The glue responds best to an air humidity level of 50-70 %. Surface requirements Surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease, and must fit exactly. Preliminary surface treatment Any dust, oil, grease, wax or separating agent should be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be stuck together. The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts a number of times with appropriate solvents, such as acetone (if suitable for the material – check first!). For metals and metal alloys it is usually sufficient to roughen the surface using emery paper or by grinding or brushing. DURING USE: Directions for use 1. To pierce the membrane, turn the cap clockwise firmly onto the tube. Tip: do not press the tube while piercing. 2. Unscrew the cap to reveal the applicator. Apply the adhesive directly from the tube, using the nozzle, as thinly as possible onto one side (too much glue slows down the curing process significantly). Press parts together immediately. After use, clean nozzle with a dry tissue and replace cap. Advice When glueing at low humidity, curing time can be shortened by briefly breathing onto one of the parts to be assembled. The best glueing results are reached at room temperature. Points of attention Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyelids together in seconds. If product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, glue can be dissolved by soaking in warm soapy water. Then apply a skin cream. May cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing vapours. Keep out of the reach of children. AFTER USE: Stains/residue Wipe off excess glue immediately with a dry cloth. After curing, glue residue is very difficult to remove. Acetone will dissolve glue but very slowly (check suitability first). Storage conditions Store in a dry, cool, frost-free place. Protect work surfaces. As a glue: Apply to both surfaces and let dry 10 minutes. Press parts together. Full cure in 24 hours. For rough, uneven or very porous surfaces, apply a thick layer to both surfaces and wait 30 minutes before joining parts. As a sealer: Fill crack or hole with extra amounts of Fix-All and allow to dry. Add additional adhesive as needed. For repair: To repair vinyl, rubber or fabric tears, apply Fix-All with a spatula behind, through and above the tear. Hold sides together using a strong piece of tape across the tear to hold it tightly. Remove tape after 3 hours. Remove excess with a rubber eraser. Note: when thick layers are required it is better to apply a number of thin coats. Allow curing for 3 hours before handling. Full cure in 24 hours. Notes: Solvents may evaporate from bottle or tube if left open for prolonged periods. Not recommended for Teflon, Polyethylene or Polypropylene bonding. Avoid constant submergence in water and exposure to extremely high temperatures after cure. Storage: Store in a cool area away from sunlight or heat. Stored under these conditions, a one-year shelf life can be expected. Safety: Contains xylene, naphtha and ethylbenzene. DANGER: liquid adhesive is Extremely Flammable. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Super Glue Glass Adhesive securely attaches items to windows and mirrors. This product works well with glass beads, stemware and clear glass windows. Join parts, making sure that they are correctly positioned. Wipe off excess adhesive before exposure using a clean cloth with mineral spirits or acetone. 5. Expose joined parts to UV sunlight or halogen lamp. In strong sunlight, a clear bond develops in 30 seconds. For cloudy conditions, allow 1-2 minutes. Bond strength continues to develop over 24 hours. 6. Excess cured adhesive can be removed with a blade. 7. After use, wipe syringe tip and recap. Store upright. NOTE: Clear Glass Adhesive is not suitable for bonding parts exposed to oven temperatures or for deep coloured stained glass applications. Pacer Technology Super Glue Blue Threadlocker (15190) is a premium grade product used to lock or seal metal threaded components or for metal fasteners up to ¾” in diameter. This product prevents loosening due to high vibration. Parts can be disassembled with simple hand tools. PROPERTIES: Appearance – blue liquid with mild odor. USE INSTRUCTIONS: For best results, parts should be clean and dry. Apply a bead around the part to be bonded & assemble with a twisting motion to spread adhesive.
