Description
The Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 Deep Internal Tray is a contoured insert that adds an extra layer of organised storage to ToughSystem 2.0 boxes. It is supplied as a single tray, so you can fit one or more inside a compatible box and keep hand tools, accessories and fixings within easy reach.
About the product
The tray is moulded in yellow plastic and shaped to follow the inside of ToughSystem 2.0 boxes, so it makes use of the available internal space. Side latches let the tray hang from the top of the box, which leaves the space below clear for larger tools. Dual-function side handles let you lift the tray out easily and also clip it to other trays.
Where to use it
Indoors: inside ToughSystem 2.0 boxes kept in the workshop, garage or shed, for sorting small tools and accessories.
On site: inside ToughSystem 2.0 boxes on the job, or carried on its own by the side handles.
How to use it
- Drop one or more trays into a ToughSystem 2.0 box, or hang a tray from the top using the positioning latches.
- Stack trays together inside the box to build a storage setup that suits your tools.
- Use the side handles to remove the tray, or to connect several trays so they can be carried outside the box.
- The manufacturer notes that you can customise the tray by adding plywood dividers. Dividers are not included.
- Includes one deep internal tray. The toolbox is not included.
Important notes
This tray is designed for ToughSystem 2.0 boxes. Check fit before using it with other storage products. The tray has no lid and does not lock. It is rated by the manufacturer for a load of up to 8 kg, so keep heavy items in the main compartment of the box. The product is covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

Care and storage
Wipe the tray clean with a damp cloth and let it dry before packing tools away. Keep it out of prolonged direct heat and avoid overloading it. Store it inside a ToughSystem 2.0 box or stacked with other trays in a dry place.
