Description
PestXpert Pro-Spray Indoor and Outdoor is a ready-to-use, professional-style pressure pump pack for knockdown and longer-lasting surface control of common household insects, supplied here as a 2L pump pack. It is designed to treat both inside and outside the home, so one product can cover cockroaches, spiders, ants, fleas, wasps, carpet beetles, silverfish and moths.
About the formula
A ready-to-use, water-based, low odour residual insecticide spray, so there is nothing to mix or dilute. It kills insects on direct contact, then leaves a treated surface that keeps working after it dries. It is registered with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA). The active ingredient listed on the manufacturer's SDS is esfenvalerate. The pump pack gives steady pressure, which means less hand fatigue than trigger sprayers. An adjustable nozzle gives an even, consistent pattern with little spray back or dripping. The flexible reach wand gets into tight, awkward spots.
Where to use it
Indoors: cupboards and pantry edges, skirting boards, cracks and crevices, behind appliances, and carpets and fabric areas where fleas, carpet beetles, silverfish or moths may be active.
Outdoors: around doors, windows, eaves and external walls, along the building perimeter, and at nests, trails, webs and areas where pests gather.
Suitable for treating hard surfaces and household surfaces where insects travel or hide. It is not intended for spraying on food plants or edible crops. Always follow the directions and surface advice on the product label.
How to use it
Shake the pack, pump to build pressure, then spray. Cover or remove foods, food preparation surfaces, cutlery and crockery before treating indoors, and clear the area of obstacles. Target entry points such as window sills, eaves, and cracks and crevices, and treat active areas such as trails and hiding spots. Where an entry point cannot be reached, spray the area around it so insects pick up the residue as they emerge. For outdoor work, avoid spraying if rain is expected within 24 hours, in windy conditions, or in hot weather of around 30°C or more. An early-spring treatment helps prevent outbreaks later in the year. Spray and clean-up details are on the label.
Important notes
Protection time depends on the surface and on sun and rain exposure. The manufacturer says it may last only a couple of weeks in very exposed areas and up to about 6 months in sheltered spots. It works best alongside good housekeeping: keep areas next to the building dry and clear, and vacuum and clean regularly indoors. The spray will also affect bees and other beneficial insects, and fish are sensitive to it, so avoid spraying flowers and keep it away from ponds and waterways. Triple rinse the pump pack before using it for any other product, and never use it to spray plants that will be eaten. Separate 2L ready-to-use refills of the same formulation are made by the manufacturer for topping up the pump pack.

Safety
Read the label before use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and avoid breathing in the spray, and wear gloves and eye protection when spraying a lot or above head height. Keep food, drink and pet feeding items away from the treated area, wash hands after use, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool place away from food and keep the pack closed.
