Description
The Adoored Monument Door Stop in satin chrome with a knurled finish is a neat, modern way to stop doors and handles from hitting the wall. It suits both contemporary and traditional interiors, and the soft rubber tip gives a quiet, gentle stop in place of a bang.
About the product
This 85mm Monument door stop pairs a satin chrome finish with a knurled (textured) pattern for a more tactile, decorative look. It is fitted with a soft, non-marking rubber contact point, so it cushions the door without scuffing it. The Monument range is offered in several finishes and sizes, so you can match or mix it with other hardware around the home.
Where to use it
Indoors: behind bedroom, bathroom, laundry, living area and office doors, wherever a door or handle could swing into plasterboard, paint or tiles.
Outdoors: not specifically designed for outdoor use, so check suitability for your location first.
How to use it
- Decide where the door makes contact with the wall and position the stop so the rubber tip meets the door at that point.
- Install it by following the instructions and fixing method that suit your wall or floor and the hardware supplied with the product.
- Check that the door and handle clear the wall and any skirting before fixing it permanently.
Important notes
Always check the fixing position before installation so the door stops cleanly without straining the hinges. Wipe the satin chrome finish with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the surface. Colour and finish may vary slightly between screens and real life.
