Description
Dunlop Ardit Floor Leveller is a premium cement-based levelling compound built on the renowned Ardit Technology from ARDEX. It offers superior flow and workability, spreading easily across uneven concrete to create a smooth, even surface before new floor coverings go down. Floors are walkable in around 3 hours and ready for ceramic tiles in the same timeframe, keeping renovation and re-flooring jobs moving quickly.
Where to use it
Use indoors and outdoors under covered areas over sound concrete floors, ahead of ceramic tiles, carpet or vinyl. It is designed for concrete substrates only and must be protected by a floor covering rather than left exposed to the weather or used as a finished wear surface.
How to use
Ensure the slab is clean, sound and primed as required. Mix each 20kg bag with approximately 4.5L of clean water using a low-speed paddle mixer until smooth and lump free. Pour and spread with a trowel, letting the compound flow out and level itself. Apply from a thin skim up to 25mm in one pass, adding 2-5mm aggregate for deeper fills.
Important notes
Not suitable for driveways or areas subject to vehicular traffic. Vinyl and carpet can be laid after about 24 hours, while tiles can go down after roughly 3 hours. Refer to the technical datasheet for priming guidance on porous slabs.

Safety
Contains cement, which is alkaline when wet. Wear gloves, eye protection and a P2 dust mask while mixing, ensure good ventilation, avoid skin contact and rinse promptly if the mix touches skin or eyes. Store away from children.
