Description
Dunlop Builder's Bond is a high strength, multipurpose, rapid-cure epoxy bonding and repair system that joins almost any building material to almost any other. Dispensed through a self-mixing nozzle from a convenient 254ml dual cartridge, its non-sag formula holds firm on walls and even overhead, and cures stronger than concrete in about 2 hours.
Where to use it
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use across floor, wall and overhead repairs. Typical jobs include bonding concrete, masonry, stone, metal and timber components, rebuilding broken edges and corners, anchoring fixtures, and general structural gap filling where a fast, very strong bond is required.
How to use
Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease and loose material. Load the cartridge into an applicator gun, fit the self-mixing nozzle and dispense the evenly mixed epoxy directly onto the repair or bond line. Shape and tool it before it stiffens. Once cured, Builder's Bond can be shaped, sanded, drilled and painted, so repairs can be blended invisibly into the surrounding surface.
Important notes
New concrete must be fully cured - a minimum of 28 days old - before bonding. The non-sag consistency suits vertical and overhead work but is not a pourable grout. Start a fresh nozzle for each session, as mixed product hardens inside the nozzle.

Safety
Uncured epoxy resins and hardeners can cause skin irritation and sensitisation. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection, ventilate the work area, avoid skin contact and wash immediately if contact occurs. Keep cartridges sealed and out of reach of children.
