Application Tips
• Surface to be filled should be clean and dry with no loose or powdery material. Mould affected areas should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable mould remover, rinsed and allowed to dry.
• Using the attached filling blade press filler in firmly and remove excess.
• Allow drying (2-3 hours in thin 2-3mm applications depending on humidity), before sanding.
• For deeper jobs apply in 10mm layers, allowing each layer to set, before applying the next layer. Allow longer drying times (24 hours minimum) if painting with oil-based paints or for deeper applications.
• Finish off sanding with a fine sandpaper (>300 grit) for a smoother finish.
• For best results, apply paint undercoat before applying paint topcoat suitable for bathrooms and kitchens, to maximise water, moisture and mould resistance.
• Not for areas that will be immersed in water.
• Use a flexible Poly sealant where joint movement occurs.
• Clean up with water before filler dries.

A. Yes. Polyfilla Bathroom & Kitchen has been specially formulated to resist water, moisture and mould growth making it perfect for use in damp areas of the home.
HOW TO PREPARE A BATHROOM OR KITCHEN FOR PAINTING
The key to achieving a flawless paint finish is preparation. A fresh coat of paint can often accentuate imperfections on plaster walls so it's important that small cracks, dents and chips are properly filled and sanded to create a smooth, even surface for a picture-perfect finish. In areas affected by moisture such as bathrooms, kitchens and laundries we recommend using products specially designed to resist mould growth.
Before starting on your walls, it's a good idea to clear your bathroom or kitchen of accessories and appliances. Use good quality drop sheets to avoid getting paint and dust on benchtops, sinks and floor surfaces.
You'll need:
Poly Sugar Soap
Polyfilla Bathroom & Kitchen
A flexible filling blade
Fine sandpaper
A soft brush
Painters tape
Ensure your walls have no remaining nails, pins, etc. With fine sandpaper, remove lumps, bumps and any paint flakes. Brush off excess dust and then wash down the walls thoroughly with Poly Sugar Soap to remove mould, grease and grime. Let the sugar soap dry completely before filling.
Apply a small amount of Polyfilla Bathroom & Kitchen to your filling blade and draw it across each imperfection on the wall. For larger areas, a trowel should be used.
Using the filling blade, remove excess and skim the filled areas lightly in both directions a few times to ensure a no air bubbles are present in the filled space. Feathering the edges will also minimise sanding. Finish by drawing down with firm pressure.
Wait until the application has dried (2-3 hours for thin 2-3mm applications depending on humidity), then lightly sand the filled areas to an even finish.
Remove dust with a soft brush. Allow longer drying times for deeper applications or if painting with oil-based paints (24 hours minimum). There is no need to use water or sugar soap to clean dry filled surfaces prior to painting.
For deeper jobs, apply in 10mm layers allowing each layer to set before applying the next layer.
Taping
Invest in a good painterís tape and carefully tape off any skirting, architraves, woodwork, etc. As you apply it, gently rub across the edge of the tape that will be painted to help prevent any paint from seeping underneath
Now you've created a smooth, blemish-free surface, youíre ready to paint and achieve a perfect finish! For best results, apply paint undercoat before applying your top coat.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Before starting, make sure your work area is protected from accidental spills. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and oil.
2. Roughen smooth surfaces to be repaired with sandpaper.
3. Apply in ventilated area. Vapors may irritate eyes and nose.
4. Squeeze out equal amounts of bonding agent and curing agent.
5. Mix together thoroughly until color is uniform.
6. Apply immediately to both surfaces and press together. Remove excess glue at once.
7. Allow bond to set for 10 minutes before moving or handling.
8. After 24 hours, typical shear strength on steel is 3000 PSI.
9. Cure time will be slower in colder weather.
For Cleanup
1. Cleanup must be completed before curing is complete. Use acetone or mineral spirits for cleanup.
2. Clean hands with Permatex Fast Orange hand cleaners.
Chemical / Solvent Resistance
The product retains effective properties when in contact with water, oil, fuels, and most solvents. Not recommended for long term exposure to chemicals and solvents.
NOTE: Permatex Cold Weld Bonding Compound will not bond polyethylene and polypropylene plastics.
GENERAL INFORMATION
This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as an adhesive for chlorine or other strong oxidizing materials.

Partix Multipurpose Filler Powder This product is ideal for filling cracks, holes and gaps inside the home. It is strong and can be easily sanded to a smooth finish ready for painting. When dry, it can be nailed or screwed without splitting or breaking.
SUITABLE FOR
Interior repairs to plaster, brick, plasterboard, masonry and timber. For repairs where movement occurs, use Parfix Gap Filler.
PREPARATION
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust and loose material. Glossy surfaces should be roughened with sandpaper to provide key.
MIXING
Add 2½ parts of Parfix Multi-Purpose Filler to 1 part water (by volume) and mix thoroughly into a smooth paste with a clean filling knife.
Once mixed, stays workable for up to 45 minutes.
Do not add water to extend working time. 4 Contamination with dried filler will shorten the working time.
APPLICATION
Press filler into crack with a flexible filling blade (overfilling slightly to allow for sanding back) then smooth off.
Wait 3-4 hours for filler to dry before sanding with a medium grade sandpaper Use a damp sponge to wipe away dist
CLEANING
Clean tools with water and reseal pack after use. Store in a cool, dry place.

Wear gloves.

Surfaces should be clean and free from grease and oil. For better adhesion, slightly roughen the surface with a wire brush or sandpaper prior to cleaning. Cut off desired length of Epoxy Putty and knead until uniform color is obtained. Putty turns from blue to white when completely mixed.
Step 3: Application
Apply the putty to surface to be repaired within 3 minutes of mixing. Work putty firmly into the crack or hole. For bonding, place the putty between the surfaces and apply firm pressure to ensure intimate contact with both surfaces. If applying to a wet surface, apply forcefully and hold in place until adhesion takes effect. For a smooth finish, rub the putty with a damp cloth prior to hardening. Working time is approximately 5 minutes. After 45 minutes, the putty can be sanded, drilled or painted.
Step 4: Cleanup
Cured putty may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Safety Precautions
Avoid skin contact. Keep away from eyes. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors. Apply in a well ventilated area. Open windows and doors to achieve good cross-ventilation. Wear safety glasses to protect eyes, and rubber or plastic gloves to protect skin.
Step 2: Preparation
Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. For better adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces prior to cleaning. Pre-fit parts to be joined. Pierce tube nozzles using the reverse side of the caps. Squeeze out equal amounts of resin and hardener on a clean, disposable surface. Prepare only as much as can be used within 3 minutes of mixing. Recap tubes immediately after use. Match the black cap with the resin and the white cap with the hardener. Mix resin and hardener together for approximately 1 minute or until it is uniform in color.
Step 3: Application
Apply to surfaces to be filled or bonded. Join and press parts together. When bonding butt joints, adhesive should be applied as a reinforcing fillet or splint over the joint for additional support. Remove any excess glue immediately with acetone, mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol. Support until bond sets in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Parts can be handled within 15 minutes and machined within 16 to 24 hours. Cure time is lengthened in cooler temperatures and shortened in warmer weather.
Step 4: Cleanup
Clean excess glue immediately with acetone before adhesive sets. Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade. Prolonged immersion in paint stripper will soften the cured adhesive to aid removal.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Safety Precautions

Step 2: Preparation
Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. For better adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces prior to cleaning. Pre-fit parts to be joined. Remove plastic cap from center of plunger. Turn nozzle end up and pull plunger back slightly allowing air bubbles to rise to top. Snap off and discard end of syringe. Insert nozzle opening and push past prongs. Rotate nozzle 90° to lock into place.
Step 3: Application
Depress plunger to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin directly onto surface to be filled or bonded. Remove and discard nozzle. Wipe syringe tip immediately. Retract plunger slightly and close with the cap provided. Place objects together within 40 seconds of adhesive application. Bond sets in 40 to 60 seconds at 20°C to 25°C. Remove any excess adhesive immediately with mineral spirits. Usable strength is obtained within 5 to 10 minutes. Warmer temperatures will shorten the set time and cooler temperatures will lengthen it.
Step 4: Cleanup

It cures to a tough, hard bond with little to no shrinkage. This industrial-strength product outperforms conventional epoxy putties at high temperatures and sets in 1 hour at room temperature. J-B Weld is The Original Cold Weld two-part epoxy system that provides strong, lasting repairs to metal and multiple surfaces. Mixed at a ratio of 1:1, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled after curing. At room temperature, J-B Weld sets in 4-6 hours to a dark grey color. A full cure is reached in 15-24 hours. J-B Weld has a tensile strength of 3960 PSI and sets to a hard bond overnight. It can withstand temperatures up to 550ºF when fully cured.

A two-component epoxy formula highly concentrated with carefully selected pure aluminium particles, modified curing agents, and special high quality additives to provide maximum strength, durability, and ease of application.
APPLICATIONS: ALUMBOND is specially formulated for repairing HVAC copper pipes, HVAC condenser coils, tanks, valves, pumps, castings, water jackets, radiators, etc., where non-rusting, non-magnetic aluminum finish is desired.

DIRECTIONS: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and preferably roughened for maximum adhesion.
Dispense equal volumes of resin and hardener. Volume Ratio is 1:1.
Mix thoroughly for 6 minutes making certain that all of the hardener comes in contact with all of the resin.
Apply the mixed compound with a putty knife, spatula, or similar tool. The tool may be moistened with water to provide a smooth finish to the HY-POXY ALUMBOND.
CURING TIME: At 75°F (24°C) a ½” (12.5mm) layer of HY-POXY ALUMBOND putty will be hard in approximately 45 minutes
HY-POXY ALUMBOND will not cure properly below 40°F (4°C).

Prepare and Dampen the Surfaces
If you’re using Original Gorilla Glue for the first time, or bonding a new type of material, we always recommend trying a test piece first.
Prepare your surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dust free and tight fitting. For shiny surfaces, such as metals, glass and some plastics, roughen up the material to give the glue something to bite into.
Damp It: Lightly dampen one surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Do not saturate the surface. For dense hardwoods, lightly dampen both surfaces prior to gluing.
Evenly Apply Gorilla Glue Onto the Dry Surface
Glue It: Carefully apply onto the dry surface. Do not over apply. We recommend wearing gloves or spreading the glue with a disposable brush. In some instances, Gorilla Glue can be a skin sensitizer. If you are predisposed to skin reactions, please take the extra precaution.
If you do get the glue on your skin, try removing it with a dry cloth or paper towel first (particularly if the glue is still tacky). If that doesn’t work, try washing with soap and cold water, or using an exfoliator with a gritty texture. Dry your skin and apply lotion. We do not recommend using any kind of alcohol or acetone. This actually strips the skin of its natural oils, which means the glue is more likely to stick.
Clamp the Two Surfaces Together Tightly
Clamp It: Make sure the clamping pressure is distributed evenly across the surface. Or, if you don’t have a clamp, use heavy objects or Gorilla Tape® to achieve the appropriate clamping pressure. For lighter objects, try using rubber bands to hold the pieces together tightly. Clamp objects for 1–2 hours. For best results, allow 24 hours to cure.
Clean up
If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or using a standard paint thinner. Make sure to read and follow directions if using a paint thinner. Always wear gloves. Once the glue is dry, it is best removed mechanically: Try sanding, chiselling, scraping or picking. The dried glue will not damage tools.

Storage Tips
After each use, wipe the bottle’s lid and nozzle clean with a dry cloth. For 2 oz. bottles, tightly replace the lid after wiping clean and store in a cool, dry place. For bottle sizes 4 oz. and larger, we suggest squeezing excess air out of the bottle. While still squeezing, tightly replace the cap and then store in a cool, dry place. This helps eliminate moisture in the bottle. You should expect a year shelf life.

For laminating, the surfaces should be planed smooth, leaving the board surface free from machine marks, tear-out and snipes. Also, be careful to avoid burnishing and end snipes. Just how much Gorilla Wood Glue to apply depends on many factors. In general, apply a generous amount of glue on one of the surfaces. On hard-to-glue woods, apply the glue on both surfaces. Rub together with the other surface to distribute the glue evenly on both surfaces. Enough glue should be applied so that a fine bead of glue squeeze-out will occur when clamping. Coverage: 1 gallon of Gorilla Wood Glue will cover about 200 square feet. 1 fluid ounce will cover approximately 1.6 square feet.

The technique and type of clamp to be used are determined by many factors: the specific type of joint, type of stock or lumber, the moisture content of stock, room temperature, assembly time and surface quality. In general, apply enough pressure that will cause a fine bead of glue to squeeze out when the proper pressure is applied.
Clamping Time (amount of time pressure needs to remain applied): 20–30 minutes for room temperature applications. The temperature must be above 55°F. Note that clamping time can be dependent on temperature, humidity, and the porosity of the wood.
Cure Time (amount of time for glue to reach total bonding strength): 24 hours
Clean Up
Clean up while the glue is wet: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue. Make as many passes as needed with the clean area of the cloth to remove all the glue. When areas have completely dried, and as needed. Wash hands, skin and damp cloths with soap and warm water, then rinse.
Clean up when the glue has dried: Use a sharp putty knife, razor, or sharp scraper to shave hardened glue from the surface, then sand as needed. Soak hands and skin in soap and warm water, wash, then rinse.
Cleaning the bottle tip: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue after closing. If tip becomes clogged with dry glue, remove the cap and push the clog backwards with a toothpick, then rinse cap with warm water.
To remove Gorilla Wood Glue from hands, wash with warm soap and water.

Important use notes
Not for exhaust systems.
For plumbing, use for temporary repair of drainage pipes or low pressure pipes only. Turn water off, apply, then wait at least 1 hour before turning water back on.
Bonded wood should not be submerged or soaked after repair.
How to use
Wear disposable gloves. Work in a well ventilated area.
Prepare the surface. Clean off dust, oil, and loose material. Roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper.
Cut the amount you need. Remove the film wrapper and foil sticker. Reseal unused putty to limit air exposure.
Knead for 30 to 60 seconds until the colour is uniform. Mix thoroughly or it will not harden completely.
Apply within 5 minutes of mixing. Press firmly into place. Smooth with wet gloved fingers if a smooth finish is desired.
Remove any squeeze out before hardening. Allow to set about 10 minutes. Paint after about 1 hour. Full cure about 24 hours.

Clean up and storage
