Permastik Large Cable Clips are self-adhesive white hooks for taming cables and hanging lightweight decorations without drilling, nails or screws. This pack includes 5 hooks and 5 adhesive strips, so you can set up several runs of cable or a string of lights in one go.
About the product
Each clip is a moulded white plastic hook that sticks to the wall with a removable adhesive strip. Permastik rates each hook to hold up to 500g, which suits phone and charging cords, power leads and light strings. The removable adhesive lets you hang things temporarily, which makes the clips handy for parties and the festive season. They are also easy to take down afterwards.
Where to use it
Indoors: tidy cables behind a desk, TV unit or bench, run fairy lights along a wall or window frame, or hang party and seasonal decorations around the home or office.
Permastik recommends clean, dry, non-porous surfaces, such as coated timber, metal, tile, painted drywall and glass.
How to use it
- Clean the surface and let it dry fully before you start.
- Peel the backing from the adhesive strip and press the hook firmly onto the surface.
- Thread in your cable or hang your lights or decoration.
- Keep the load to 500g or less per hook.

Important notes
The adhesive is designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces. Textured, dusty, greasy or flaking surfaces may not hold well. Test on an inconspicuous spot if you are unsure about a particular paint or finish. Spread heavier or bulkier items across several clips and stay within the weight rating of each hook.

Care and storage
Keep the unused clips and strips in their pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until you need them. Keep out of reach of young children, as the clips are small parts. Check the load and the hold periodically, and do not use the clips to support anything heavier than the rating.
