Loxeal Istant 23 Super Glue Fluid Cyanoacrylate Adhesive 20g
Loxeal Istant 23 is a fluid, general purpose super glue built on ethyl cyanoacrylate chemistry. Its low viscosity (40–80 mPa·s) wicks neatly into close-fitting joints, and it bonds rubber, metal and most plastics in seconds by reacting with trace moisture on the surfaces. The medium setting speed leaves a short window to seat parts accurately before the adhesive grabs. Supplied in a 20g bottle that suits both the workbench and the kitchen drawer.

How to use
- Clean and degrease both surfaces and allow them to dry fully.
- Apply a small amount of adhesive to one surface only – with super glue, less is more.
- Bring the parts together promptly, align, and hold with light pressure for a few seconds.
- Leave the joint undisturbed while strength develops; avoid heavy loads until fully cured.
Cure times
Fixture speed depends on the substrate, gap, temperature and humidity. Typical fixture times: neoprene/NBR under 5 seconds; PVC 3–10 seconds; aluminium 5–15 seconds; steel 10–30 seconds; ABS 10–30 seconds; zinc 30–90 seconds. Allow up to 24 hours for full strength. If setting is too slow, pair it with Loxeal Activator 9; for polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone rubber or PTFE, prime first with Loxeal Primer 7.

Bonds skin instantly – avoid contact with skin and eyes, and keep away from children.
- Store in a cool, dry place below +20°C; refrigeration at +2°C/+7°C extends shelf life. Do not refill containers with used product.
- Prolonged exposure to very humid conditions can reduce long-term bond strength.
