Permastik Large Picture Strips are a simple, no-drill way to hang framed pictures and canvases, supplied here as a value pack of 12 pairs of white adhesive strips. Three sets of four pairs are enough to hang three pictures up to 40cm x 40cm, so you can put up a whole gallery wall without nails, screws or a drill.
About the product
These are self-adhesive picture hanging strips made for lightweight to medium framed wall art. Each set of four pairs holds up to 5kg, which suits many framed prints, photos and canvases up to 40cm x 40cm. They are designed to come off cleanly when it is time to move or rearrange, which makes them a good fit for renters and anyone who wants to avoid wall damage.
Where to use it
Indoors: living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, offices and kids' rooms, wherever you want to hang a frame or canvas without making holes.
Kitchens and bathrooms: suitable for smooth, clean surfaces such as tile and glass. Check that the surface is dry and free of moisture before applying.
Suitable surfaces include smooth, clean painted drywall, glass, metal and tile. Test a small hidden area first if you are unsure about a painted or textured wall.
How to use it
- Clean the wall and the back of the frame so they are free of dust, grease and moisture, then let them dry fully.
- Use four pairs per picture, peeling the liners and pressing the strips firmly in place on the frame and the wall.
- Check the frame sits level and secure before letting go.
- To remove, pull the strip tab slowly and keep it parallel to the wall until the strip releases.
Important notes
The 5kg rating applies to a set of four pairs and a picture size up to 40cm x 40cm. Do not exceed this for heavier or larger frames. Use on smooth, clean, dry surfaces only. Textured, dusty, damp or poorly painted walls may not hold well. Do not use on fragile wallpaper or surfaces that are peeling or flaking. Check the weight of your frame before you hang it.

Care and storage
Keep the strips in their original pack, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, until you are ready to use them. Avoid touching the adhesive surface before applying, as dust and oils can reduce grip. Keep out of reach of young children and do not allow them to chew or swallow the strips.
