Description
Flexiseal FC is a fast curing polyurethane Adhesive and Sealant with high flexibility and excellent adhesion. Waterproof+, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications^, paintable after it has cured.
Best for : Common building materials such as concrete, brick, masonry, ceramic tile, metals, softwood, hardwood and some plastics*.

What materials is this product suitable for?

*Will not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE–test other plastics and rubber first.
How to Use
AS AN ADHESIVE: Apply a bead or small blobs on surface. Assemble parts together and clamp firmly to hold until cured. Remove excess immediately. Initial bond achieved in 24 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Bond strength increases over a few days.
AS A SEALANT: Extrude sealant into the joint ensuring full contact with the sides of joint. Avoid entrapment of air. Smooth sealant with spatula forcing it into the joint. For best performance, install joint backing rod (polyethylene or polyurethane foam rod) in the joint to control depth and ensure joint movement. Suitable for +/- 25% joint movement. Complies with ISO11600/F/25HM.
Limitations:
*Will not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE–test other plastics and rubber first.
^To maximise durability in outdoor applications paint with a suitable exterior paint. Some colours may discolour after exposure to UV radiation.
+Not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use.
