Description
The Dunlop Gauging Trowel is a versatile hand tool that earns its place in any renderer's or concreter's kit. Built with a high-quality carbon steel blade and finished with Dunlop's distinctive ErgoGrip handle, it offers the strength to mix and scoop cement-based products and the comfort to keep working all day. Its rounded-nose blade shape makes it easy to gauge, transfer and apply material exactly where it is needed.
Where to use it
Use it across a wide range of jobs, including mixing and placing concrete, screeds, renders and mortar, patching masonry, and roof pointing work. It is just as handy for scooping product from the bucket as it is for working material into tight spots that larger trowels cannot reach, indoors or out.
Features
- High-strength carbon steel blade
- Unique ErgoGrip handle for added comfort
- True multipurpose design
- Suited to concrete, screeds, renders, masonry and roof pointing
- Compact shape for detail and gauging work
Care
Rinse render, mortar or concrete off the blade before it sets, using a stiff brush for stubborn residue. Because carbon steel can rust, dry the tool thoroughly after washing and consider a light wipe of oil on the blade before storing it in a dry toolbox.
