The Lockly Visage Zeno Series is a Wi-Fi smart deadbolt in a matte black finish that opens with your face, fingerprint, PIN, phone or Apple device, with no monthly fees. It suits households that want hands-free entry and flexible guest access without carrying a set of keys.
About the product
The Visage uses binocular facial recognition, so you can walk up and the lock recognises you from about 1 metre away. A fingerprint sensor reads in around 0.2 seconds and learns over time to improve accuracy, with biometric data kept on the device. The patented PIN Genie digital keypad scrambles the on-screen digits to make codes harder to spy on, and it can store up to 49 unique PIN codes for family and trusted guests. The Zeno Series also works with Apple Home Keys, so you can tap an iPhone or Apple Watch to lock or unlock. Two rechargeable lithium batteries cut down on single-use batteries and waste.
Where to use it
Indoors: operate and monitor the lock from inside using the Lockly Home app, voice commands or the keys.
Outdoors: the exterior unit is rated by the retailer as waterproof, so it suits a residential front or entry door. It is intended for residential use and is not listed for commercial use.

How to use it
Set up the lock and enrol your face, fingerprints and PIN codes using the Lockly Home app and the supplied setup guide. Once enrolled, you can approach the door for hands-free entry, touch the fingerprint sensor, enter a PIN on the keypad, tap an Apple Home Key device, use the app or ask your voice assistant. Use eKeys or Offline Access Codes to give guests access without handing over a key, and revoke them when no longer needed. Keep the backup keys somewhere safe, away from the door.
Important notes
Intended for residential doors. Check your door preparation, thickness and existing deadbolt hardware against the manufacturer's installation guide before purchase. Voice control and Apple Home Keys need a compatible account, device and setup. Lifetime technical support is offered, with a 5 year mechanical and finish warranty and a 2 year limited electronics warranty.

Care and storage
Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners that could mark the finish. Keep the batteries charged and the backup keys stored safely.
