Instructions Surface Preparation Surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free of grease. If surfaces are non-porous, smooth and glossy, roughen with glass paper (preferably) or apply solvent suck as Acetone As a two way dry stick: Apply an even film onto both substrates, leave 5-10 minutes then join together with as much as possible taking care not to trap any air. As a one way wet stick: Usually, this technique is employed when either one or both of substrates to be bonded are porous (e.g. fabrics, cardboard). Clean Up Any wet or partially wet adhesive can be removed with scraping and Bostik Solvent 9901. The dried adhesive is best removed with a scraper or by sanding. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE A minimum of 12 months in original sealed packaging if stored under cover away from heat.

SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry and free from all loose paint, dust, grease, oil and foreign materials. APPLICATION Tube (Blister Pack) Application 1. Unscrew cap and pierce and of the tube with the reverse end of the cap 2. Apply thin, even film to both surfaces to be glued 3. Leave until touch dry (approximately 5 to 15 minutes), then bring both surfaces together accurately 4. Take care to avoid the formation of air bubbles between surfaces 5. To ensure maximum adhesion, clamp or weigh down the entire surface or apply firm hand pressure evenly 6. Replace screw cap to keep the contents of tube airtight CLEANING To clean up tools, equipment and adhesive spills use Mineral Turpentine. Use Bostik Handy Wipe towels to remove adhesive from the skin. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE Store in a cool dry place between 5°C and 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Keep away from sources of ignition. Glass Metal Wood Fabric Most Plastics How to use this product: General Use Before applying the Araldite mixture, all surfaces MUST be thoroughly clean and dry. All traces of grease, rust paint, etc. should be removed. For best results smooth surfaces should be roughened by mechanical abrasion after solvent cleaning. Onto a clean, disposable surface (e.g. polyethylene or cardboard), dispense equal volumes of Part A and Part B. Thoroughly mix together with a spatula, nail or stick. When using the tubes it is essential to use the correct mixing ratio, i.e. 1 part each Apply adhesive immediately to both surfaces and press together. Scrape off excess adhesive and wipe mixing utensils immediately. Ensure correct caps are replaced on each tube or they will adhere. Safety tips: Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapour. Do not use solvents near eyes or open wounds. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Non toxic when set. Storage and re-use Ensure caps are replaced and product stored in a cool dry place.
