Description
The Kincrome K28082 is a 69 piece socket set that covers both 1/4" and 1/2" drive, in metric and imperial sizes, so one case handles most workshop, garage and home fastening jobs. It pairs two reversible ratchets with a wide run of sockets, extension bars, an adaptor and two screwdriver bit sets, all stored in one carry case.
About the product
The sockets are made from chrome vanadium steel (Cr-V). They are hardened and tempered, then chrome plated and polished to help resist rust and corrosion. The 12 point sockets cover 4mm to 24mm in metric and 5/32" to 1" in imperial. The 1/4" ratchet has 72 teeth and the 1/2" ratchet has 60 teeth, and both are reversible. The small 1/4" drive suits tight spots and finer work, while the 1/2" drive handles larger fasteners.

How to use it
Choose the socket that fits the fastener snugly and push it fully onto the head. Fit it to the matching drive size ratchet and set the ratchet direction. Use an extension bar or the adaptor to reach recessed fasteners or to change drive size. Use the spinner handle for quickly running fasteners in and out, and fit the bits to the drive for screw heads.
Important notes
This is a hand tool set for normal ratchet use. It is not listed as an impact set, so do not use it with impact guns. Always use a socket that matches the fastener size, and pull the ratchet toward you rather than pushing it where possible.

Care and storage
Wipe tools clean and dry after use, especially if they have been exposed to moisture, oil or grime. Return each piece to its place in the case and keep the case closed and stored in a dry spot. Replace any worn or damaged sockets or bits rather than forcing them.
