Description
The Mothers NuLens Headlight Renewal Kit is an all-in-one, drill-driven system for bringing cloudy, yellowed plastic and acrylic headlights back to a clear, like-new look. It combines restoration discs, a polishing tool and a protective polish in one box, so you can restore and then maintain your lenses without buying extra parts.
About the formula
The included PowerPlastic 4Lights polish is a liquid plastic polish that clears away yellowing, stains and oxidation. It also buffs out hairline scratches, smudges and surface flaws. As it polishes, it leaves behind a protective polymer layer designed to resist oxidation and slow future damage from sun and weather. The supplied foam polishing tool is washable and reusable, and the 236ml bottle gives you enough polish for repeat maintenance.
Where to use it
Indoors: restoring the lenses of vehicles, bikes or equipment stored in the garage or workshop.
Outdoors: headlights, taillights and other clear lenses on cars, motorcycles and boats, plus other clear acrylic surfaces such as windscreens, bug shields and marine windows.
Suitable for smooth, shiny clear plastic and acrylic surfaces, including headlight and taillight lenses, motorcycle screens and clear marine panels.

How to use it
Wash the vehicle and mask off the paintwork and trim around the lens. Fit the backing plate into a variable speed drill and use the restoration discs to remove the old damaged surface along with the bulk of the haze and scratches. Then swap to the polishing tool and work the polish over the lens until it is clear. Lightly damaged lenses may only need the polishing step, so follow the instructions supplied in the pack for your lens condition. Repeat the polish as regular maintenance to keep lenses clear for longer.
Important notes
A drill is required and is not included. The kit is made for smooth, glossy clear plastics. It is not recommended for soft or matte plastics, vinyl or rubber, and should not be used on LCD or navigation screens. Test on a small area first if you are unsure. Deep cracks or damage inside the lens material cannot be polished out and may need the lens replaced.

Safety
Use with normal care: work in a well-ventilated area and wear safety glasses and gloves, as polish and slurry can irritate eyes and skin. Keep out of reach of children and store the polish in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full details.
