How to use
-
Prep Clean and dry the area. For underwater patches, wipe away algae or loose debris.
-
Measure Cut a piece that extends past the damage by at least 25 mm on all sides.
-
Apply Peel the liner and place tape over the damage. Start from the centre and work outwards.
-
Seal Press down hard, removing air bubbles. Use a roller or rounded tool for maximum contact.
-
Cure Initial grab is immediate. Full bond strength improves over 24 hours.
Tips for best results
- Round the corners of the patch to reduce lifting
- For high pressure leaks, apply a larger patch or multiple layers
- Do not apply over active flowing water without reducing the flow first
Frequently asked
Can I use it underwater
Yes. It can be applied to wet surfaces and submerged areas. Clean the surface as well as possible for the best seal.
Is it paintable
Most tapes are not paintable. If appearance matters, trim neatly and paint the surrounding surface instead.
Is it a permanent fix
It provides a durable seal for many applications. For structural or critical repairs, consider a permanent fix when practical.
