A vinyl reinforced cement-based filler that is water and weather resistant. Matches cement grey when set and easily sands whilst maintaining the strength of cement. Can be nailed and screwed without splitting or breaking. Will not shrink when used in accordance with directions, making it suitable for use in patching steps, paths, paving etc. For use on: Bricks, cement, stone and other masonry surfaces (EXTERIOR). May be used in interior wet areas and as ceramic floor tile cement. Fill depth: Dependent on mix ratio Dries in: 5-6 hours for sanding. Allow 24 hours before painting. Ready to use: NO (mix with water) Available in: 500g & 2kg Colour: Grey and can be tinted by adding cement colorants to the mixing water. Application tips: • Surface to be filled should be clean and dry with no loose or powdery material. Do not wet or prime surfaces before filling. • Coat nail heads with oil based paint prior to filling to prevent rust staining. • Add 4 parts Polyfilla Exterior Powder Filler to 1 part water in a clean container and mix thoroughly into a smooth paste. Use mix within 30 minutes and do not add water to extend working time. • For deeper cracks and holes and on very absorbent surfaces it is advisable to use a slightly stiffer (less water) mix. • Use a clothes peg to reseal the pack. • Press in the mixed filler with a filling knife or trowel and finish with a slightly rounded surface. Where a smooth surface is required, slightly overfill the surface, allow to dry (approx. 5-6 hours), then sand smooth with medium grade sandpaper. • Leave for 24 hours, and then apply a suitable primer/undercoat before painting. • When applying in thin layers, do not over trowel. • Clean up with water before filler dries

Putty turns from blue to white when completely mixed. Application Apply the putty to surface to be repaired within 3 minutes of mixing. Work putty firmly into the crack or hole. For bonding, place the putty between the surfaces and apply firm pressure to ensure intimate contact with both surfaces. If applying to a wet surface, apply forcefully and hold in place until adhesion takes effect. For a smooth finish, rub the putty with a damp cloth prior to hardening. Working time is approximately 5 minutes. After 45 minutes, the putty can be sanded, drilled or painted. Cleanup Cured putty may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade.

For improved adhesion, abrade very smooth surfaces (such as metal) prior to cleaning. Remove cap. Application Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one surface. Immediately position and press parts firmly together within 5 minutes. For difficult bonds, clamp parts or use tape to hold pieces together. Do not move or use parts for at least 2 hours. Full bond strength is achieved in 24 hours. Cure times will increase with lower temperatures and humidity and if bonding two non-porous surfaces. For Gap-Filling: Apply in a thick layer to fill gaps up to 5mm max. Fix or clamp the items together for 1-3 hours and do not touch or move them. In 24 hours, 70% of full adhesion and bond strength is achieved. Cure time is 24 hours for every 2mm of adhesive. To Get High Initial Grip: Apply on both surfaces in thin and even layers. Leave for 3-5 minutes. Use as a contact cement. After, GO2 gel has become tacky, bring the items together immediately and press firmly. Fixation is not necessary in many cases. Note that final strengths decrease when used as a contact glue. Two Non-Porous Surfaces: Bonding two non-porous surfaces can result in a slower cure time and is generally not recommended. If bonding two non-porous surfaces, surfaces can be wetted using a damp cloth, taking care to avoid wetness, pooling water or drop formation, to optimize cure time. Cleanup Clean tools and adhesive residue immediately with mineral spirits. Cured adhesive may be carefully cut away using a sharp-edged tool.

Wear safety glasses to protect eyes, and rubber or plastic gloves to protect skin. Step 2: Preparation Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. For better adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces prior to cleaning. Pre-fit parts to be joined. Pierce tube nozzles using the reverse side of the caps. Squeeze out equal amounts of resin and hardener on a clean, disposable surface. Prepare only as much as can be used within 3 minutes of mixing. Recap tubes immediately after use. Match the black cap with the resin and the white cap with the hardener. Mix resin and hardener together for approximately 1 minute or until it is uniform in color. Step 3: Application Apply to surfaces to be filled or bonded. Join and press parts together. When bonding butt joints, adhesive should be applied as a reinforcing fillet or splint over the joint for additional support. Remove any excess glue immediately with acetone, mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol. Support until bond sets in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Parts can be handled within 15 minutes and machined within 16 to 24 hours. Cure time is lengthened in cooler temperatures and shortened in warmer weather. Step 4: Cleanup Clean excess glue immediately with acetone before adhesive sets. Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade. Prolonged immersion in paint stripper will soften the cured adhesive to aid removal.

While still squeezing, tightly replace the cap and then store in a cool, dry place. This helps eliminate moisture in the bottle. You should expect a year shelf life.

Gorilla Wood Glue is the adhesive that woodworkers, carpenters and hobbyists trust for their woodworking projects. For laminating, the surfaces should be planed smooth, leaving the board surface free from machine marks, tear-out and snipes. Also, be careful to avoid burnishing and end snipes. Just how much Gorilla Wood Glue to apply depends on many factors. In general, apply a generous amount of glue on one of the surfaces. On hard-to-glue woods, apply the glue on both surfaces. Rub together with the other surface to distribute the glue evenly on both surfaces. Enough glue should be applied so that a fine bead of glue squeeze-out will occur when clamping. Coverage: 1 gallon of Gorilla Wood Glue will cover about 200 square feet. 1 fluid ounce will cover approximately 1.6 square feet. Clamping The technique and type of clamp to be used are determined by many factors: the specific type of joint, type of stock or lumber, the moisture content of stock, room temperature, assembly time and surface quality. In general, apply enough pressure that will cause a fine bead of glue to squeeze out when the proper pressure is applied. Clamping Time (amount of time pressure needs to remain applied): 20–30 minutes for room temperature applications. The temperature must be above 55°F. Note that clamping time can be dependent on temperature, humidity, and the porosity of the wood. Cure Time (amount of time for glue to reach total bonding strength): 24 hours Clean Up Clean up while the glue is wet: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue. Make as many passes as needed with the clean area of the cloth to remove all the glue. When areas have completely dried, and as needed. Wash hands, skin and damp cloths with soap and warm water, then rinse. Clean up when the glue has dried: Use a sharp putty knife, razor, or sharp scraper to shave hardened glue from the surface, then sand as needed. Soak hands and skin in soap and warm water, wash, then rinse. Cleaning the bottle tip: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue after closing.
