About the product
This is a grout-specific oscillating blade with a blend of diamond grit along its working edge. The blade profile is shaped to get into awkward spots, so it helps when you are clearing old grout lines in corners and along tight edges. The universal interface attaches directly to most oscillating tools without a separate adapter. Diablo lists it as suitable for corded and cordless multi-tools from brands including Bosch, Craftsman, Dewalt, Dremel, Fein, Hart, Makita, Milwaukee, Porter-Cable, Ridgid and Rockwell.
Where to use it
Indoors: removing old or damaged grout from tiled walls and floors before regrouting, such as in bathrooms, kitchens and laundries.
Outdoors: clearing grout from tiled patios, balconies and other outdoor tiled areas ahead of repairs.
How to use it
- Check that your multi-tool takes a universal fit blade. This blade is not compatible with Starlock tools.
- Disconnect the tool from power or remove the battery before fitting the blade.
- Fit the blade to the tool and tighten it securely, following your tool's instructions.
- Hold the tool steady, let the blade follow the grout line and let the diamond grit do the work without forcing it.
- Brush or vacuum away the dust and debris once the grout has been removed.
Important notes
Not compatible with Starlock tools. Always confirm the blade fits your tool's mounting before starting. Removing grout makes fine dust, so wear eye protection and a dust mask, and use dust extraction where possible. This blade is designed for grout and is not intended for cutting timber or metal.

Care and storage
Allow the blade to cool before handling after use, and wear gloves when removing it from the tool. Clean off dust and debris, then store it dry in its packaging, out of reach of children. Replace the blade once the cutting edge no longer removes grout effectively.
