Description
Permastik Heavy Duty Utility Hooks give you a drill-free way to get tools, cables and other utility items off the floor and out of the way, supplied here as a 2 hook pack with 4 adhesive strips. They suit garages and laundries where you want tidy storage without making holes in the wall.
About the product
These are adhesive-backed utility hooks designed for heavier loads than a standard household hook. Each hook is rated by Permastik to hold up to 4.5kg. The strips are made to stick firmly and then come off cleanly when you want to move or remove the hook, so there is no need for nails, screws, drills or glue.
Where to use it
Indoors: garage and workshop walls for hanging tools and extension cords, laundry areas for hanging utility items, and general spots where you want items stored up and out of the way.
Outdoors: not specified by the manufacturer, so these are best kept for indoor use.
How to use it
Pick a smooth, clean, dry spot on the wall and wipe away any dust, grease or residue before you start. Fit the adhesive strips to the hook and press the hook firmly onto the wall as directed on the pack. Allow the adhesive a short settling time before loading it, and keep the weight within the 4.5kg rating. To remove a hook, follow the pack instructions for releasing the strips so the surface stays undamaged.
- 2 heavy duty utility hooks
- 4 adhesive strips
- Holds up to 4.5kg
- No drilling, nails, glue or screws needed
- Easy to apply and removes cleanly
Important notes
Do not exceed the stated weight rating, and spread loads sensibly across both hooks where you can. Results depend on the wall surface, so test a small area first on delicate, textured or freshly painted finishes. Check the pack for the recommended surfaces and settling time before use.

Keep unused strips in their original pack in a cool, dry place until needed. Avoid handling the adhesive surface so it stays clean and sticky. Check the hooks from time to time and take down any that look loose or overloaded.
