Description
Poly Ultra Nails Construction Adhesive is a high strength, versatile adhesive designed for bonding a wide range of building materials both indoors and outdoors. It offers exceptional adhesion, easy application, and water resistance, making it a reliable choice for construction and renovation projects.

Suitable Materials
- Concrete, brick, plasterboard, ceramics
- Plywood, particle board, aluminium
- Hardwood, softwood, steel, fibreglass
- Some plastics (pre-test recommended)
Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or flaking paint.
- Cut the seal, fit the nozzle, and cut to the desired bead size. Insert into a caulking gun.
- For wall panelling and sheet flooring, apply 6mm beads along studs or joists in a zig-zag line at 40cm intervals.
- Bring surfaces together within 10 minutes and press firmly along glue lines. Reposition if needed within 20 minutes.
- Fix with nails, screws, or clamps for at least 24 hours to ensure bond strength.
- For contact bonding, apply to one surface, bring together, then separate for 3–5 minutes before rejoining.
- Clean tools and excess adhesive with mineral turpentine.

- Initial bond: Within 24 hours at 25°C

Important Notes
- Not suitable for mirrors, polystyrene foam, or continuous water immersion
- Avoid use on copper-based metals or metals exposed to direct sunlight heat
- Do not use for tightly clamped joints or heavy loads without mechanical fasteners
