exposure will wear off residual adhesive in a few days (do not use polish remover around the eye area). KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
