Description
Moroday Ultra High Bond Double Sided Tape is a clear acrylic tape made for permanent fixing around the home, supplied as a single 12mm x 30m roll. It is designed to give strong grip and good initial tack, and it suits jobs where you want a firm hold without visible screws, nails or glue lines.
About the formula
The adhesive is an acrylic system on a clear double sided tape. The manufacturer positions it as a high bond tape with strong tack and holding strength, and it is built for low energy surfaces that ordinary tapes often struggle to grip. It forms a permanent bond, resists heat, and is UV stable, so it can be used both inside and out.
Where to use it
Indoors: general fixing and mounting jobs around the house where a clean, hidden bond is wanted.
Outdoors: projects exposed to sun and weather, thanks to its UV stable acrylic adhesive.
Always test a small area first, especially on delicate, textured or painted finishes, to confirm the grip and appearance are what you want.
How to use it
Make sure both surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease before you start. Apply the tape to one surface and press it down firmly along its full length, then peel back the liner and press the second surface into place with firm, even pressure. Trim the tape to length with scissors or a sharp blade.
Important notes
This is a permanent bond, so position the parts carefully before final contact, as repositioning is not intended. The manufacturer does not publish a specific temperature rating or load rating for this tape, so test it for your application and do not rely on it for safety critical fixing. Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from dust.
