Description
The Karcher WV 2 Black Edition is a compact, battery-powered window vacuum that helps you get glass and other smooth surfaces clean and streak-free without drips running down the frame. It is a limited edition of the popular WV 2, finished in black and yellow with a metallic logo on the suction nozzle, and it runs for longer on a charge than the standard WV 2.
About the product
You spray and wipe the surface with the supplied spray bottle and microfibre cloth, then the vacuum pulls the dirty water off the glass into its built-in tank. Because you are not wringing out a squeegee or chasing drips, the job is quicker and tidier. The tank holds 100 ml and empties easily when needed. The suction nozzle is exchangeable, so you can swap between nozzle sizes to suit larger or smaller panes. An LED display in your line of sight shows the battery status as you work. It is light, fairly quiet to use and powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery.
Where to use it
Indoors: windows, glass doors, mirrors, shower screens and tiled splashbacks or walls.
Outdoors: external window panes and other smooth glass surfaces within easy reach.
Suitable for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass, mirrors, tiles and shower cubicles.
How to use it
- Charge the battery with the supplied WV and KV battery charger before first use.
- Spray the surface with the spray bottle and wipe it with the microfibre cloth to loosen the dirt.
- Switch on the window vac and draw the nozzle across the surface in even strokes to lift off the dirty water.
- Check the LED display to see when the battery needs recharging.
- Empty the dirty water tank when it fills up, then wipe any remaining edges dry.
In the box: window vacuum, WV and KV battery charger, spray bottle with microfibre wiping cloth, and a 20 ml sample of RM 503 window vac detergent.
Important notes
Designed for smooth surfaces only and not for carpets, upholstery or rough, textured finishes. A full charge takes about 230 minutes. Runtime and the area covered per charge will vary with how dirty the surfaces are. Read the supplied instruction manual before first use.

Care and storage
Empty the dirty water tank after each use and let the unit dry before putting it away. Charge only with the supplied charger and keep the charger and vacuum away from water while charging. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Follow the manual for cleaning the nozzle and microfibre cloth.
