The Eufy Dual Camera Video Doorbell 2K Add-On is a battery-powered smart doorbell that watches both your visitors and your parcels, designed to expand an existing eufy HomeBase security setup. One camera faces the person at the door while a second angled camera keeps an eye on the doorstep, so deliveries are far less likely to go unnoticed.
About the product
This add-on unit records in 2K and pairs with a eufy HomeBase, which handles local storage so you are not tied to a monthly cloud fee. Two motion sensors (PIR and radar) work together to tell nearby and distant movement apart, and eufy states this cuts false alarms by up to 95%. Delivery Guard detects parcels, notifies you when one arrives and nudges you with a pick-up reminder if it is left sitting there. Family Recognition lets you set the doorbell to alert you only when someone it does not know turns up. The lower camera can be adjusted left or right to widen the view of your porch.
Where to use it
Indoors: the HomeBase it connects to sits inside the home, and you can see live video, talk to visitors and review clips from the eufy app.
Outdoors: mounts beside the front door or entry on a wall, with a weather-resistant build for Australian conditions.
How to use it
Set up your HomeBase first, then add the doorbell through the eufy app. Mount the bracket on the wall using the included screws and positioning card, then clip the doorbell on. A power drill and screwdriver are all you need, and installation is designed to be quick. The doorbell also works with your existing chime and supports voice assistants (Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa). Night vision and two-way audio let you see and speak with visitors at any hour.

Important notes
This is an add-on unit only. It needs a eufy HomeBase to operate (compatible with HomeBase 1, HomeBase 2 and HomeBase 3 S380), and the HomeBase is not included. The doorbell will not work on its own. It connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Battery life varies with how often motion is detected, recording length, settings and temperature. Push notifications with thumbnail previews use images that are briefly held in the cloud.

Care and storage
Charge the battery with the supplied Micro-USB cable and wipe the lenses gently with a soft, dry cloth when they get dusty. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the camera windows. Keep the unit and its small accessories out of reach of young children, and store spare parts in a cool, dry place.
