The Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera in black is a plug-in 1080p HD security camera that you can swivel and tilt from your phone, so one unit can keep an eye on a whole room. It suits families and pet owners who want a live look at the house, with colour night vision and two-way talk built in.
About the product
Ring's pan-tilt design lets you steer the view through the Ring app. The camera pans a full 360 degrees and tilts through 169 degrees, so you can look from wall to wall and from floor to ceiling. It records in 1080p HD with colour night vision, and the two-way talk feature lets you speak to people or pets through the camera. A manual privacy cover slides in front of the lens to switch off both the camera and the microphone, and swivels aside to bring them back. It also works with select Alexa-enabled devices, including Echo Show and Echo Dot, for hands-free viewing and spoken notifications.
Where to use it
Indoors: living rooms, kitchens, hallways, kids' rooms, home offices or small business premises, anywhere with a power point and a Wi-Fi signal. Handy for checking on pets or children during the day or at night.
Outdoors: not designed for outdoor use. Keep it inside.
How to use it
Plug the camera into power, set it up in the Ring app and sit it on a shelf or table. You can also fix it to a wall or ceiling with the supplied mounting plate and wall bracket. Use the app to pan and tilt to the angle you want, watch Live View and talk through the camera. What is in the box:

Important notes
The camera connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and needs a stable home internet connection. Ring recommends an upload speed of at least 2 Mbps. Live View, two-way talk and real-time notifications are available without a subscription. Saving recorded video, person alerts and other extras need a Ring Protect plan, which is sold separately. Indoor use only. The camera cannot be separated from its pan-tilt base.

Keep the camera dry and away from heat sources, moisture and direct weather. Wipe the lens and body gently with a soft, dry cloth.
