Description
The Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 Half Width Deep Organiser is a compact, lidded parts organiser for screws, fixings, bits and other small items, and it clips straight onto the rest of the ToughSystem 2.0 range. Six removable deep cups and a clear lid let you see and reach what you need quickly, on the job or in the workshop.
About the product
The organiser is built around six deep cups that lift out individually, so you can take just the cups you need to the job or tip one out at the bench. You can also split a cup into smaller sections with your own dividers to suit different fixings. The lid is a tough, transparent polycarbonate that lets you check contents without opening the box. A visible IP65 seal helps keep dust and water away from what is inside, and the metal wire front latches close securely and can be worked with one hand. A flip-up carry handle makes it easy to move around, and the auto-connect side latches lock it to other ToughSystem 2.0 modules. It is also compatible with the earlier ToughSystem range.
Where to use it
Indoors: keep fixings and small parts sorted in the workshop, garage or van, either on its own or stacked with other ToughSystem 2.0 boxes.
Outdoors: take it to site or out into the yard, with the IP65 seal helping protect contents from dust and splashes.
How to use it
- Sort screws, nails, anchors, bits and other small parts into the six deep cups.
- Lift out any cup to carry it separately, or add your own dividers to create smaller compartments.
- Close the lid and secure the two metal wire front latches, then carry by the flip-up handle.
- Use the auto-connect side latches to link the organiser to other ToughSystem 2.0 products. Two half width organisers can be placed across the width of a full-sized ToughSystem case.
Important notes
IP65 refers to dust and water-jet protection with the lid fully closed and latched, so keep the seal clean and free of debris. It is not designed for submersion. Keep within the recommended maximum load of about 10 kg and avoid overloading the cups.

Care and storage
Wipe the box and lid with a damp cloth and mild soap, and avoid harsh solvents on the clear lid. Let it dry before closing if it has been wet. Store with the latches closed in a dry place away from prolonged direct heat.
