Prepare your surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dust free and tight fitting. For shiny surfaces, such as metals, glass and some plastics, roughen up the material to give the glue something to bite into. Damp It: Lightly dampen one surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Do not saturate the surface. For dense hardwoods, lightly dampen both surfaces prior to gluing. Evenly Apply Gorilla Glue Onto the Dry Surface Glue It: Carefully apply onto the dry surface. Do not over apply. We recommend wearing gloves or spreading the glue with a disposable brush. In some instances, Gorilla Glue can be a skin sensitizer. If you are predisposed to skin reactions, please take the extra precaution. If you do get the glue on your skin, try removing it with a dry cloth or paper towel first (particularly if the glue is still tacky). If that doesn’t work, try washing with soap and cold water, or using an exfoliator with a gritty texture. Dry your skin and apply lotion. We do not recommend using any kind of alcohol or acetone. This actually strips the skin of its natural oils, which means the glue is more likely to stick. Clamp the Two Surfaces Together Tightly Clamp It: Make sure the clamping pressure is distributed evenly across the surface. Or, if you don’t have a clamp, use heavy objects or Gorilla Tape® to achieve the appropriate clamping pressure. For lighter objects, try using rubber bands to hold the pieces together tightly. Clamp objects for 1–2 hours. For best results, allow 24 hours to cure. Clean up If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or using a standard paint thinner. Make sure to read and follow directions if using a paint thinner. Always wear gloves. Once the glue is dry, it is best removed mechanically: Try sanding, chiselling, scraping or picking. It is widely used in the repair of toys, leather goods, furniture, upholstery, jewellery and in the handicraft making areas. This is an excellent product where quick bonding and a clear bond line is required especially in the DIY market. Instructions Surface Preparation Surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free of grease. If surfaces are non-porous, smooth and glossy, roughen with glass paper (preferably) or apply solvent suck as Acetone As a two way dry stick: Apply an even film onto both substrates, leave 5-10 minutes then join together with as much as possible taking care not to trap any air. As a one way wet stick: Usually, this technique is employed when either one or both of substrates to be bonded are porous (e.g. fabrics, cardboard). Clean Up Any wet or partially wet adhesive can be removed with scraping and Bostik Solvent 9901. The dried adhesive is best removed with a scraper or by sanding. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE A minimum of 12 months in original sealed packaging if stored under cover away from heat.

Make sure all surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry, free from dust, dirt and grease. APPLICATION 2. Remove tube cap and spread the adhesive evenly over both surfaces. 3. Leave the coated surfaces until the adhesive is just tacky, approximately 4 minutes at normal room temperature. 4. Ensure the surfaces are accurately aligned and then press firmly together. They will stick immediately. CLEANING 5. After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean dry cloth (avoiding skin contact). 7. Bostik Hard Plastics adhesive can be removed using acetone before set. Solvents can damage some surfaces, therefore carry out a test on a small area first. PRECAUTIONS IN USE Bostik Hard Plastics adhesive is not suitable for polyolefins e.g. polythene, polypropylene or PTFE. It should not be used for repairing items that hold hot liquids.

SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry and free from all loose paint, dust, grease, oil and foreign materials. APPLICATION Tube (Blister Pack) Application 1. Unscrew cap and pierce and of the tube with the reverse end of the cap 2. Apply thin, even film to both surfaces to be glued 3. Leave until touch dry (approximately 5 to 15 minutes), then bring both surfaces together accurately 4. Take care to avoid the formation of air bubbles between surfaces 5. To ensure maximum adhesion, clamp or weigh down the entire surface or apply firm hand pressure evenly 6. Replace screw cap to keep the contents of tube airtight CLEANING To clean up tools, equipment and adhesive spills use Mineral Turpentine. Use Bostik Handy Wipe towels to remove adhesive from the skin. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE Store in a cool dry place between 5°C and 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Keep away from sources of ignition.
