Permastik Clear Cord Clips are a simple, drill-free way to tidy cables and hang fairy lights, supplied as a 12 pack with a matching adhesive strip for every hook. The clear clips blend into the background, so your lights and cords stay the focus, and they are made to come off cleanly when you are done.
About the product
Each clip is a small, transparent plastic hook that sticks on with its own self-adhesive strip, so there is no need for nails, screws, drilling or separate glue. Permastik states the hooks are made from ABS plastic and that the strips use a rubber-based adhesive designed for a clean removal. The manufacturer rates each clip to hold up to 300g, tested to Australian Standard AS 2313.0-2006, and says one 12 pack is enough to hang up to 25 metres of lights.
Where to use it
Indoors: run fairy lights along walls, shelves and windows, guide TV, desk and charging cables, or hang light decorations around the home and office.
Outdoors: not intended for outdoor use.

Choose a clean, dry, dust-free and grease-free surface, then fit the strip to the clip and press it firmly into place, following the instructions on the pack. Space the clips along your cord or lights so the weight is shared across several clips. Do not hang anything heavier than the rated load.
Important notes
These clips are designed for indoor use and light loads only. Results depend on the surface, so test one clip in an inconspicuous spot first, especially on freshly painted, flaking or delicate wall finishes. Follow the pack instructions when removing the clips so the surface is not damaged.

Care and storage
Store the unused clips and strips in their pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight so the adhesive stays in good condition. Keep out of reach of young children, as the clips are small parts. Do not exceed the stated weight limit, and check the clips now and then to make sure they are still holding firmly.
