Description
Permastik Thin Picture Strips are a drill-free way to hang lightweight framed pictures and canvases, supplied here as a value pack of 30 pairs. They suit pictures with narrow frames, and they let you put art on the wall without nails, screws or glue.
About the product
These are self-adhesive white strips with a slim profile, made for frames that have a narrow back edge. Four pairs hold a picture up to 40cm x 40cm and up to 5kg in total. Each strip measures about 95mm x 13mm and is roughly 2mm thick. They are designed to come off cleanly when you want to move or change a picture.
Where to use it
Indoors: framed pictures, prints and canvases with narrow frames on clean, dry, coated surfaces around the home or office, such as painted walls, tiles, glass and metal.
Outdoors: not recommended. These strips are intended for indoor picture hanging.
How to use it
- Clean the wall and the back of the frame so they are dry and free of dust, grease and oil.
- Peel the protective liner from each side of the strip.
- Stick one side to the wall where you want the picture, then press the back of the frame against the exposed adhesive.
- Use four pairs for a picture up to 40cm x 40cm, and make sure the total weight stays within 5kg per set of four pairs.
- To remove, pull the tab and lift the strip away from the wall. It is designed to leave no residue.
Important notes
The 5kg rating applies to a set of four pairs on a picture up to 40cm x 40cm, so check the weight of your frame first. Use on clean, sound, coated surfaces and avoid dusty, damp, greasy or crumbling walls. This pack is not designed for heavy mirrors, large frames or items in wet areas. Test on a small, hidden spot if you are unsure about delicate wallpaper or finishes.

Care and storage
Keep the strips in their pack in a cool, dry place until you are ready to use them, and keep the adhesive faces clean and covered by their liners. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not reuse a strip once it has been removed from the wall.
